Claims (17)

  1. Poulie fixe (1), en particulier pour un accumulateur à rouleaux (20) d'un téléphérique, avec un corps de rouleaux (2), supporté en rotation autour d'un tourillon (3) par au moins un palier rotatif (22) avec deux joues latérales (4a, 4b) et une bague de roulement (5) pour la réception d'une surface de roulement (6), caractérisée en ce que la bague de roulement (5) est constituée d'une seule pièce avec au moins une joue latérale (4a, 4b) et est raccordée de façon détachable au corps de rouleaux (2) .
  2. Poulie fixe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le raccordement entre la bague de roulement (5) et le corps de rouleaux (2) s'effectue par le biais d'un tronçon de support (8) et d'un tronçon de fixation (7).
  3. Poulie fixe selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le tronçon de support (8) est constitué d'un cône avec une surface conique (120), le tronçon de fixation (7) étant situé dans la surface conique (120).
  4. Poulie fixe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le tronçon de fixation (7) est constitué d'un filetage extérieur situé sur le corps de rouleaux (2) et d'un filetage intérieur situé sur la bague de roulement (5).
  5. Poulie fixe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le tronçon de fixation (7) comporte une fermeture à baïonnette (121) disposée entre le corps de rouleaux (2) et la bague de roulement (5).
  6. Poulie fixe selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la fermeture à baïonnette (121) est constituée de la bague de roulement (5) et/ou du corps de rouleaux (2).
  7. Poulie fixe selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que, lors d'une rotation de la bague de roulement (5) relativement au corps de rouleaux (2), la bague de roulement (5) se sépare et se détache du corps de rouleaux (2).
  8. Poulie fixe selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la fermeture à baïonnette (121) comporte une bague à baïonnette (122) pouvant être introduite dans le tronçon de fixation (7).
  9. Poulie fixe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une joue latérale (4a, 4b) est raccordée de façon détachable à la bague de roulement (5) par le biais d'un élément de montage (10).
  10. Poulie fixe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que la surface de roulement (6) est raccordée à la bague de roulement (5) sur la zone de raccordement (9) de façon détachable et/ou fixe.
  11. Poulie fixe selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'une joue latérale (4a, 4b) comporte un alésage auxiliaire (13) à travers lequel la bague de roulement (5) peut être refoulée par rapport au corps de rouleaux (2) au moyen d'un moyen de pression (19), de préférence sous la forme d'une vis ou d'une broche.
  12. Accumulateur à rouleaux (20), avec au moins une poulie fixe (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que chaque tourillon (3) de chaque poulie fixe (1) utilisée est, à une extrémité seulement, raccordé à une partie porteuse de l'accumulateur à rouleaux (20), et la deuxième extrémité est indépendante.
  13. Accumulateur à rouleaux selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins une poulie fixe (1) est fixée sur le tourillon (3) par un élément de fermeture (15) détachable, de préférence sous la forme d'un écrou.
  14. Poulie fixe selon l'une des revendications 12 ou 13, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un bras (18) qui présente au moins un dispositif de levage (17) est fixé sur un élément porteur de l'accumulateur à rouleaux (20).
  15. Poulie fixe selon la revendication 14, avec au moins un dispositif de levage (17) avec au moins un mécanisme élévateur (21) destiné à soulever un câble (12) pour l'éloigner de la surface de roulement (6) d'au moins une poulie fixe (1).
  16. Procédé de remplacement d'au moins une poulie fixe (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    • Accrochage du câble (12) dans au moins un mécanisme élévateur (21) à au moins un dispositif de levage (17) .
    • Soulèvement du câble (12), par actionnement de l'au moins un dispositif de levage (17), pour l'éloigner de la surface de roulement (6) d'au moins une poulie fixe (1).
    • Enlèvement de l'élément de fermeture (15), de préférence sous la forme d'un écrou, à partir du tourillon (3).
    • Retrait de la poulie fixe (1) déchargée du câble (12) dans la direction axiale du tourillon (3).
    • Réparation de l'au moins une poulie fixe (1) ou remplacement par au moins une poulie fixe (1) intacte.
    • Remplacement éventuellement nécessaire de l'au moins un palier rotatif (22) sur au moins une poulie fixe (1) et/ou un tourillon (3).
    • Mise en place de l'au moins une poulie fixe (1) intacte.
    • Montage de l'élément de fermeture (15) et éventuellement réglage de la pré-tension de palier sur l'au moins un palier rotatif (22).
    • Abaissement du câble (12) sur la surface de roulement (6) par actionnement du dispositif de levage (17).
    • Libération du câble (12) vis-à-vis du mécanisme élévateur (21).
  17. Procédé de remplacement d'au moins une bague de roulement (5) avec une surface de roulement (6) d'au moins une poulie fixe (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    • Accrochage du câble (12) dans au moins un mécanisme élévateur (21) à au moins un dispositif de levage (17) .
    • Soulèvement du câble (12), par actionnement de l'au moins un dispositif de levage (17), pour l'éloigner de la surface de roulement (6) d'au moins une poulie fixe (1).
    • Ouverture du tronçon de fixation (7) et détachement de la bague de roulement (5) vis-à-vis du corps de rouleaux (2).
    • Actionnement éventuel de l'au moins un moyen de pression (19) dans l'au moins un alésage auxiliaire (13) pour le refoulement de la bague de roulement (5) par rapport au corps de rouleaux (2) et ensuite rappel ou enlèvement du moyen de pression (19).
    • Retrait de la bague de roulement (5) vis-à-vis du corps de rouleaux (2).
    • Pose d'une bague de roulement (5) intacte avec une surface de roulement (6) intacte sur le corps de rouleaux (2) par le tronçon de support (8).
    • Fixation de la surface de roulement (6) sur le corps de rouleaux (2) par le biais du tronçon de fixation (7) .
    • Abaissement du câble (12) sur la surface de roulement (6) par actionnement du dispositif de levage (17.
    • Libération du câble (12) vis-à-vis du mécanisme élévateur (21).
