Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein in Form eines Teilesatzes dargebotenes Haarbehandlungsprodukt, umfassend mehrere Bestandteile, u. a. zumindest zwei Zubereitungskomponenten zur Erzeugung einer mehrkomponentigen Zubereitungsmischung. Die Zubereitungsmischung wird dabei bestimmungsgemäß erst unmittelbar vorhergehend zur eigentlichen Haarbehandlung aus den Einzelkomponenten gemischt und im Anschluss angewendet.
  • Derartige Haarbehandlungsprodukte in Form von Teilesätzen sind in einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Gestaltungsvarianten bekannt. So beschreibt die WO 2004/041020 A2 beispielsweise ein Produkt zur Haarfarbbehandlung, welches als Teilesatz mehrere Produktbestandteile umfasst, die innerhalb einer schachtelartigen Umverpackung aufgenommen sind und in diesem kompakten Verpackungsformat dem Verbraucher als Verkaufseinheit dargeboten werden. Dabei sind die einzelnen Produktbestandteile in zumindest einem kastenartigen Einsatz angeordnet, welcher seinerseits in der Umverpackung aufgenommen ist. Die sichere und geordnete Positionierung der einzelnen Produktbestandteile im Einsatz gewährleistet nicht nur eine sichere Lager- und Transportfähigkeit des Haarbehandlungsproduktes sondern verbessert auch die nutzerfreundliche Anwendbarkeit des Produktes. Im Einzelnen umfasst das dortige Haarbehandlungsprodukt zumindest zwei zunächst separat vorgehaltene Zubereitungskomponenten innerhalb von getrennten Flaschen oder Tuben, welche erst unmittelbar vor der eigentlichen Anwendung auf dem Haar zu einer Zubereitungsmischung vermengt werden. Dabei erfolgt die Mischung der beiden Zubereitungskomponenten üblicherweise in derjenigen Flasche, welche bereits eine der Zubereitungskomponenten vorhält oder in einer separaten Mischschale. Neben der Vielzahl der für ein derartiges Haarbehandlungsprodukt notwendigen Produktbestandteile ist es von Nachteil, dass zumindest die zweite zugemischte Zubereitungskomponente niedrigviskose oder zumindest sehr leicht fließfähige Eigenschaften aufweisen muss. Anderenfalls ist die vollständige Entleerbarkeit des Behälters für die zweite zugemischte Zubereitungskomponente nicht sichergestellt, was das Mischverhältnis der anwendungsfertigen Zubereitungsmischung nachteilig beeinflusst. Dieser nachteilige Aspekt gilt für beide Zubereitungskomponenten, sofern die Mischung in einer separaten Mischschale erfolgt.
  • Aus der EP 0628495 B1 ist ein vergleichbares Verpackungssystem für ein Produkt zum Aufhellen der Haare bekannt. Das dortige Verpackungssystem umfasst ebenfalls eine Zusammenstellung von mehreren Produktbestandteilen, welche die Mischung einer mehrkomponentigen Zubereitungsmischung zur Haaranwendung ermöglichen. Dabei erfolgt die Vermengung der Zubereitungsmischung innerhalb eines flexiblen Beutels, der bereits eine pulverförmige Entfärbekomponente enthält. Neben der Entfärbekomponente wird zum Erhalt der Zubereitungsmischung noch eine cremeförmige Entwicklerkomponente aus einer Tube und Wasser zugegeben. Die Mischung erfolgt im flexiblen Beutel und zwar durch manuelles Kneten des Beutels. Für die anschließende Anwendung der Aufhellzubereitung wird die anwendungsfertige Zubereitungsmischung aus dem Beutel in einen Behälter gegeben, der ebenfalls Bestandteil des gesamten Verpackungssystems ist. Durch Verwendung des flexiblen Beutels wird zwar grundsätzlich eine Vermengung der Einzelkomponenten zu einer homogenen Zubereitungsmischung erleichtert, allerdings besteht auch hier der Nachteil einer unzureichenden Entleerbarkeit der Tube für die Entwicklercreme. Dies gilt vor allem für hochviskose Entwicklerkomponenten und birgt die Gefahr von einer unerwünschten Abweichung von dem erforderlichen Mischungsverhältnis zwischen den Einzelkomponenten. Darüber hinaus beinhaltet das vorbeschriebene Verpackungssystem eine Vielzahl von einzelnen Bestandteilen.
