Definitions

  • the invention relates to the use of a plurality of press studs, a pillow for a backrest of a vehicle seat and a vehicle seat arrangement comprising a backrest of a vehicle seat and a pillow.
  • Pillows for a backrest of a vehicle seat, the pillows having an electric heater, are widely known.
  • Female snap fastener parts and corresponding male snap fastener parts for establishing a connection are known from the prior art.
  • the female snap fastener part and the corresponding male snap fastener part are used to form a snap fastener. It is known to provide the female snap fastener part and the male snap fastener part each with a metallic cable eyelet, so that the two snap fastener parts can be used to produce a mechanically interruptible electrical connection.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide an improved use of snap fasteners, an improved pillow for a backrest of a vehicle seat and an improved vehicle seat arrangement.
  • the object is achieved with regard to the use of snap fasteners by the features specified in claim 1.
  • the object is achieved by the features specified in claim 10.
  • the object is achieved by the features specified in claim 11.
  • a female snap fastener part is used to establish a connection with a corresponding male snap fastener part.
  • the female snap fastener part comprises a base element designed as a spring element and a blind cap.

  • a cover for example a textile or a leather of a backrest or a pillow, can be arranged in a known manner before the rivet element is riveted into the ball element becomes.
  • the electrical cable can be connected before or after.
  • the rivet element has a plate-shaped rivet element area which is formed in one piece with the crimping area.
  • the reduction in the number of required components compared to the prior art is structurally particularly simple.
  • male snap fastener part provides that a number of crimp corners are arranged on both sides of the crimping area. When crimping, these crimp corners can be crimped onto one end of an electrical cable that has been stripped at the end. The connection of an electrical cable is mechanically particularly safe.
  • the crimp corners prefferably run in a plane with the crimp area during the production of the rivet element and then to be bent upwards or downwards, for example by 90 °. It is also possible for the crimped corners to initially run in a plane with the crimping area during the manufacture of the rivet element and then to be bent upwards or downwards in a curved manner.
  • the crimping corners are preferably curved together with the crimping area.
  • the male snap fastener part provides that the crimping area is arranged radially on the plate-shaped rivet element area, which is plate-shaped.

  • the crimping area is also preferably essentially flat.
  • the plane of the plate-shaped rivet element area is particularly preferably identical to the plane of the Crimping area. This enables an electrical cable to be connected to the male snap fastener part by crimping in a simple manner in the radial direction.
  • the advantage of the push button is that an electrical connection to electrical cables can be made very easily by crimping.
  • two cable lugs are unnecessary, which reduces the number of components required. As a result, costs can be saved, assembly time shortened and the risk of assembly errors reduced.
  • a use of a plurality of pushbuttons provides that pushbuttons are used both to establish a mechanically releasable attachment of a pillow to a backrest of a vehicle seat and to establish a mechanically interruptible electrical connection between an electrical heater of the pillow and an electrical supply of the same.
  • a pillow having an electrical heater can thus be easily connected to a backrest of a vehicle seat, the pillow being mechanically fastened and electrically connected at the same time when the push buttons are closed becomes. When removing the pillow, the electrical connection to the heater is easily disconnected by loosening the push buttons.
  • the pillow can be heated electrically with two push buttons, and the pillow can be fixed in a particularly precise position with two or four push buttons.
  • Figure 1 shows a schematic, perspective illustration of a female snap fastener part 1 and a male snap fastener part 2 according to the prior art in an exploded view, the female snap fastener part 1 being shown above and the male snap fastener part 2 shown below.
