Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Drehbohrwerkzeug zum Erstellen einer Bohrung im Boden, mit einem Grundkörper, einer an einer Unterseite des Grundkörper angeordneten Abtragseinrichtung, welche mindestens eine Hammereinheit aufweist, welche ein axial reversierend angetriebenes Hammerelement umfasst, und eine Abführleitung zum Abführen von abgetragenem Bodenmaterial und Bohrsuspension, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zum Erstellen einer Bohrung im Boden mit einem Drehbohrwerkzeug, bei dem mit einer Abtragseinrichtung an einer Unterseite eines Grundkörpers des Drehbohrwerkzeugs Bodenmaterial abgetragen wird und mittels einer Abführleitung abgetragenes Bodenmaterial und Bohrsuspension abgeführt werden, wobei die Abtragseinrichtung mindestens eine Hammereinheit aufweist, bei welcher ein Hammerelement axial reversierend angetrieben wird, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 12.
  • Ein gattungsgemäßes Drehbohrwerkzeug geht aus der EP 2 592 214 A1 hervor. Bei diesem Drehbohrwerkzeug sind mehrere Hammereinheiten mit axial reversierend bewegbaren Hammerelementen vorgesehen, welche mittels Druckluft angetrieben werden. Hierdurch wird eine Schlagbewegung der Hammerelemente erzeugt, wodurch harter Boden, insbesondere Gestein, abgetragen werden kann. Verbrauchte Druckluft kann dabei an einem unteren Bereich der Hammereinheiten austreten, wobei die Druckluft zum Abfördern von abgetragenem Bodenmaterial und Bohrsuspension im sogenannten Luft-Hebe-Verfahren dient. Dabei kann die freigesetzte Druckluft durch Abführleitungen nach oben strömen. Bodenmaterial und Bohrsuspension werden mit nach oben aus dem Bohrloch abgeführt.
  • Aus der EP 2 703 596 B1 ist eine Bohrvorrichtung bekannt, welche innerhalb eines Stützrohres angeordnet werden kann und sich an der Innenseite des Bohrrohres zum Erstellen der Bohrung festklemmen kann. Innerhalb der Bohrvorrichtung sind ein Drehantrieb, ein Vorschubantrieb, eine Klemmeinrichtung zum Festklemmen des Gehäuses in dem Stützrohr sowie weitere Aggregate zum Zuführen und Abführen von Suspensionen angeordnet. Das Abtragen des Bodenmaterials erfolgt über rotierende Schneideinrichtungen.
  • Bohrwerkzeuge mit rotierenden Schneidzähnen sind zum Bearbeiten von Böden mit geringer oder mittlerer Festigkeit geeignet, wobei Bodenmaterial insbesondere abgeschält wird. Zum Bearbeiten von Böden hoher Festigkeit, insbesondere von anstehenden Gestein und Felsen ist ein Bearbeiten durch Rollenmeißel oder aktiv angetriebener Hammereinheiten notwendig. Diese üben auf hartem spröden Material eine punktuelle hohe Druckbelastung aus, welche zu einem Abplatzen und damit einem Abtragen von Bodenmaterial führt.
  • Aus der EP 2 597 249 A1 geht ein Bohrgerät sowie ein Verfahren zum Erstellen einer vertikalen Bohrung hervor. An einem unteren Ende ist hierfür an einer Bohrvorrichtung ein exzentrisch angeordneter, rotierender Bohrkopf vorgesehen.
  • Die WO 83/00183 lehrt einen Bohrhammer mit einem einzelnen Bohrkopf, welcher an einem unteren Ende der Bohrvorrichtung angeordnet ist.
  • Die US 4 790 391 A zeigt eine weitere Drehbohrvorrichtung mit einem alternativen Schneidelementvortrieb. Hierbei wird mittels eines pneumatischen Kolbens auf das Schneidelement eine Vortriebskraft erzeugt. Das Schneidelement ist axial verschieblich auf einer Führung, z.B. in Form eines Keilwellenprofils, gelagert, welche durch den Kolben beaufschlagt wird. Eine Pumpvorrichtung ist an der Arbeitsoberfläche vorgesehen, die die Bohrsuspension aus der Tiefe des Bohrlochs ansaugt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Drehbohrwerkzeug und ein Verfahren zum Erstellen einer Bohrung im Boden anzugeben, mit welchem insbesondere bei einem harten Bodenmaterial eine besonders gute Abtragsleistung erzielbar ist.
