Claims (15)

  1. Étagère métallique pour l'exposition de marchandises, comprenant au moins deux montants (9) auxquels une pluralité d'étagères (1) est fixée, chaque montant (9) étant pourvu de fentes pour la fixation des étagères (1), lesquelles fentes sont disposées à une distance prédéterminée les unes des autres,
    dans laquelle chaque étagère (1) a une épaisseur (N) inférieure à ladite distance prédéterminée entre les fentes (p)
    et de sorte que l'espace entre deux étagères espacées en hauteur de M pas p soit égal à M*p-N, et dans laquelle
    les étagères peuvent être disposées de sorte à obtenir une distance d'une étagère à l'autre selon l'une des deux options:
    à une distance l'une de l'autre correspondant à une hauteur de produits (Hi) pour laquelle la relation m p 2 p < = Hi < m p p

    dans laquelle chaque étagère (1) est obtenue à partir d'une tôle par des opérations de cisaillement et de pliage ultérieures, les côtés antérieurs et postérieurs de chaque étagère (1) étant nervurés et profilés avec des pliages vers le bas (301; 101) et vers l'intérieur (201'; 201), dans laquelle aux extrémités des autres deux côtés courts, chaque étagère (1) est pourvue de rebords (6) repliés vers le bas et qui sont côte à côte aux tasseaux de support (11), dans laquelle les tasseaux de support (11) sont obtenus à partir d'une plaque de métal et sont accrochés de manière saillante au montant (9) du rayonnage, dans laquelle des extrémités de la tôle formant ladite étagère (1) reposent sur lesdits tasseaux (11), et dans laquelle lesdites parties profilées du côté antérieur et du côté postérieur de la même étagère (1), ainsi que des extrémités des raidisseurs de métal (4) à profil oméga inversé, obtenus au moyen d'opérations de cisaillement et de pliage à partir de la tôle, parallèles auxdits côtés antérieurs et postérieurs de l'étagère (1) et fixées avec leurs rebords sur la face inférieure de la même étagère (1) au moyen des soudures par points (Z), reposent sur lesdits tasseaux (11),
    caractérisée en ce que lesdits rebords repliés vers le bas (6) ont des coins arrondis (106) et ont une hauteur (Q) d'environ 12 mm, et lesdits rebords repliés vers le bas (6) sont espacés du côté antérieur et du côté postérieur de l'étagère (1) d'une distance (R1) d'environ 7 mm et d'une distance (R2) d'environ 50 mm respectivement, et lesdits rebords repliés vers le bas (6) ont globalement une extension (T) d'environ 440 mm, et lesdits rebords repliés vers le bas (6) sont espacés des les extrémités des raidisseurs (4) d'une distance (V) d'environ 4,5 mm, et lesdits rebords repliés vers le bas (6) sont pourvus de trous (7) d'un diamètre d'environ 5 mm aux extrémités, dans laquelle des appendices desdits tasseaux (11) supportant l'étagère (1) peuvent être insérés et sont pourvus de petites fentes sur un côté supérieur pour loger des petits ergots (8) d'environ 4 mm obtenus en cisaillant et en pliant vers l'intérieur les rebords repliés vers le bas (6).
  2. Rayonnage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel deux étagères m*p distantes l'une de l'autre permette le logement de produits d'une hauteur (Hk) pour laquelle la relation suivante est valide: m p 2 p < = Hk < m p N

  3. Rayonnage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel huit étagères sont prévues.
  4. Rayonnage selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la hauteur de la huitième étagère supérieure va de 1500 mm à 1900 mm, de préférence de 1600 mm à 1800 mm.
  5. Rayonnage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'étagère (1) a une épaisseur (N) inférieure à 20 mm.
  6. Rayonnage selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'épaisseur (N) de l'étagère est d'environ 18 mm.
  7. Rayonnage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque étagère (1) a une charge utile supérieure à 100 kg, de préférence comprise entre 160 et 200 kg, correspondant en particulier à 180 kg.
  8. Rayonnage selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le côté antérieur est formé par un profil en tôle, de sorte qu'il présente au-dessus une nervure de couplage supérieure (12) constituée par un profil en forme de dent qui est pourvu d'un évidement à l'arrière, et en bas une nervure de couplage inférieure (13) constituée par un autre profil en forme de dent qui est pourvu d'une paroi de couplage à l'arrière, de sorte que le côté antérieur soit apte à se coupler avec un élément de maintien d'étiquette avec un profil en forme de C.
  9. Rayonnage selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le profil en forme de C a de préférence deux rayons de courbures qui sont différents l'un de l'autre.
  10. Rayonnage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 8 à 9, dans lequel ladite nervure de couplage supérieure (12) a un profil pouvant être compris dans un demi-cercle (120) d'un diamètre d'environ 4 mm, ladite nervure inférieure (13) a un profil pouvant être compris dans un demi-cercle (130) d'un diamètre d'environ 8 mm, et le côté antérieur a une épaisseur d'environ 13,8 mm et peut porter avec sa forme les mêmes porte-étiquettes ou porte-prix réalisés avec un fil en métal pouvant être montés sur des étagères.
  11. Rayonnage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 7 à 10, dans lequel l'étagère (1) est obtenue à partir d'une tôle d'une épaisseur de 0,7 mm, tandis que lesdits raidisseurs (4) sont obtenus à partir d'une tôle d'une épaisseur de 1 mm.
  12. Rayonnage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 7 à 11, dans lequel l'étagère (1) a une largeur (B) et une profondeur (A) d'environ 504,5 mm et d'environ 1328 mm respectivement, caractérisé par l'utilisation de trois desdits raidisseurs (4) avec un profil médian trapézoïdal isocèle, la plus petite base ayant une largeur (G) allant de 70 à 72 mm, par exemple d'environ 71,4 mm, ainsi qu'une distance entre les centres (H) allant de 160 et 165 mm, par exemple d'environ 162 mm, et par le fait que ledit raidisseur (4) est espacé du côté antérieur de l'étagère (1) d'une distance (L1) d'environ 50 mm, tandis que le raidisseur opposé (4) est espacé du côté postérieur de l'étagère (1) d'une distance (L2) allant 60 et 65 mm, par exemple d'environ 64,2 mm.
  13. Rayonnage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les dimensions en plan (A, B) de l'étagère changent, le dimensionnement lié aux raidisseurs (4) et à leur positionnement dans la même étagère (1) peut changer de manière proportionnelle.
  14. Rayonnage selon la revendication 13,
    dans lequel lesdites soudures par points (Z) fixant les rebords des raidisseurs inférieurs (4) à la même étagère sont caractérisés par un pas décroissant vers la ligne médiane de la même étagère (1), ils sont prévus en paire avec une distance plus proche aux extrémités de la même étagère (1) et il sont d'un nombre d'au moins vingt-six pour chaque raidisseur (4).
  15. Rayonnage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'épaisseur (C) des côtés antérieurs et postérieurs de l'étagère (1) va de 16 à 16,5 mm et par exemple est d'environ 16,3 mm.