  • Die EP2087878 A1 offenbart schließlich ein Verfahren zur Haarfärbung oder -bleichung unter Verwendung einer zweikomponentigen Zubereitungsmischung. Bis kurz vor der Anwendung werden die beiden niedrigviskosen Zubereitungskomponenten getrennt voneinander in separaten flaschenförmigen Behältern vorgehalten. Erst unmittelbar vor der Anwendung werden die im Wesentlichen flüssigen Einzelkomponenten in einem der beiden flaschenförmigen Behälter zur fertigen Zubereitungsmischung vermengt. Zur Anwendung wird die Zubereitungsmischung aus dem flaschenförmigen Behälter auf manuellem Wege über einen entsprechenden Applikatorkopf ausgegeben, der die flüssige Zubereitungsmischung in einen Haarfärbe- oder Haarbleichschaum umwandelt. Derartige manuell betätigbare Schaumspender gestatten jedoch nur die Verwendung niedrigviskoser, im wesentlichen flüssiger Zubereitungskomponenten, da anderenfalls eine zuverlässige Schaumerzeugung nicht gewährleistet werden kann. Für eine solche Schaumspendervorrichtung ergibt sich somit zwangsläufig nur ein begrenzter Einsatzbereich.
  • Das Dokument US2011/155629 offenbart ein Kit zum Mischen zweier Produkte für die Herstellung einer Haarbehandlungsmischung.
  • Ausgehend davon besteht die Aufgabe der Erfindung darin, ein gattungsgemäßes Haarbehandlungsprodukt mit mehreren Bestandteilen zur Erzeugung einer mehrkomponentigen Zubereitungsmischung anzugeben, welches die oben beschriebenen Nachteile des Standes der Technik überwindet und eine verbesserte Anwendbarkeit sowie einen vereinfachten Aufbau verbindet.
  • Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch ein Haarbehandlungsprodukt mit mehreren Bestandteilen zur Erzeugung einer mehrkomponentigen Zubereitungsmischung für die Anwendung auf dem Haar gemäß Patentanspruch 1. Danach umfasst das Haarbehandlungsprodukt zunächst einen ersten Behälter zum Vorhalten wenigstens einer ersten Zubereitungskomponente und zumindest einen zweiten Behälter zum Vorhalten wenigstens einer zweiten Zubereitungskomponente, um zur Anwendung aus den Zubereitungskomponenten eine Zubereitungsmischung zu erzeugen. Erfindungsgemäß ist einer der Behälter als verschließbare Mischschale ausgeführt während der andere Behälter in seiner Ausgestaltung oder Formgebung nicht beschränkt ist und somit jede geeignete Form aufweisen kann. Die Mischschale hat in diesem Zusammenhang eine vorteilhafte Doppelfunktion. Sie dient im verschlossenen Zustand einerseits als Aufbewahrungsbehälter für die eine Zubereitungskomponente. In diesem Zustand ist die Mischschale dicht verschlossen, so dass die eine Zubereitungskomponente sicher und lagerstabil bis zum Anwendungszeitpunkt vorgehalten wird. Im geöffneten Zustand dient die Mischschale der Vermengung der zumindest zwei Zubereitungskomponenten zu einer homogenen Zubereitungsmischung und zwar im Innenvolumen der Mischschale. Dazu wird der bereits in der Mischschale vorgehaltenen ersten Zubereitungskomponente zumindest eine weitere Zubereitungskomponente beigegeben und im Anschluss auf geeignetem Wege mit dieser vermischt oder sonstig vermengt. Aus der erfindungsgemäßen Doppelfunktion der Mischschale zum einen als Aufbewahrungsbehälter für eine erste Zubereitungskomponenten und zum anderen als Mischbehältnis für die Zubereitungsmischung ergeben sich gleich mehrere Vorteile. Zunächst kann durch den Wegfall eines zusätzlichen Aufbewahrungsbehälters für die zumindest eine Zubereitungskomponente vorteilhaft Verpackungsmaterial eingespart werden. Weiterhin