Claims (17)

  1. Schneidkopf zum Schneiden von stabförmigen Artikeln in Maschinen zur Herstellung von Rauchartikeln, umfassend ein Kreismesser (2), das um eine Rotationsachse (X) drehbar ist, versehen mit einem Schneidabschnitt (4), der sich rund um dessen kreisförmigen Umfang erstreckt und ausgelegt ist, um mit einem Querbewegungsweg eines stabförmigen Rauchartikels zu interferieren, wenn sich das Kreismesser (2) in einer Arbeitsposition befindet, um den Artikel in zwei Teile zu schneiden, wobei der Schneidkopf (1) zudem Bewegungsmittel umfasst, um das Kreismesser um die Rotationsachse in Drehung zu versetzen, und Schabemittel (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein Blaselement (12) umfasst, das auf mindestens eine Seitenfläche des Kreismessers (2) wirkt, um einen Kühlluftstrom auf das Kreismesser (2) zu lenken, wobei die Schabemittel (6) mindestens teilweise betriebswirksam nach dem Blaselement (12) und mindestens vorübergehend in Kontakt mit dem Schneideabschnitt (4) während eines Arbeitszyklus des Kreismessers (2) angeordnet sind, um jegliche Rückstände vom Schneideabschnitt (4) maschinell zu entfernen.
  2. Schneidkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schabemittel (6) mindestens eine Schabescheibe (7, 8) umfassen, die um eine jeweilige Rotationsachse (Y1, Y2) drehbar ist und einen Umfangsabschnitt aufweist, der in Kontakt mit dem Schneideabschnitt (4) des Kreismessers (2) gehalten wird.
  3. Schneidkopf nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rotationsachse (Y1, Y2) der mindestens einen Schabescheibe (7, 8) relativ zur Rotationsachse (X) des Kreismessers (2) geneigt ist, sodass die Schabescheibe (7, 8) in Kontakt mit dem Schneideabschnitt (4) des Kreismessers (2) entlang einer Kontaktlinie gehalten werden kann, die zum Schneideabschnitt (4) gehört.
  4. Schneidkopf nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Schabescheibe (7, 8) frei laufend und ausgebildet ist, um sich durch die Drehung des Kreismessers (2) zu drehen.
  5. Schneidkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rotationsachse (Y1, Y2) der mindestens einen Schabescheibe (7, 8) relativ zur Rotationsachse (X) des Kreismessers (2) in einem Winkel zwischen 2° und 40° geneigt ist.
  6. Schneidkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schabemittel (6) zwei Schabescheiben (7, 8) umfassen, die an gegenständigen Seitenflächen des Schneideabschnitts (4) des Kreismessers (2) angeordnet sind und jeweilige Rotationsachsen (Y1, Y2) aufweisen, die gegenständig relativ zur Rotationsachse (X) des Kreismessers (2) geneigt sind.
  7. Schneidkopf nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rotationsachsen (Y1, Y2) der Schabescheiben (7, 8) schräg zueinander angeordnet sind.
  8. Schneidkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneideabschnitt (4) durch einen Umfangsabschnitt des Kreismessers (2) definiert ist, der sich hinführend zu einer Schneidekante (5) des Kreismessers (2) verjüngt und der mindestens einen Schnittwinkel (S) relativ zu einer Ebene, enthaltend das Kreismesser (2), definiert.
  9. Schneidkopf nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Schabescheibe (7, 8) in der Kontaktzone mit dem Schneideabschnitt (4) des Kreismessers (2) in einer Ebene enthalten ist, die gegenständig zum Schnittwinkel (S) relativ zur Ebene, enthaltend das Kreismesser (2), geneigt ist.
  10. Schneidkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schabemittel (6) auf den Schneideabschnitt (4) in einem ringförmigen Band wirken, dessen radiale Ausdehnung zwischen 0,2 und 10 mm beträgt.

Schneidkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein Halterungselement (9) umfasst, auf dem die Schabemittel (6) montiert sind, wobei das Halterungselement (9) präzise und verstellbar relativ zum Kreismesser (2) positionierbar ist, sodass die Position der Schabemittel (6) relativ zum Kreismesser (2) je nach der Abnutzung des Schneideabschnitts (4) des Kreismessers (2) reguliert werden kann.
  12. Schneidkopf nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zudem einen Einstellschaft (10) umfasst, der mit dem Halterungselement (9) verbunden ist, um das Halterungselement (9) hinführend zum und wegführend vom Kreismesser (2) zu bewegen, wobei der Schaft (10) mit einer Feineinstellungsschraube (11) gekuppelt ist, um die Position des Halterungselements (9) relativ zum Kreismesser (2) zu regulieren.
  13. Schneidkopf nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blaselement (12) auch auf dem Halterungselement montiert ist.
  14. Schneidkopf nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schabemittel (6) zwei Schabescheiben (7, 8) umfassen, die an gegenständigen Seitenflächen des Schneideabschnitts (4) des Kreismessers (2) angeordnet sind, wobei das Blaselement (12) auch auf dem Halterungselement montiert und unter Bezugnahme auf eine Drehrichtung des Kreismessers (2) in einer Zwischenzone zwischen zwei Schabescheiben (7, 8) angeordnet ist.
  15. Schneidkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zudem mindestens ein Hilfsschabeelement (14) umfasst, das betriebswirksam in Kontakt mit mindestens einer Seitenfläche des Kreismessers (2) zudem auf der Innenseite des Schneideabschnitts (4) und angrenzend an den Schneideabschnitt (4) positioniert ist.
  16. Schneidkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blaselement (12) so positioniert ist, dass es einen Kühlluftstrom auf den Schneideabschnitt (4) des Kreismessers (2) lenkt.
  17. Schneidkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blaselement (12) so ausgelegt ist, dass es einen Kühlluftstrom auf beide Seitenflächen des Kreismessers (2) lenkt.