  • Die Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung zum einen durch ein Drehbohrwerkzeug mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 und zum anderen durch ein Verfahren mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 12 gelöst. Bevorzugte Ausführungsvarianten sind in den jeweils abhängigen Ansprüchen angegeben.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Drehbohrwerkzeug ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Grundkörper entlang der Abführleitung eine Pumpeinrichtung angeordnet ist und dass die Pumpeinrichtung zum Abpumpen des abgetragenen Bodenmaterials mit Bohrsuspension durch die Abführleitung ausgebildet ist.
  • Ein Grundgedanke der Erfindung beruht auf der Erkenntnis, dass es für eine gute Abtragsleistung bei Hammereinheiten mit reversierend angetriebenen Hammerelementen von einer wesentlichen Bedeutung ist, dass diese Hammerelemente möglichst unmittelbar auf das anstehende harte Bodenmaterial treffen. Hierdurch kann die Schlagenergie effizient in punktuelle Überlastungen des Bodenmaterials umgesetzt werden, was zu einem Abplatzen oder Absprengen des anstehenden Bodenmaterials führt.
  • Durch den Einsatz einer Pumpeinrichtung unmittelbar an der Abführleitung an dem Drehbohrwerkzeug selbst wird erreicht, dass besonders zuverlässig und schnell abgetragenes Bodenmaterial mit Bohrsuspension von der Ortsbrust abgeführt wird. Damit wird erreicht, dass beim Auftreffen der Hammerelemente auf den anstehenden Boden die Schlagenergie nicht durch noch nicht abgeführtes abgetragenes Bodenmaterial abgemildert und abgedämpft wird. Ein unmittelbares und schnelles Abführen des abgetragenen Bodenmaterials durch eine Pumpeinrichtung in dem Drehbohrwerkzeug selbst wird somit erreicht, dass ein möglichst hoher Anteil der Schlagenergie in den anstehenden Boden aufgebracht wird. Hierdurch wird eine hohe Abtragsleistung erzielt.
  • Grundsätzlich kann die Hammereinheit in jeder beliebigen Weise angetrieben werden, etwa mittels elektrischer Energie oder mittels eines Hydraulikfluids. Besonders vorteilshaft ist es nach einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung, dass die mindestens eine Hammereinheit mit Druckluft betrieben ist, welche über eine Zuführleitung zugeführt ist. Die Druckluft wird von außerhalb des Bohrlochs von einem Kompressor zugeleitet, welcher vorzugsweise an dem Bohrgerät angeordnet ist, durch welches auch eine Drehbewegung auf das Drehbohrwerkzeug aufgebracht wird.
  • Eine bevorzugte Weiterbildung der Erfindung besteht darin, dass an einem unteren Endbereich der mindestens einen Hammereinheit eine Austrittsöffnung für verbrauchte Druckluft vorgesehen ist. Die verbrauchte Druckluft tritt somit ebenfalls in den Bereich aus, in welchem der Bodenabtrag stattfindet. Die Druckluft kann dabei in dem mit Bohrsuspension gefüllten Bohrloch zum Abführen von abgetragenem Bodenmaterial nach oben strömen. Entsprechend dem Luft-Hebe-Verfahren reißt die nach oben strömende Druckluft in gewissem Umfang abgetragenes Bodenmaterial und Bohrsuspension mit sich. Hierdurch kann die Strömung, welche von der Pumpeinrichtung erzeugt wird, unterstützt werden. Als Pumpeinrichtung kann grundsätzlich jede geeignete Pumpe eingesetzt werden, insbesondere eine Schneckenpumpe. Es können eine oder mehrere Pumpen vorgesehen sein.
  • Eine weitere bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung besteht darin, dass das Hammerelement einen vertikal ausgerichteten Kolben aufweist, welcher in einem Zylindergehäuse der Hammereinheit verschiebbar gelagert ist. Das Drehbohrwerkzeug kann dabei mehrere Hammereinheiten aufweisen, welche gleich ausgebildet sind. Die Hammereinheiten können insbesondere modulartig aus dem Zylindergehäuse mit dem darin gelagerten Kolben ausgebildet sein. Dabei wird die Zuführung und Abführung von Druckluft so gesteuert, dass eine Auf- und Ab-Bewegung des Kolbens mit einer gewünschten Frequenz erreicht wird.
