Because the base of the cutting tool holding mechanism is a one-piece element, the mechanical strength is increased and the design of the mold is simplified. Hence, the cost is decreased and the yield is increased. 2. When the central axis of the locking assembly is parallel to the virtual vertical-surface, the operation for changing new cutting tool or repair is easier. The repairing quality can be improved. 3. The annularly distribution of the positioning surfaces can be coordinated with the abutting surfaces to position the handle such that the handle can be auto-centering when disposed inside the base. The milling ability is increasing. 4. The moving direction of the locking member is parallel to the direction along which the milling force is applied to the cutting tool.
- the cutting tool will not easily be separated from the handle, and the self-securing ability of the cutting tool is better. 5. Because the central axis of the locking assembly is parallel to the virtual vertical-surface, the securing ability between the handle and the base is sufficient such that the reaction force and supporting force distributing uniformly on the surface of the handle. Besides, due to the disposition of the limiting grooves, there is no necessary to separate the cutting tool holding mechanism when the fastening the handle into the base.

Claims (12)
- Mécanisme de maintien d'outil de coupe (100) comprenant une base (200), un manche (300) et au moins un ensemble de verrouillage (400), dans lequel la base (200) comprend:une rainure de réception (220) disposée par enfoncement dans la base (200);au moins une rainure de limitation (230) disposée par enfoncement dans la base (200) et en communication avec la rainure de réception (220);le manche (300) qui est en butée contre la base (200), comprenant:une portion manchonnée (310) qui est disposée dans la rainure de réception (220) comprenant au moins une portion de butée (311), dans lequel la portion de butée (311) est située sur une intersection de la rainure de réception (220) et la rainure de limitation (230) lorsque la portion manchonnée (310) est disposée dans la rainure de réception (220); etl'au moins un ensemble de verrouillage (400) comprenant:
une vis de verrouillage (420) comprenant:une portion de tête (421); etune portion de vissage (422) pour faire saillie dans la rainure de limitation (230);un élément de vissage (430) qui est reçu dans la rainure de limitation (230), comprenant:un trou vissé (431) pour la fixation de la portion de vissage (422);caractérisé en ce que la base (200) comprend au moins un trou de limitation (231) disposé sur la base (200) et en communication avec la rainure de limitation (230); l'élément de verrouillage (430) comprend en outre:une rainure de guidage (432) disposée sur un côté de l'élément de verrouillage (430), la rainure de guidage (432) étant alignée sur le trou de limitation (231) lorsque l'élément de verrouillage (430) est disposé dans la rainure de limitation (230), une direction d'extension de la rainure de guidage (432) étant parallèle à un axe central de la rainure de limitation (230); etla base (200) comprend en outre:
un boulon de guidage (440) disposé dans le trou de limitation (231), le boulon de guidage (440) étant en butée contre la rainure de guidage (432) pour empêcher l'élément de verrouillage (430) de tourner, l'élément de verrouillage (430) étant destiné à se déplacer le long de l'axe central pour pousser contre la portion en butée (311). - Mécanisme de maintien d'outil de coupe (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la base (200) comprend une portion de butée (210) qui comprend une pluralité de surfaces de butée (211) distribuées circulairement sur la portion de butée (210), le manche (300) comprend une pluralité de surfaces de positionnement (301), et un nombre de surfaces de positionnement (301) correspond à un nombre de surfaces de butée (211) de sorte que le manche (300) puisse être positionné sur la base (200).
- Mécanisme de maintien d'outil de coupe (100) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la rainure de réception (220) est entourée par les surfaces de butée (211).
- Mécanisme de maintien d'outil de coupe (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un angle contenu entre la rainure de limitation (230) et une surface horizontale virtuelle est inférieur à 180 degrés.
- Mécanisme de maintien d'outil de coupe (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la rainure de limitation (230) est parallèle à une surface verticale virtuelle.
- Mécanisme de maintien d'outil de coupe (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la rainure de réception (220) passe au travers de la base.
- Mécanisme de maintien d'outil de coupe (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la rainure de limitation (230) passe au travers de la base (200).
- Mécanisme de maintien d'outil de coupe (100) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'ensemble de verrouillage (400) comprend en outre:
deux couvercles (450) disposés sur deux côtés de la rainure de limitation (230) respectivement de sorte que la rainure de limitation (230) soit fermée. - Mécanisme de maintien d'outil de coupe (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la base (200) comprend un trou d'axe (240), la portion manchonnée (310) comprend un trou d'ancrage (312) qui correspond au trou d'axe (240), et le trou d'axe (240) et le trou d'ancrage (312) sont configurés pour permettre à un axe de s'insérer de sorte à fixer le manche (300).
- Mécanisme de maintien d'outil de coupe (100) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel un nombre de rainures de limitation (230) est de deux, un nombre de trous de limitation (231) est de deux, un nombre de portions en butée (311) est de deux, deux rainures de limitation (230) et deux trous de limitation (231) sont disposés sur deux côtés correspondants de la rainure de réception (220) respectivement, et deux portions en butée (311) sont disposées par enfoncement sur deux côtés correspondants de la portion manchonnée (310) respectivement.
- Mécanisme de maintien d'outil de coupe (100) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel un nombre d'ensembles de verrouillage (400) est de deux, et deux ensembles de verrouillage (400) correspondent aux deux rainures de limitation (230) respectivement.
- Mécanisme de maintien d'outil de coupe (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'au moins un ensemble de verrouillage (400) comprend en outre:un anneau d'emballage (410) comprenant un trou débouchant (411);dans lequel la portion de vissage (422) passe au travers du trou débouchant (410) pour faire saillie dans la rainure de limitation (230).
