Claims (11)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un joint d'angle de dormant (100), comprenant deux profilés creux de dormant comportant des surfaces visibles (13, 23) inclinées différemment par rapport à la surface visible extérieure (11, 21) et comprenant un jeu de joint horizontal entre les surfaces visibles extérieures (11, 21),
    le procédé comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes :
    a) fourniture d'un premier profilé creux en plastique présentant un premier angle d'inclinaison α de la surface visible (13) par rapport à la surface visible extérieure (11) pour une partie de dormant horizontale inférieure (10) ;
    b) fourniture d'un deuxième profilé creux en plastique présentant un deuxième angle d'inclinaison de la surface visible (23) par rapport à la surface visible extérieure (21) pour la partie de dormant verticale (20) ;
    caractérisé par :
    c) la réalisation d'un évidement (52) respectif aux extrémités des parties de dormant verticales (20), un angle α' entre une arête de coupe (27) et une surface visible extérieure (21) correspondant respectivement à l'angle opposé du premier angle d'inclinaison α ;
    d) la réalisation d'un évidement (51) respectif aux extrémités des parties de dormant horizontales (10), au moins la surface visible extérieure (11) étant conservée respectivement dans une surlongueur (11.1) et la partie, adjacente derrière celle-ci, du corps profilé étant enlevée ;
    e) l'installation d'un élément connecteur extérieur (40) sur le côté frontal de la partie de dormant horizontale (10), l'élément connecteur extérieur (40) comprenant au moins une languette profilée (41, 42) faisant saillie au-delà de la section transversale de la partie de dormant horizontale (10) ;
    f) le placement de la partie de dormant verticale (20) sur la partie de dormant horizontale (10), la languette profilée (41, 42) de l'élément connecteur extérieur (40) étant insérée entre des nervures d'encliquetage sur les surfaces périphériques extérieures de la partie de dormant verticale (20) et
    g) la connexion des parties de dormant (10, 20) par le biais d'un élément connecteur coudé (30) respectif qui est placé sur les surfaces de feuillure intérieures (14, 24) et vissé sur celles-ci ;
    les étapes de procédé a) à f) pouvant être mises en oeuvre également suivant une autre séquence.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément connecteur coudé (30) est appliqué, par au moins un bord latéral, contre un bord de butée (15.1, 25.1) sur au moins l'une des parties de dormant (10, 20).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'en coupant à longueur l'un des deux profilés creux en plastique, une partie de dormant horizontale supérieure est formée et les étapes c) à g) sont répétées pour la partie de dormant supérieure.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un matériau d'étanchéité est injecté, à travers des ouvertures d'injection de matériau d'étanchéité (46.1, 46.2, 46.3) dans l'élément connecteur extérieur (40), dans les zones d'extrémité des extrémités de profilé creux exposées des parties de dormant (10, 20) et/ou dans le plan de contact entre les parties de dormant (10, 20).
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que des profilés creux en plastique sont utilisés pour la fabrication des parties de dormant (10, 20), lesquels comprennent respectivement un recouvrement (12, 22), et en ce que l'élément connecteur extérieur (40) est doté d'un élément supplémentaire (44), lequel complète les recouvrements (12, 22) des parties de dormant (10, 20) usinées.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le matériau d'étanchéité est injecté, à travers au moins une ouverture d'injection de matériau d'étanchéité au niveau du côté arrière de l'élément supplémentaire (44), dans les chambres creuses dans la région des recouvrements (12, 22).
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la surface visible intérieure (26) sur la partie de dormant verticale (20) se termine à hauteur du fraisage de montant (52) et se raccorde à la surface visible intérieure (16) de la partie de dormant horizontale (10) en formant un joint horizontal.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que
    - la surface visible intérieure (26') sur la partie de dormant verticale (20') s'étend vers le bas au-delà du fraisage de montant dans une zone de surface triangulaire (26.1') ;
    - la surface visible intérieure (16') de la partie de dormant horizontale (10') est enlevée dans une zone triangulaire (16.1') et
    - un joint en onglet est formé entre les bords obliques des surfaces visibles intérieures (16', 26').
  9. Kit de connexion permettant de mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, lequel comporte au moins :
    - un élément connecteur coudé (30) en forme de T en section transversale comprenant une patte de base (31) et une patte de fixation (32) disposée perpendiculairement sur celle-ci ainsi qu'au moins un bord d'appui (35) et/ou un crochet (33, 34) servant au positionnement de l'élément connecteur coudé (30) au niveau de rainures et/ou de bords profilés (25.1) dans les parties de dormant (10, 20) ;
    - un élément connecteur extérieur (40) comprenant une plaque de fixation pour la fixation à une extrémité frontale d'une partie de dormant horizontale (10) ainsi qu'au moins une patte d'enfichage (41, 42) faisant saillie au-delà de la plaque de fixation et destinée à être insérée dans une partie de fixation (28.1, 28.2) de la partie de dormant verticale (20).
  10. Kit de connexion selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément supplémentaire (44) servant à recouvrir un recouvrement (12, 22) est relié de manière amovible à la plaque de fixation.
  11. Kit de connexion selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément connecteur extérieur (40) et/ou l'élément supplémentaire (44) comportent respectivement au moins une ouverture d'injection de matériau d'étanchéité (46.1, 46.2, 46.3).