  • Die Hammereinheiten sind dabei in einem im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Gehäuse des Drehbohrwerkzeuges angeordnet. Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsvariante der Erfindung kann darin gesehen werden, dass die Pumpeinrichtung oberhalb der Abtragseinrichtung in einem Gehäuse angeordnet ist. Das Gehäuse kann dabei einen zylindrischen Grundkörper mit der Abtragseinrichtung nach oben verlängern. Innerhalb des oberen Teils in dem Gehäuse ist die Pumpeinrichtung vorzugsweise mittig angeordnet. Von außerhalb des Bohrlochs kann über eine Energiezufuhrleitung, insbesondere eine elektrische Leitung oder eine Druckfluidleitung, Energie zum Betrieb der Pumpeinrichtung von außerhalb des Bohrlochs zugeführt werden.
  • Bei einem drehenden Bohrwerkzeug kann in grundsätzlich bekannter Weise eine sogenannte Drehdurchführung oder ein Drehkontakt mit einer ringförmigen Kontaktleiste vorgesehen sein, so dass von einer feststehenden Energiezuführung von außen Energie auf das drehende Bohrwerkzeug übertragen werden kann.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist es vorteilhaft, dass an einer Oberseite des Gehäuses eine Verbindungseinrichtung für ein Bohrgestänge angeordnet ist. Die Verbindungseinrichtung kann insbesondere eine sogenannte Kellybox zum Anschließen eines Kelly-Bohrgestänges sein. Auch andere mechanische Verbindungseinrichtungen zum drehfesten Verbinden des Drehbohrwerkzeuges mit einem Bohrgestänge können verwendet werden.
  • Eine besonders effiziente Absaugung von abgetragenem Bodenmaterial wird nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung dadurch erzielt, dass die Pumpeinrichtung an einem Zentralabschnitt der Abführleitung angeordnet ist und dass sich unterhalb des Zentralabschnitts die Abführleitung in mehrere Abführleitungen aufteilt. Die Pumpeinrichtung ist somit zentral an einem etwa mittigen Abschnitt der Abführleitung angeordnet, wobei sich die Saugleistung der Pumpe auf mehrere Abführleitungen unterhalb des Zentralabschnitts aufteilen kann.
  • Besonders vorteilhaft ist es dabei, dass an einer Unterseite des Grundkörpers mindestens eine Ansaugöffnung zum Absaugen des abgetragenen Bodenmaterials angeordnet ist. Dabei ist jede Absaugöffnung mit einer Abführteilleitung verbunden, welche zu dem Zentralabschnitt mit der Pumpeinrichtung führt. Über mehrere Absaugöffnungen kann das abgearbeitete Bodenmaterial besonders zuverlässig über den gesamten Bohrabschnitt abgesaugt und nach oben abgeführt werden.
  • Eine mögliche Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Drehbohrwerkzeugs besteht darin, dass das Drehbohrwerkzeug als ein Vollschnitt-Bohrwerkzeug ausgebildet ist. Dabei ist die nach unten gerichtete Stirnseite des Drehbohrwerkzeugs im Wesentlichen plattenförmig, wobei mehrere Hammerelemente zum Abtragen des anstehenden Boden vorstehen. Bei einem gleichzeitigen Drehen des Drehbohrwerzeugs kann so eine besonders großflächige Bodenbearbeitung stattfinden.
  • Alternativ kann es nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung vorgesehen sein, dass das Drehbohrwerkzeug als ein Kernbohrwerkzeug ausgebildet ist. Dabei befinden sich die Hammereinheiten als Abtragseinrichtung entlang eines ringförmigen Randbereichs des Grundkörpers. In der Mitte verbleibt ein freier Aufnahmeraum zur Aufnahme eines sich beim Bohren bildenden Bohrkerns. Üblicherweise kann der Bohrkern aufgrund der beim Bohren auftretenden Querkräfte ab einer bestimmten Länge von sich aus abbrechen. Vorzugsweise kann auch eine aktive Einrichtung zum Brechen oder Abarbeiten des Bohrkerns vorgesehen sein. Der Bohrkern kann mit dem Drehbohrwerkzeug oder einem separaten Kernfänger aus dem Bohrloch abgeführt werden.