lässt sich die in der Mischschale vorgehaltene Zubereitungskomponente in vollständigem Mengenumfang für die anschließende Haaranwendung nutzen. Es kann zu keinem Verlust an dieser einen Zubereitungskomponente kommen, wie es beispielsweise bei bislang bekannten Haarbehandlungs-Produktsystemen der Fall war, etwa durch unvollständige Entleerung des Aufbewahrungsbehälters einer Zubereitungskomponente. Dieses bekannte Phänomen der unvollständigen Behälterentleerung tritt bei vorbekannten Haarbehandlungsprodukten gemäß dem Stand der Technik vor allem bei flaschen- oder tubenförmigen Aufbewahrungsbehältern auf. Grundsätzlich birgt die unvollständige Behälterentleerung bei gattungsgemäßen mehrkomponentigen Haarbehandlungsprodukten die Gefahr, dass die Zubereitungskomponenten im falschen Mischungsverhältnis miteinander vermengt werden, so dass letztlich auch die bestimmungsgemäße Funktionalität der Zubereitungsmischung gefährdet ist. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Mischschale ist diese Gefahr gebannt. Vielmehr ist für die innerhalb der Mischschale vorgehaltene Zubereitungskomponente erstmals auch die ggf. vorteilhafte Verwendung von hoch viskosen oder sonstig schwer fließfähigen Substanzen denkbar.
  • Das Haarbehandlungsprodukt ist als Teilesatz mit mehreren Bestandteilen aufgebaut und umfasst eine Umverpackung, welche alle Bestandteile des Haarbehandlungsprodukts beinhaltet. Mittels dieser Umverpackung, die beispielsweise als Karton, Schachtel oder sonstig geeignetes Aufbewahrungsbehältnis gestaltet sein kann, kann das Haarbehandlungsprodukt dem Nutzer in kompakter Form dargeboten werden.
  • Das Haarbehandlungsprodukt aufweist einen Einsatz, der zumindest anteilig die Bestandteile des Haarbehandlungsprodukts aufnimmt. Daraus ergibt sich einerseits eine sichere sowie lagerstabile Vorhaltung der einzelnen Bestandteile des Haarbehandlungsproduktes. Darüber hinaus werden die Produktbestandteile auf diesem Wege dem Nutzer sehr anwendungsfreundlich dargereicht. Vorzugsweise ist der Einsatz schalen- oder tablettförmig gestaltet und weist idealerweise Fächer, Vertiefungen oder sonstige Aufnahme- bzw. Befestigungsmittel für die einzelnen Produktbestandteile auf. Grundsätzlich ist auch die Verwendung mehrerer Einsatzelemente innerhalb der Umverpackung eines erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsproduktes denkbar.
  • Die Mischschale ist mit der einen Zubereitungskomponente in der Phase bis unmittelbar vor der Anwendung der Zubereitungsmischung mit einem lösbaren Verschlusselement dicht verschlossen. Das Verschlusselement schließt die Mischschale insbesondere flüssigkeits-, gas- und staubdicht ab, so dass die eine Zubereitungskomponente bis zur eigentlichen Anwendung zuverlässig und langfristig lagerstabil in der Mischschale vorgehalten werden kann. Ein solches Verschlusselement kann je nachdem wiederverschließbar oder alternativ als Einwegelement ausgeführt werden. Einwegelemente sind häufig kostengünstiger und werden demzufolge auch oft bevorzugt. Auch die üblichen Haarbehandlungsprodukte, vor allem Haarbleich- und Haarfärbeprodukte sind in der Regel als Einmalanwendungen ausgelegt, so dass Einweg-Verschlusselemente in diesem Fall ausreichend sind. Als derartiges Verschlusselement kann beispielsweise ein festes Deckelelement oder eine flexible Siegelfolie zum Einsatz gelangen. Als Siegelfolie eignen sich unteranderem PE-beschichtete Folien. Andere gleichwirkende Verschlusselemente sind ebenso denkbar.
