Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a formwork device for a battery mold for the manufacture of components, in particular precast concrete parts, which has at least two bulkheads.
  • precast concrete parts In the series production of precast concrete parts often battery molds are used. In particular, in the manufacture of prefabricated buildings are often precast concrete parts used. These precast concrete parts can be produced quickly and cheaply in battery molds.
  • shuttering walls In conventional battery molds so-called shuttering walls are used as shuttering, which are arranged side by side.
  • the bulkhead walls each span vertical planes. Between the bulkheads formwork elements z. B. for doors, windows, etc. are attached, which limit together with the partition walls arranged on both sides with concrete to be filled cavities.
  • the bulkheads are equipped as needed with the appropriate formwork elements. This brings a worker the formwork elements z. B. with magnetic holders on the steel bulkhead walls. During manufacture, the bulkheads are braced against each other to ensure sufficient tightness of the cavities.
  • the cavities are open at the top and are filled with concrete for producing the precast concrete parts.
  • the cavities arranged between the bulkheads are filled substantially simultaneously with concrete. After hardening of the concrete, the tension is released and the hardened precast concrete parts can be removed from the battery mold.
  • battery molds make it possible to produce precast concrete parts quickly and inexpensively.
  • the handling of the large and relatively heavy bulkheads is not easy.
  • the loading of the bulkhead walls with formwork elements is quite tedious. It is therefore desirable and object of the invention to further simplify the production of precast concrete parts. In particular, further flexibility of the manufacturing process would be desirable.
  • a shuttering device for a battery mold for the manufacture of components, in particular precast concrete parts which has at least two bulkheads and the formwork device has two formwork panels, which are preferably hinged together to be transferred from a folded state to a folded state , wherein each formwork panel a Formwork front side for attaching formwork elements and a formwork back has, and the shuttering sides of the two formwork panels in the folded state facing each other and the formwork device is intended to be positioned in the folded state between the bulkheads.
  • This solution has the advantage that a formwork device having two formwork panels can be used for the simultaneous production of two different precast concrete parts.
  • a formwork device having two formwork panels can be used for the simultaneous production of two different precast concrete parts.
  • the formwork device is positioned between two adjacent bulkhead walls. Due to the possibility of transferring the formwork panels from the unfolded to the folded condition, it is possible in the unfolded state to equip the formwork panels lying with the respective formwork elements. Subsequently, the shuttering panels are raised and transferred to the folded state in which the formwork panels can be lifted between the bulkhead walls. As a result, the loading of the shuttering panels over conventional battery molds can be greatly simplified.
  • the possibility of equipping with formwork elements in the horizontal state of the formwork panels also facilitates automation of this process.
  • the formwork panels may be formed substantially rectangular. Their shape corresponds thereby essentially the shape of the bulkheads, so that the compatibility with the bulkheads is guaranteed.
  • This can be advantageous in particular for a possible retrofitting of existing battery molds.
  • the i.W. rectangular shuttering panels on one side preferably connected to each other at the longer longitudinal side. The connection is made by a during the insertion process of the folded shuttering panels horizontally extending line. As a result, the two formwork panels extend downwards from this line, hanging down from this line, so to speak. In this way, a simple handling of the formwork device is possible.
  • the formwork panels are connected to each other via a hinge joint.
  • the handling can be further simplified.
  • At least the formwork front side of the formwork panel can be magnetic.
  • the formwork panel at least partly made of steel.

  • the formwork device has at least one roller. In this way, the formwork device in the battery mold can be easily positioned and moved.
  • roller is provided on a narrow side of the formwork device and preferably in the region where the two shuttering plates adjoin one another. With such a construction, the formwork device in the battery mold can be handled even easier.
  • roller is arranged on the hinge joint.
  • Such an arrangement is particularly advantageous for battery molds, in which the bulkhead walls and / or the formwork device are arranged suspended. An independent unfolding of the shuttering panels can be counteracted thereby.
  • the formwork device can have a preferably releasably arranged heating device and / or a vibrator. Both the heater and the vibrator can be detachably mounted. This makes it possible to use the formwork facilities universal. It is no longer necessary to use expensive bulkheads with fixed vibrators. Instead, the formwork device can be equipped as needed with a heater and / or with a vibrator. The heater and / or the vibrator can be mounted in particular when loading the formwork panels with the formwork elements. It is conceivable to attach the heater and / or the vibrator with magnetic holders on the formwork element.
  • a filler neck is provided on one of the articulated connection, preferably the hinge joint, opposite end portion of the formwork device.
  • a filler neck when the formwork device is mounted in the battery mold, be mounted in the lower region of the formwork device. It is thereby possible to fill the concrete from below.
  • scarf elements of the filler neck may optionally be arranged at the bottom end down. Preferably, however, it is located at a lower end portion laterally on the formwork device.
  • Such a filler neck can also be used as a lost component be educated. He then remains in the molded precast concrete and the unneeded part can then z. B. be cut off.
  • the above object is also achieved by an arrangement consisting of a battery mold and at least one formwork device according to the invention, wherein the formwork device is arranged hanging in the battery mold.
  • This solution has the advantage that under the battery mold and in particular under the suspended formwork equipment no continuous ground z. B. made of concrete is necessary. The requirements for the installation location for the battery mold are thereby reduced, and the battery mold is universally applicable.
  • the battery mold has at least one support device, preferably a rail, for receiving the roller of the formwork device. In this way, the formwork device can be easily moved in the battery mold.

  • the formwork device acts twice and allows a further simplification of a formwork for precast concrete parts in battery molds.
  • At least one shuttering mold can be provided between the bulkheads.
  • Such matrices may comprise prefabricated arrangements of formwork elements and are positioned between the bulkheads on the bulkhead or the formwork device and optionally secured. As a result, the effort for the assembly can be further reduced.
  • Such matrices can also represent only parts of a formwork element.
  • the die can form an exchangeable core in order to be able to easily produce different variants of a precast concrete part.
  • complicated geometries can be realized, if necessary, with conventional formwork elements difficult to realize. So there may be a collection of matrices that allows the production of different precast concrete parts in a simple way.
  • the aforementioned features of the formwork device are suitable for bulkhead walls, which, as in the present invention preferred version, are suspended, but are also basically suitable for such bulkheads, which are mounted on trolleys.

Description

Schalungseinrichtung

Schalungseinrichtungen;
Figuren 4 bis 7 die Arbeitsschritte beim Überführen der Schalungseinrichtung vom aufgefälteten Zustand in den gefalteten Zustand;
Figuren 8 bis 1 1 die erfindungsgemäße Schalungseinrichtung zwischen zwei Schottwänden auf einem Fahrgestell montiert;
Figuren 12 bis 19 die Arbeitsschritte beim Entnehmen der fertigen Betonfertigteile;