  • Weiterhin ist es nach einer Ausführungsvariante der Erfindung vorteilhaft, dass eine Energiezufuhrleitung vorgesehen ist, mit welcher die Pumpeinrichtung an dem Grundkörper mit Energie, insbesondere elektrischer oder hydraulischer Energie, versorgt ist. Mit dieser Energiezuführung kann die Pumpeinrichtung besonders zuverlässig betrieben werden. Auch ist ohne Weiteres eine Einstellung der Pumpenleistung je nach Bedarf möglich. Alternativ kann die Pumpeinrichtung auch durch Abgreifen von Drehmoment von dem Bohrgestänge erfolgen.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem Grundkörper des Drehbohrwerkzeugs entlang der Abführleitung eine Pumpeinrichtung angeordnet ist, mit welcher das abgetragene Bodenmaterial mit Bohrsuspension durch die Abführleitung nach außerhalb eines Bohrlochs abgepumpt wird.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren wird vorzugsweise mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Drehbohrwerkzeug ausgeführt, wie es vorausgehend beschrieben wurde. Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren können die zuvor beschriebenen Vorteile insbesondere hinsichtlich einer hohen Abtragsleistung erzielt werden.
  • Eine bevorzugte Variante des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens besteht darin, dass die Hammereinheit mit Druckluft betrieben wird, welche an einer Unterseite des Grundkörpers austritt. Die austretende Druckluft kann ein Abfördern von abgetragenem Bodenmaterial mit Bohrsuspension nach oben in die Abführleitung unterstützen.
  • Ein besonders zuverlässiges Absaugen wird nach einer weiteren Verfahrensvariante der Erfindung dadurch erzielt, dass das abgetragene Bodenmaterial und die Bohrsuspension über mehrere Absaugöffnungen und mehrere Absaugleitungen abgesaugt werden, welche in einen Zentralabschnitt münden, an welchem die Pumpeinrichtung angeordnet ist. Die Absaugleistung der Pumpe wird so auf mehrere Teilabsaugleitungen und mehrere Absauföffnungen verteilt. Dies fördert ein zuverlässiges und schnelles Abführen des abgetragenen Bodenmaterials.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispielen weiter beschrieben, welche schematisch in den Zeichnungen dargestellt sind. In den Zeichnungen zeigen:

  • Ein erstes erfindungsgemäßes Drehbohrwerkzeug 10 wird nachfolgend im Zusammenhang mit den Figuren 1 bis 3 erläutert. Das Drehbohrwerkzeug 10 ist als ein Kernbohrwerkzeug mit einer ringförmigen Anordnung der Abtragseinrichtung 20 um eine mittige hohle Kernaufnahme 16 ausgebildet. Die Abtragseinrichtung 20 weist im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sechs gleich ausgebildete Hammereinheiten 22 mit einem kreisscheibenförmigen Hammerelement 24 auf. An der Unterseite der axial bewegbaren Hammerelemente 24 sind nicht näher dargestellte Abtragselemente angeordnet, welche vorzugsweise spitz zulaufende Hartmetallelemente sind. Zwischen den einzelnen Hammereinheiten 22 sind Absaugöffnungen 38 zum Absaugen des abgetragenen Bodenmaterials mit umgebender Bohrsuspension angeordnet. Die Absaugöffnungen 38 sind in einer Drehrichtung schräg angestellt, um eine möglichst gute Materialaufnahme zu erreichen.
  • Das Drehbohrwerkzeug 10 weist ein zylindrisches Gehäuse 14 auf, an dessen oberen Ende eine Verbindungseinrichtung 50 für ein Bohrgestänge angebracht ist. Die Verbindungseinrichtung 50 ist vorzugsweise als eine sogenannte Kellybox zur Aufnahme eines Vierkants eines Bohrgestänges ausgebildet.
  • Wie anschaulich in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist, weisen die einzelnen Hammereinheiten 22 ein längliches zylindrisches Zylindergehäuse 28 auf, in welchem ein Kolben 26 reversierend zwischen einer unteren Aufschlagposition und einer oberen Rückzugsposition verschiebbar gelagert ist. An einem unteren Ende des nur andeutungsweise in Fig. 3 dargestellten Kolbens 26 ist das scheibenförmige Hammerelement 24 angebracht.
  • Die Hammereinheiten 22 werden über eine Zuführleitung 29 mit Druckluft versorgt. Die vertikal nach oben außerhalb des Bohrlochs verlaufende Zuführleitung 29 mündet an ihrem unteren Ende in eine Querleitung 27, welche zu den einzelnen Hammereinheiten 22 führt. Die Querleitung 27 ist zwischen zwei Deckplatten ausgebildet. An einem unteren Endbereich der Hammereinheiten 22 kann verbrauchte Druckluft an der Unterseite des Grundkörpers 12 des Drehbohrwerkzeuges 10 austreten.
