Claims (15)

  1. Ferrure (1) de fenêtre (2), en particulier de fenêtre d'habitation, comprenant une tringle d'entraînement (3) pouvant être déplacée sur un dormant de la fenêtre (2) et un élément d'axe à embouti (4) pouvant être disposé fixement sur le dormant et qui comporte un dispositif de guidage (5) pour un élément de guidage (7) d'un bras de compas (6), la tringle d'entraînement (3) étant constituée de plusieurs pièces et comportant une zone de compas (8) ainsi qu'au moins une zone de raccordement (9, 10) reliée de manière rigide à la zone de compas (8) et au moins en partie reposant sur celle-ci, disposée décalée par rapport à la zone de compas (8) perpendiculairement par rapport à un axe médian longitudinal (11) de celle-ci, l'élément d'axe à embouti (4) étant disposé au moins par endroits adjacent à la zone de compas (8) ainsi que contigu à la zone de raccordement (9, 10) dans la direction axiale par rapport à l'axe médian longitudinal (11), caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'axe à embouti (4) est disposé sur la zone de compas (8) de telle sorte qu'un axe médian longitudinal de la zone de raccordement (9, 10) coupe l'élément d'axe à embouti (4), l'élément d'axe à embouti (4) comportant au moins un élément de retenue (18) pour la fixation par rapport au dormant, dont l'axe médian longitudinal s'étend à travers un évidement de passage (19) de la zone de compas (8), l'évidement de passage (19) étant oblong dans la direction axiale par rapport à l'axe médian longitudinal (11) de la zone de compas (8).
  2. Ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de guidage (5) est disposé sur un rail de compas (17) de l'élément d'axe à embouti (4), ledit rail de compas (17) reposant de manière coulissante sur la zone de compas (8) de la tringle d'entraînement (3).
  3. Ferrure selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de guidage (5) est relié par complémentarité de formes, en particulier par rivetage ou matage, au rail de compas (17) au moyen d'un élément de liaison (36).
  4. Ferrure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de liaison (36) dépasse dans l'évidement de passage (19), et en particulier y comporte une zone de liaison par complémentarité de formes (38).
  5. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un bras auxiliaire (26) pour le bras de compas (6) est monté rotatif sur l'élément d'axe à embouti (4).
  6. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la zone de compas (8) est fixée de manière indétachable à la zone de raccordement (9, 10) au moyen d'au moins un élément de fixation (12), en particulier un rivet.
  7. Ferrure selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fixation (12) comporte un élément d'accrochage arrière (13), qui coopère dans au moins une position de la tringle d'entraînement (3) avec un élément d'accrochage arrière antagoniste (14) disposé sur le bras de compas (6) pour fixer le bras de compas (6) dans au moins une direction.
  8. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de guidage (5) comporte un logement de guidage (31), dans lequel l'élément de guidage (7) réalisé au moins par endroits sous la forme d'un ergot de guidage vient en prise pour empêcher le soulèvement du bras de compas (6) et/ou pour former une butée de fin de course pour le bras de compas (6).
  9. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la zone de compas (8) et la zone de raccordement (9, 10) sont de différentes largeurs, en particulier la zone de compas (8) est plus étroite que la zone de raccordement (9, 10), et/ou en ce que la zone de raccordement (9, 10) et le rail de compas (17) présentent la même largeur.

Procédé de fabrication d'une ferrure (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, la ferrure (1) disposant d'une tringle d'entraînement (3) pouvant être déplacée sur un dormant de la fenêtre (2) et d'un élément d'axe à embouti (4) pouvant être disposé fixement sur le dormant et qui comporte un dispositif de guidage (5) pour un élément de guidage (7) d'un bras de compas (6), la tringle d'entraînement (3) étant fabriquée en plusieurs pièces et comportant une zone de compas (8) ainsi qu'au moins une zone de raccordement (9, 10) qui est reliée de manière rigide à la zone de compas (8) et repose au moins en partie sur celle-ci et qui est disposée décalée par rapport à la zone de compas (8) perpendiculairement par rapport à un axe médian longitudinal (11) de celle-ci, l'élément d'axe à embouti (4) étant disposé au moins par endroits adjacent à la zone de compas (8) ainsi que contigu à la zone de raccordement (9, 10) dans la direction axiale par rapport à l'axe médian longitudinal (11), caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'axe à embouti (4) est disposé sur la zone de compas (8) de telle sorte qu'un axe médian longitudinal de la zone de raccordement (9, 10) coupe l'élément d'axe à embouti (4), l'élément d'axe à embouti (4) comportant au moins un élément de retenue (18) pour la fixation par rapport au dormant, dont l'axe médian longitudinal s'étend à travers un évidement de passage (19) de la zone de compas (8), l'évidement de passage (19) étant oblong dans la direction axiale par rapport à l'axe médian longitudinal (11) de la zone de compas (8).
