  • the heat-pump type laundry dryer (1) of the present invention further comprises: a fan (7) for cooling the compressor (5) and a sensor (8) for sensing the process air temperature T_air, wherein the control unit (6) is configured to set a first threshold temperature T_th1 which is equal to or smaller than 55°C, to set a second threshold temperature T_th2 which is less than T_th1 and to initiate, prior to the termination of the drying process a cooling process in which the fan (7) is turned ON when T_air reaches T_th1 and the fan (7) is turned OFF when T_air drops to T_th2 ( Fig. 1 to 3 ).

  • the cooling process is initiated when a predetermined drying program has been selected by the user or a predetermined duration has elapsed since the drying process was commenced.
  • control method further comprises a step of initiating (S2-S3) an auxiliary cooling process (A) prior to the initiation of the cooling process, or after the initiation of the cooling process when T_air has not yet reached T_th1, wherein the auxiliary cooling process (A) comprises: a step (S7, S9) of setting a third threshold temperature T_th3 and a fourth threshold temperature T_th4 which is equal to or smaller than T_th3 and a step (S7 to S10) of sensing the refrigerant temperature T_rfg, turning the compressor cooling fan (7) ON when the refrigerant temperature T_rfg exceeds T_th3 and turning the compressor cooling fan (7) OFF when the refrigerant temperature T_rfg drops below T_th4 ( Fig. 1 to 3 ).

Claims (5)

  1. Un sèche-linge à pompe à chaleur (1) comprenant :
    - un tambour (2) pour recevoir le linge,
    - un circuit d'air de traitement (3) pour acheminer de l'air de traitement chauffé déshumidifié à travers le tambour (2),
    - un circuit réfrigérant (4) pour déshumidifier l'air de traitement et chauffer l'air de traitement déshumidifié, dans lequel le circuit réfrigérant (4) comporte un compresseur réfrigérant (5),
    - une unité de commande (6) pour exécuter le processus de séchage du linge,
    - un ventilateur (7) pour refroidir le compresseur (5),
    - un capteur (8) pour détecter la température de l'air de traitement T_air,
    est caractérisé en ce que
    - l'unité de commande (6) est configurée pour régler une première température de seuil T_th1 qui est égale ou inférieure à 55°C,
    - pour régler une deuxième température de seuil T_th2 qui est inférieure à T_th1,
    - pour déclencher, avant la fin du processus de séchage, un processus de refroidissement dans lequel le ventilateur (7) est mis en MARCHE lorsque T_air atteint T_th1 et le ventilateur (7) est ARRETE lorsque T_air tombe à T_th2,
    - pour lancer le processus de refroidissement lorsqu'un programme de séchage prédéterminé a été sélectionné par l'utilisateur ou qu'une durée prédéterminée s'est écoulée depuis que le processus de séchage a commencé.
  2. Le sèche-linge à pompe à chaleur (1) selon la déclaration 1, est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un capteur (9) pour détecter la température du réfrigérant T_rfg, l'unité de commande (6) étant en outre configurée pour régler une troisième température seuil T_th3, pour régler une quatrième température de seuil T_th4 qui est égale ou inférieure à T_th3 et pour déclencher un processus de refroidissement auxiliaire (A) avant le déclenchement du processus de refroidissement ou après le déclenchement du processus de refroidissement lorsque T_air n'a pas encore atteint T_th1, le ventilateur (7) étant MIS EN MARCHE lorsque T_rfg dépasse T_th3 et le ventilateur (7) est ARRETE lorsque T_rfg tombe au-dessous T_th4 dans le processus de refroidissement auxiliaire (A).
  3. Le sèche-linge à pompe à chaleur (1) selon l'une quelconque des déclarations 1 à 2, est caractérisé en ce que le circuit d'air de traitement (3) comprend un filtre à air situé immédiatement en aval du tambour (2), le capteur (8) pour détecter la température de l'air de traitement T_air étant situé au voisinage du filtre à air.
  4. Un procédé de commande d'un sèche-linge à pompe à chaleur (1), le procédé comprenant :
    - une étape (S1) de démarrage du processus de séchage dans lequel le linge est séché par l'air de traitement,
    le procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre :
    - une étape (S2) de réglage d'une première température de seuil T_th1 égale ou inférieure à 55°C et une seconde température de seuil T_th2 inférieure à T_th1 ;
    - une étape (S2) d'initiation d'un processus de refroidissement avant la fin du processus de séchage, dans laquelle le processus de refroidissement comprend :
    - une étape (S3 à S6) de détection de la température de l'air de traitement T_air, d'ACTIVATION d'un ventilateur de refroidissement de compresseur (7) lorsque la température de l'air de traitement T_air atteint T_th1 et d'ARRÊT du ventilateur de refroidissement du compresseur (7) lorsque la température de l'air de traitement T_air chute à T_th2,
    - dans laquelle, dans l'étape d'initiation (S2), le processus de refroidissement est lancé lorsqu'un programme de séchage prédéterminé a été sélectionné par l'utilisateur ou qu'une durée prédéterminée s'est écoulée depuis que le processus de séchage a commencé.
  5. Le procédé de contrôle selon la déclaration 4, le procédé comprenant en outre :
    - une étape d'initiation (S2-S3) d'un processus de refroidissement auxiliaire (A) avant l'initiation du processus de refroidissement, ou après l'initiation du processus de refroidissement lorsque T_air n'a pas encore atteint T_th1, où le processus de refroidissement auxiliaire (A) comprend :
    - une étape (S7, S9) consistant à régler une troisième température de seuil T_th3 et une quatrième température de seuil T_th4 qui est égale ou inférieure à T_th3 et une étape (S7 à S10) consistant à détecter la température du réfrigérant T_rfg, à mettre le ventilateur de refroidissement du compresseur (7) en MARCHE lorsque la température du réfrigérant T_rfg dépasse T_th3 et à mettre le ventilateur de refroidissement du compresseur (7) en ARRÊT lorsque la température du réfrigérant T_rfg passe au-dessous T_th4.
