Claims (14)
- Chaussure (1), en particulier chaussure de sport, comprenant une partie supérieure de chaussure (2) et une fermeture tournante (3) pour lacer la chaussure (1) sur le pied du porteur au moyen d'au moins un élément de serrage (4, 5), la fermeture tournante (3) étant disposée sur le cou-de-pied (6) de la chaussure (1) et la fermeture tournante (3) présentant un rouleau de serrage (7) disposé de manière rotative, un premier élément de serrage (4) étant prévu, lequel s'étend sur le côté latéral (L) de la partie supérieure de chaussure (2), un deuxième élément de serrage (5) étant prévu, lequel s'étend sur le côté médial (M) la partie supérieure de chaussure (2), et les deux éléments de serrage (4, 5) étant fixés avec leurs deux extrémités (8, 9, 10, 11) au rouleau de serrage (7) et formant à chaque fois un tracé fermé (12) sur le côté latéral (L) ou sur le côté médial (M) de la partie supérieure de chaussure (2),

- Chaussure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le rouleau de serrage (7) peut être tourné au moyen d'un entraînement à moteur électrique.
- Chaussure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'axe de rotation (a) du rouleau de serrage (7) est perpendiculaire à la surface de la chaussure (1) dans la région du cou-de-pied (6).
- Chaussure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que chaque élément de serrage (4, 5) s'étend depuis le premier élément de renvoi (13) jusqu'à un deuxième élément de renvoi (15) qui renvoie l'élément de serrage (4, 5) dans la région inférieure de la partie supérieure de chaussure (2) ainsi qu'à un endroit qui est situé dans la plage comprise entre 50 % et 60 % de l'étendue longitudinale de la chaussure (GL), calculé à partir de la pointe de la chaussure (14).
- Chaussure selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que chaque élément de serrage (4, 5) s'étend depuis le deuxième élément de renvoi (15) jusqu'à un troisième élément de renvoi (16), le troisième élément de renvoi (16) étant situé dans la région supérieure de la partie supérieure de chaussure (2) à proximité de la fermeture tournante (3).
- Chaussure selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que chaque élément de serrage (4, 5) s'étend depuis le troisième élément de renvoi (16) jusqu'à un quatrième élément de renvoi (17) qui renvoie l'élément de serrage (4, 5) dans la région inférieure de la partie supérieure de chaussure (2) ainsi qu'à un endroit qui est situé dans une plage comprise entre 55 % et 70 % de l'étendue longitudinale de la chaussure (GL), calculé à partir de la pointe de la chaussure (14).
- Chaussure selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que chaque élément de serrage (4, 5) s'étend depuis le quatrième élément de renvoi (17) jusqu'à un cinquième élément de renvoi (18), qui renvoie l'élément de serrage (4, 5) dans une région comprise entre 33 % et 66 % de la hauteur totale de la chaussure (1) ainsi qu'à un endroit qui est situé dans une plage comprise entre 75 % et 90 % de l'étendue longitudinale de la chaussure (GL), calculé à partir de la pointe de la chaussure (14), l'élément de serrage (4, 5) s'étendant depuis le cinquième élément de renvoi (18) jusqu'au rouleau de serrage (7).
- Chaussure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'un des éléments de renvoi (13, 15, 16, 17, 18) est réalisé sous forme de boucle qui est fixée au niveau de la partie supérieure de chaussure (2) et/ou au niveau de la semelle (19) de la chaussure (1), en particulier par couture.
- Chaussure selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que les boucles se composent d'une bande qui est cousue à la partie supérieure de chaussure (2) et/ou à la semelle (19) de la chaussure (1).
- Chaussure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le cinquième élément de renvoi (18) vient en prise autour de la région du talon (20) de la chaussure (1) .
- Chaussure selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le cinquième élément de renvoi (18), en vue de côté de la chaussure (1), présente une configuration en forme de V, en vue de côté de la chaussure (1), l'une des branches de la structure en forme de V se terminant dans la région supérieure du talon (20) et l'autre branche de la structure en forme de V se terminant dans la région inférieure du talon (20).
- Chaussure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de serrage (4, 5) sont des fils de serrage.