  • Abgetragenes Bodenmaterial und umgebende Bohrsuspension sowie austretende Druckluft werden über die schräg gerichteten Absaugöffnungen 38 über die einzelnen Teilabführleitungen 34 abgeführt. Dabei sind die Teilabführleitungen 34 über Querkanäle 35 mit einem Zentralabschnitt 32 einer nach oben geführten Abführleitung 30 verbunden. An dem Zentralabschnitt 32 ist eine im Gehäuse 14 mittig angeordnete Pumpeinrichtung 40 positioniert. Die Pumpeinrichtung 40 wird über eine Energiezuführleitung 44 mit Antriebsenergie, insbesondere elektrischer Energie, von einem Trägergerät außerhalb des Bohrlochs versorgt. Von dem Zentralabschnitt 32 wird das angesaugte Bodenmaterial über die Pumpeinrichtung 40 nach oben über die Abführleitung 30 abgefördert. Die Pumpeinrichtung 40 ist über ein Pumpgehäuse 42 und den Zentralabschnitt 32 fest mit dem Grundkörper 12 des Drehbohrwerkzeugs 10 verbunden.
  • In den Figuren 4 bis 7 ist ein zweites erfindungsgemäßes Drehbohrwerkzeug 10 dargestellt, welches als ein Vollschnitt-Bohrwerkzeug ausgebildet ist. Das Drehbohrwerkzeug 10 weist ein zylindrisches Gehäuse 14 auf, an dessen unteren Ende eine Abtragseinrichtung 20 angeordnet ist, welche sich im Wesentlichen quer über eine kreisscheibenförmige Bodenplatte 18 erstreckt. Die Abtragseinrichtung 20 ist aus einer Vielzahl von Hammereinheiten 22 mit kreisscheibenförmigen Hammerelementen 24 ausgebildet. Weiterhin sind an der Bodenplatte 18 zwei sich radial erstreckende schlitzförmige Absaugöffnungen 38 zum Absaugen von abgetragenen Bodenmaterial und umgebender Bodensuspension angeordnet. An der Oberseite des Gehäuses 14 ist, wie bei dem zuvor beschriebenen Drehbohrwerkzeug 10, eine Kellybox als Verbindungseinrichtung 50 für ein Bohrgestänge angebracht.
  • Innerhalb des zylindrischen Gehäuses 14, welches bei diesem Drehbohrwerkzeug 10 einen wesentlichen Teil des Grundkörpers 12 darstellt, sind die stangenförmigen Hammereinheiten 22 mit ihren jeweiligen Zylindergehäusen 28 angeordnet. Innerhalb der Zylindergehäuse 28 sind über Druckluft angetriebene Kolben 26 zum Ausüben einer Schlagbewegung auf die anstehende Ortsbrust axial reversierend gelagert. An den unteren Enden der Kolben 26 sind scheibenförmige Hammerelemente 24 mit nicht dargestellten Abtragselementen angebracht.
  • Abgetragenes Bodenmaterial wird über die beiden länglichen Absaugöffnungen 38 abgesaugt. Dabei weist im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel die Pumpeinrichtung 40 zwei getrennte Pumpen 41 auf, wobei jede Pumpe 41 über eine eigene Abführleitung 30 mit einer Absaugöffnung 38 leitungsverbunden ist.
  • Zur Zuführung von Druckluft zu den Hammereinheiten 22 ist eine nach oben verlaufende Zuführleitung 29 vorgesehen, welche in ihrem unteren Bereich in einen mittigen Rohrabschnitt 25 mündet, welcher unterhalb der Verbindungseinrichtung 50 ausgebildet ist. Zugeleitete Druckluft wird von dem Rohrabschnitt 25 über eine in einer Deckplatte 17 ausgebildeten Querleitung 27 zu den einzelnen Hammereinheiten 22 weitergeleitet.
  • Im Betrieb wird das Drehbohrwerkzeug 10 über ein nicht dargestelltes Bohrgestänge drehend angetrieben, so dass die Abtragseinrichtung 20 mit den Hammereinheiten 22 die gesamte anstehende Ortsbrust überstreicht.

