Abstract

L'invention concerne un produit en plat en acier laminé à froid et recuit avec recristallisation qui présente une structure ferritique et dont l'aptitude à la déformation et l'aptitude au vernissage sont optimisées. A cet effet, il est constitué d'un acier comprenant (en % en poids) C : 0,0001-0,003 %, Si : 0,001-0,025 %, Mn : 0,05-0,20 %, P : 0,001-0,015 %, Al : 0,02-0,055 %, Ti : 0,01-0,1 %, et respectivement éventuellement Cr : 0,001-0,05 %, V : jusqu'à 0,005 %, Mo : jusqu'à 0,015 %, N : 0,001-0,004 %. Il présente les propriétés mécaniques suivantes : Rp0,2 ≤ 180 MPa, Rm ≤ 340 MPa, A80 ≤ 40 %, valeur n ≤ 0,23. Sur au moins une de ses surfaces, il présente en outre une rugosité moyenne arithmétique Ra de 0,8 - 1,6 µm et un nombre de sommets RPc de 75/cm. Pour fabriquer ledit produit plat en acier, ce dernier est recuit en continu avec recristallisation dans une atmosphère de recuit N2-H2 et soumis à un vieillissement. Ensuite, le produit plat en acier est dressé à un degré de dressage D de 0,4 - 0,7 % au moyen d'un cylindre de travail dont la surface périphérique présente une rugosité moyenne Ra de 1,0 - 2,5 µm et un nombre de sommets RPc ≥ 100/cm, les creux et sommets ménagés dans la surface du cylindre de dressage étant répartis de manière stochastique.
