Claims (3)

  1. Un dispositif pour l'alimentation en eau dans un système d'eau sous pression destiné à être utilisé dans des installations de lavage, le système d'eau sous pression comprenant un circuit (4) qui comprend au moins une pompe (5) d'entraînement d'eau qui tourne au moyen d'un moteur (8), et un pistolet (7) de pulvérisation de lavage avec une buse de sortie (7a) à partir de laquelle un courant d'eau s'écoule lorsque ledit pistolet (7) est activé en raison de l'action d'une gâchette (7b) intégrée dans le pistolet (7) ; dans lequel :
    - il comprend un premier commutateur à pression (1) et un deuxième commutateur à pression (2) ainsi qu'un clapet anti-retour (6) et une vanne de décharge (3) à trois voies et deux positions ayant un pilote hydraulique (3a) agissant contre la résistance d'un ressort (3b), ce clapet (6) et cette vanne (3) étant insérés entre la pompe d'entraînement (5) et le pistolet (7), tandis qu'à la sortie de la pompe d'entraînement (5) est située une section de sortie (4b) du circuit dans laquelle la vanne de décharge (3) est montée en premier suivie du clapet anti-retour (6) ;
    dans lequel :
    - la vanne de décharge (3) est également reliée à une extrémité d'une dérivation latérale (4d), tandis que l'autre extrémité de cette dérivation latérale (4d) est directement reliée à une section d'entrée (4a) qui est reliée à la section de sortie (4b) du circuit (4), la section d'entrée (4a), la section de sortie (4b) et la dérivation latérale (4d) créant un circuit en boucle fermée et la pompe d'entraînement (5) étant située entre ces deux sections (4a), (4b) ;
    de sorte que, lorsque l'eau s'écoule de la buse de sortie (7a) du pistolet (7), les deux commutateurs à pression (1), (2) détectent la pression dans le circuit (4) et lesdits commutateurs à pression génèrent des signaux électriques qui maintiennent le moteur (8) en rotation, tandis que, lorsque l'écoulement de l'eau depuis la buse (7a) du pistolet (7) s'arrête, la pression dans la section de sortie (4b) chute, faisant adopter à la vanne de décharge (3) une deuxième position amenant l'eau à circuler dans la dérivation latérale lorsque son pilote hydraulique (8a) est désactivé, le premier commutateur électrique enverra un signal électrique communiquant qu'il n'y a pas de pression, le signal électrique activant une temporisation avant l'arrêt de la rotation du moteur (8).
  2. Le dispositif pour l'alimentation en eau dans un système d'eau sous pression destiné à être utilisé dans des installations de lavage, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que :
    - le premier commutateur à pression (1) est connecté à la section de sortie (4b) du circuit (4) à la sortie de la pompe d'entraînement (5), avant la vanne de décharge (3) ; de sorte qu'une chute de pression dans l'eau dans ladite section de sortie (4b) du circuit (4) est détectée par le premier commutateur à pression (1), ce dernier générant un signal électrique qui arrête la rotation du moteur (8) qui actionne la pompe d'entraînement (5) lorsque la gâchette (7b) du pistolet (7) est relâchée ;
    - le deuxième commutateur à pression (2) est connecté à une section terminale (4c) du circuit (4) dans laquelle le pistolet (7) est connecté, la section terminale (4c) partant du clapet anti-retour (6) ; le pistolet (7) et le deuxième commutateur à pression (2) étant connectés à la section terminale (4c) du circuit (4), de sorte qu'une chute de pression de l'eau dans ladite section terminale (4c) est détectée par le deuxième commutateur à pression (2).
  3. Le dispositif d'alimentation en eau dans un système d'eau sous pression destiné à être utilisé dans des installations de lavage, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pilote hydraulique (3a) de la vanne de décharge (3) est connecté à la section de sortie (4b) du circuit (4) en un point situé entre la vanne de décharge (3) et le clapet anti-retour (6).