Claims (14)

  1. Drehbohrwerkzeug zum Erstellen einer Bohrung im Boden, mit
    - einem Grundkörper (12),
    und- einer Abführleitung (30) zum Abführen von abgetragenem Bodenmaterial und Bohrsuspension,
    - wobei eine Pumpeinrichtung (40) vorgesehen ist und
    - wobei die Pumpeinrichtung (40) zum Abpumpen des abgetragenen Bodenmaterials mit Bohrsuspension durch die Abführleitung (30) ausgebildet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    - dass die Pumpeinrichtung (40) an dem Grundkörper (12) entlang der Abführleitung (30) angeordnet ist,
    - dass eine an einer Unterseite des Grundkörpers (12) angeordnete Abtragseinrichtung (20) vorgesehen ist, welche eine Mehrzahl an Hammereinheiten (22) aufweist, die jeweils ein axial reversierend angetriebenes Hammerelement (24) umfassen,
    dass die Hammerelemente (24) jeweils einen vertikal ausgerichteten Kolben (26) aufweisen, welcher jeweils in einem Zylindergehäuse (28) der Hammereinheit (22) verschiebbar gelagert ist, und
    dass an der Unterseite des Grundkörpers (12) mehrere Absaugöffnungen (38) zum Absaugen des abgetragenen Bodenmaterials angeordnet sind.
  2. Drehbohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die mindestens eine Hammereinheit (22) mit Druckluft betrieben ist, welche über eine Zuführleitung (29) zugeführt ist.
  3. Drehbohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass an einem unteren Endbereich der mindestens einen Hammereinheit (22) eine Austrittsöffnung für verbrauchte Druckluft vorgesehen ist.
  4. Drehbohrwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Pumpeinrichtung (40) oberhalb der Abtragseinrichtung (20) in einem Gehäuse (14) angeordnet ist.
  5. Drehohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass an einer Oberseite des Gehäuses (14) eine Verbindungseinrichtung (50) für ein Bohrgestänge angeordnet ist.
  6. Drehbohrwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Pumpeinrichtung (40) an einem Zentralabschnitt (32) der Abführleitung (30) angeordnet ist und
    dass sich unterhalb des Zentralabschnitts (32) die Abführleitung (30) in mehrere Abführteilleitungen (34) aufteilt.
  7. Drehbohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass jede Absaugöffnung (38) mit einer Abführteilleitung (34) verbunden ist, welche zu dem Zentralabschnitt (32) mit der Pumpeinrichtung (40) führt.
  8. Drehbohrwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Drehbohrwerkzeug (10) als ein Vollschnitt-Bohrwerkzeug ausgebildet ist.
  9. Drehbohrwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Drehbohrwerkzeug (10) als ein Kernbohrwerkzeug ausgebildet ist.
  10. Drehbohrwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass eine Energiezuführleitung (44) vorgesehen ist, mit welcher die Pumpeinrichtung (40) an dem Grundkörper (12) mit Energie versorgt ist.
  11. Drehbohrwerkzeug nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Energie elektrische oder hydraulische Energie ist.
  12. Verfahren zum Erstellen einer Bohrung im Boden mit einem Drehbohrwerkzeug (10), insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, bei dem
    - mit einer Abtragseinrichtung (20) an einer Unterseite eines Grundkörpers (12) des Drehbohrwerkzeugs (10) Bodenmaterial abgetragen wird und
    - mittels einer Abführleitung (30) abgetragenes Bodenmaterial und Bohrsuspension abgeführt werden,
    - wobei eine Pumpeinrichtung (40) vorgesehen ist, mit welcher das abgetragene Bodenmaterial mit Bohrsuspension durch die Abführleitung (30) nach außerhalb eines Bohrlochs abgepumpt wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    - dass an einem Grundkörper (12) des Drehbohrwerkzeugs (10) entlang der Abführleitung (20) die Pumpeinrichtung (40) angeordnet ist,
    - dass eine an der Unterseite angeordnete Abtragseinrichtung (20) eine Mehrzahl an Hammereinheiten (22) aufweist, bei welchen jeweils ein Hammerelement (24) axial reversierend angetrieben wird,
    - dass die Hammerelemente (24) jeweils einen vertikal ausgerichteten Kolben aufweisen, welcher jeweils in einem Zylindergehäuse der Hammereinheiten (22) verschoben wird, und
    - dass an der Unterseite des Grundkörpers (12) mehrere Absaugöffnungen (38) angeordnet sind, durch welche das abgetragene Bodenmaterial abgesaugt wird.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Hammereinheit (22) mit Druckluft betrieben wird, welche an einer Unterseite des Grundkörpers (12) austritt.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das abgetragene Bodenmaterial und die Bohrsuspension über mehrere Absaugöffnungen (38) und mehrere Teilabführleitungen (34) abgesaugt werden, welche in einen Zentralabschnitt (32) münden, an welchem die Pumpeinrichtung (40) angeordnet ist.
