- One of the tasks to which the service person is authorised relates to resetting the memory 305 in relation to the registered number of opening or closing actions of the door. Claims (12)
- Vitrine réfrigérée (11) comprenant un corps (1), au moins une étagère (3) pour soutenir des marchandises, une porte transparente (2), au moins une barre LED (4), un système de refroidissement, caractérisée en ce que:
elle comprend en outre:- un capteur de température et/ou,- un capteur d'humidité et- un accéléromètre détectant le nombre d'ouvertures de porte (2), ladite barre LED (4) comprenant- une mémoire (305) enregistrant le nombre d'ouvertures de porte et- une interface de communication (405) permettant à une unité de traitement de se connecter à un dispositif de commande à distance permettant d'échanger des données et des commandes avec l'unité de traitement. - Vitrine réfrigérée (11) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre une unité détectant les paramètres fonctionnels de la vitrine et fournissant des données sur les conditions de dysfonctionnement, un dispositif sans fil et une application pour transmettre les données mesurées par ledit capteur de température, par ledit capteur d'humidité, par ledit accéléromètre pour détecter le nombre d'ouvertures de porte et par ladite unité pour détecter des données sur les conditions de dysfonctionnement à un appareil mobile tel qu'un smartphone ou une tablette située à une distance prédéfinie de ladite vitrine (11).
- Vitrine réfrigérée (11) selon la revendication 1, une unité détectant les paramètres fonctionnels de la vitrine et fournissant des données sur les conditions de dysfonctionnement, un dispositif sans fil et une application pour transmettre les données mesurées par ledit capteur de température, par ledit capteur d'humidité, par ledit accéléromètre pour détecter le nombre d'ouvertures de porte et par ladite unité pour détecter des données sur les conditions de dysfonctionnement à un appareil fixe tel qu'un router ou une passerelle pouvant transmettre lesdites données à un nuage.
- Vitrine réfrigérée (11) selon les revendications 1-3, comprenant en outre un dispositif de réinitialisation associé à la vitrine ou à la barre LED et réinitialisant le nombre d'ouvertures de porte enregistré dans la mémoire (305) après qu'un opérateur humain ait approvisionné la vitrine (11) avec des marchandises.
- Vitrine réfrigérée (11) selon les revendications 1-4, dans laquelle lesdits capteurs et ladite mémoire (305) sont placés dans la barre LED (4) elle-même et sont alimentés électriquement par les mêmes fils électriques alimentant ladite barre LED (4).
- Vitrine réfrigérée (11) selon les revendications 1-4, dans laquelle au moins certains desdits capteurs et la mémoire sont un groupe distinct desdites barres LED (4) et sont éventuellement alimentés électriquement par une batterie.
- Vitrine réfrigérée (11) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la barre LED comprend un corps en forme de boite dans lequel est logé une unité de traitement comprenant un processeur, des périphériques tels qu'une mémoire, une interface de communication avec une unité de commande à distance, telle qu'un smartphone, un PC ou des dispositifs similaires, un port d'entrée pour chacun des capteurs de température, pour le capteur d'humidité et pour l'accéléromètre pour capter le nombre d'ouvertures de porte et un programme de commande codant les instructions pour configurer ladite unité de traitement et ses périphériques pour enregistrer dans ladite mémoire (305) les données relatives au nombre mesuré d'ouvertures de porte, à la température mesurée et à l'humidité mesurée, le programme de commande configurant l'unité de traitement et ses périphériques pour réinitialiser les données enregistrées concernant le nombre d'ouvertures de porte déclenchées par une commande, ladite commande n'étant disponible que pour le type sélectionné de personnes actionnant la porte.
- Méthode d'utilisation de la vitrine réfrigérée selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes comprenant les étapes suivantes:Mesurer le nombre d'ouvertures et/ou de fermetures de la porte de la vitrine;Enregistrer le nombre d'ouvertures et/ou de fermetures de la porte de la vitrine;Identifier, automatiquement ou sur commande, la personne opérant la porte par rapport à une classification de personnes prédéfinie;Autoriser une personne spécifiquement liée à la classification en tant que responsable pour l'exécution d'intervention sur la vitrine pour réinitialiser le nombre enregistré d'ouvertures ou de fermetures de porte ou pour effacer uniquement le nombre d'ouvertures ou de fermetures de porte effectuées par ladite personne autorisée;Faire reprendre l'enregistrement du nombre d'ouvertures ou de fermetures de porte après que la personne autorisée ait signalé d'avoir terminé l'intervention sur la vitrine et/ou la réinitialisation de la mémoire pour enregistrer ledit nombre d'ouvertures et/ou de fermetures de la porte.
- Méthode d'utilisation de la vitrine réfrigérée (11) selon les revendications 1-7 et la revendication 8, dans laquelle un opérateur humain muni d'un dispositif portable tel qu'un smartphone ou une tablette se place à une distance prédéfinie de la vitrine réfrigérée (11) elle-même et effectue une requête a l'unité de traitement (11) et/ou ses périphériques placés dans la vitrine pour des informations sur l'état fonctionnel de la vitrine, telles que la température mesurée, l'humidité mesurée, le nombre détecté d'ouvertures de porte, et des événements de dysfonctionnement en utilisant une application dédiée.
- Méthode d'utilisation de la vitrine réfrigérée (11) selon les revendications 1-7, dans laquelle les informations telles que la température, l'humidité, le nombre d'ouvertures de porte, les dysfonctionnements sont transmises sans fil à un dispositif fixe tel qu'un router ou une passerelle, qui les transmets à son tour à un nuage.
- Méthode d'utilisation d'une vitrine réfrigérée (11) selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans laquelle les informations concernant la température, l'humidité, le nombre d'ouvertures de porte, les dysfonctionnements sont enregistrées dans une mémoire à l'intérieur de la vitrine (11), et transmises à un dispositif portable ou fixe suite à une requête.
- Méthode d'utilisation d'une vitrine réfrigérée (11) selon les revendications 8-11, dans laquelle est fournie la mémoire pour enregistrer le nombre d'ouvertures de porte (2) et ladite mémoire est réinitialisée par un opérateur humain après qu'il/elle ait approvisionné ladite vitrine (11) avec des marchandises.
