Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de pressage destiné à presser un tuyau (9, 9', 9") avec une pièce de raccordement (raccord) (6), comprenant au moins deux mâchoires de pressage (2, 2') qui sont reliées à pivotement à au moins une patte de liaison (21, 21') de manière à ce qu'aussi bien ladite patte de liaison (21, 21') que lesdites mâchoires de pressage (2, 2') soient traversées par respectivement un boulon de fixation (28, 28'), ainsi qu'un logement (5) qui reçoit les pièces à presser, caractérisé par le fait que
    a) ladite patte de liaison (21, 21') présente au moins un perçage (26, 26', 26", 26'") destiné à recevoir le boulon de fixation (28, 28') et une fraisure (23, 23', 23", 23"') qui embrasse le perçage (26, 26', 26", 26"') et à l'intérieur de laquelle repose la tête de boulon (24, 24', 24", 24"') du boulon de fixation (28, 28'), et
    b) sur le côté de la patte de liaison (21, 21'), qui montre vers le logement (5), est agencé un évidement (22) en gradins ayant une zone en forme de cercle partiel dont le centre coïncide avec le centre du logement (5).
  2. Dispositif de pressage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de pressage (20) comprend deux pattes de liaison (21, 21') entre lesquelles les mâchoires de pressage (2, 2') sont montées à pivotement.
  3. Dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le rayon (R) de l'évidement (22) ou de la zone en forme de cercle partiel correspond au moins à la longueur (L) d'une tubulure (7, 7', 7"), en particulier est compris entre 3,5 et 4 cm.
  4. Dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que la fraisure (23, 23', 23", 23'") embrassant le perçage (26, 26', 26", 26"') présente une profondeur qui correspond au moins à la hauteur de la tête de boulon (24, 24', 24", 24'") de sorte que la tête de boulon (24, 24', 24", 24'") ne dépasse pas le bord supérieur de la fraisure (23, 23', 23", 23"').
  5. Dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les surfaces extérieures (27, 27') de deux pattes de liaison (21, 21') d'un outil de pressage présentent une distance comprise entre 3 et 4 cm, de préférence entre 3,4 et 3,6 cm.
