Claims (7)

  1. Cylindre yankee comprenant un manteau (10) formé d'une surface cylindrique et de deux extrémités (1) unies de parts opposées au manteau (10), où sur chacune desdites extrémités (11) présente une partie centrale (11C) et une partie périphérique (11P) plus éloignée d'un axe central (x-x) du cylindre yankee (1) par rapport à la partie centrale (11C), et où ladite partie centrale (11C) a une ouverture (11A) en correspondance d'un pivot respectif (3) de support du cylindre yankee (1), caractérisé en ce que ladite partie centrale (11C) est formée par une surface métallique ayant une première épaisseur (SPC), la partie périphérique (11P) est formée par une pluralité de surfaces métalliques ayants une deuxième épaisseur (SPP), ladite première épaisseur est majeur de ladite deuxième épaisseur, ladite partie centrale (11C) présente une réduction d'épaisseur sur sa partie externe adjacente à la partie périphérique, les surfaces métalliques qui forment la partie périphérique (11P), en formant une zone localement d'une épaisseur égale à l'épaisseur de la partie périphérique, sont unies entre elles au moyen de premiers bourrelets de soudure (4) de profondeur égal à ladite deuxième épaisseur (SPP) et elle sont unies à la surface métallique qui forme la partie centrale (11C) au moyen d'un deuxième bourrelet de soudure (5) de profondeur égal à ladite deuxième épaisseur (SPP).
  2. Cylindre yankee selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la surface métallique qui forme la partie centrale (11C) d'une extrémité (11) est de forme circulaire et les surfaces métalliques qui forment la partie périphérique (11P) de l'extrémité ont la forme de segments de secteurs circulaires, les premiers bourrelets de soudure (4) ont direction radiale et le deuxième bourrelet de soudure (5) est circulaire.
  3. Cylindre yankee selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la surface métallique qui forme la partie centrale (11C) d'une extrémité (11) est de forme non circulaire et le deuxième bourrelet de soudure (5) est formé par une pluralité de segments de soudure rectilignes consécutifs.
  4. Cylindre yankee selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la surface métallique qui forme la partie centrale (11C) est pourvue d'un renforcement structural (6) en correspondance de ladite ouverture centrale (11A).
  5. Cylindre yankee selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la partie périphérique (11P) d'une extrémité (11) est pourvue de renforcements structuraux (7) en correspondance des ouvertures relatives (110).
  6. Cylindre yankee selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les extrémités (11) sont fixées au manteau (10) au moyen d'une soudure (W) ou par des moyens à vis (B).
  7. Cylindre yankee selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le cylindre yankee comprend un tirant central (12) formé par un corps tubulaire où la partie périphérique (11P) d'une extrémité (11) est externe à une surface délimitée par une base correspondante du tirant (12).