  • Die Mischschale ist Z einteilig an den Einsatz angeformt. Damit wird die Mischschale zum unmittelbaren Bestandteil des Einsatzes, so dass auf diesem Wege der Verpackungsaufwand weiter reduziert wird. Beispielsweise umfasst der Einsatz unten liegend die wannenartige Mischschale, welche mit dem Verschlusselement dicht verschlossen ist, und darüber entsprechende Aufnahme- bzw. Befestigungsmittel, die die weiteren Bestandteile des Haarbehandlungsproduktes fixieren. Alternativ sind auch andere Anordnungen möglich.
  • Gemäß einer weiterentwickelten Ausführungsform des Haarbehandlungsprodukts besteht der Einsatz aus einem geeigneten Kunststoffmaterial, welches für die Bevorratung der Zubereitungskomponente die notwendigen Barriereeigenschaften aufweist und hinreichend inert gegenüber der Zubereitungskomponente ist, z. B. PET oder PE. Darüber hinaus ist Kunststoff bevorzugt aufgrund seiner guten Verarbeitbarkeit und seiner Flexibilität daraus nahezu beliebige Formgestaltungen herstellen zu können. Besonders bevorzugt werden für das Einsatzelement recyclingfähige Kunststoffmaterialien verwendet. Alternativ können auch Materialien mit vergleichbaren Werkstoffeigenschaften Verwendung finden, insbesondere auch umweltfreundliche bzw. nachhaltig verwendbare Materialien.
  • Eine weitere Ausgestaltung des Haarbehandlungsprodukts wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Zubereitungsmischung eine im Wesentlichen fließfähige Konsistenz aufweist, wobei mindestens eine Zubereitungskomponente einen Flüssigkeitsanteil von 40-98% aufweist, welcher hinreichend hoch ist, um eine homogene Vermischbarkeit und oder Lösbarkeit von erster und zweiter Zubereitungskomponente zu gewährleisten. Der erfindungsgemäße Flüssigkeitsanteil wenigstens einer Zubereitungskomponente stellt sicher, dass sich die Zubereitungskomponenten möglichst homogen miteinander vermengen lassen. Dabei können die einzelnen Zubereitungskomponenten durchaus auch unterschiedliche Aggregatzustände aufweisen. Insofern können sich als Zubereitungsmischungen im Sinne der Erfindung u. a. Gemische, Lösungen, Gemenge, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Kolloide und ggf. auch Dispersionen ergeben, solange diese nahezu homogene Eigenschaften aufweisen. Dabei ist die möglichst homogene Vermischung der Zubereitungskomponenten gerade bei Haarbehandlungsprodukten bedeutsam, um die bestimmungsgemäße Funktion der Zubereitungsmischung gewährleisten zu können. Dies gilt in besonderem Maße für Haarbleich- oder Haarfärbeprodukte. Vor diesem Hintergrund werden bei den erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsprodukten flüssige und feste Aggregatzustände für die einzelnen Zubereitungskomponenten bevorzugt, so dass vor allem Emulsionen oder Suspensionen bei Haarbehandlungsprodukten Verwendung finden.
  • Die zumindest eine im Wesentlichen flüssige Zubereitungskomponente besitzt vorzugsweise eine Viskosität im Bereich von 500-10000 mPas. Viskositäten von unter 500 mPas für die Zubereitungskomponente sind zwar grundsätzlich auch denkbar, erweisen sich jedoch in Praxis aufgrund der besonders flüssigen Eigenschaften in der Regel als nicht so anwendungsfreundlich. Vor allem für Haarbehandlungsprodukte werden daher Viskositäten für die Zubereitungskomponenten von mehr als 500 mPas gewählt.
  • Eine weitere Alternative des Haarbehandlungsprodukts ergibt sich dadurch, dass diejenige Zubereitungskomponente, welche nicht in der Mischschale vorgehalten wird, in einem verformbaren sowie vollständig entleerbaren Behälter vorgehalten wird. Ein solcher Behälter ist vorzugsweise als Flasche, Tiegel, Sachet oder Tube gestaltet. Wesentlicher Aspekt ist hierbei die vollständige Entleerbarkeit dieses Behälters, um durch vollständige Verwertung der entsprechenden Zubereitungskomponente auch das richtige Mischungsverhältnis der einzelnen Zubereitungskomponenten innerhalb der Zubereitungsmischung zu gewährleisten.
  • Gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform des Haarbehandlungsprodukts ist dieses als Haarcolorationsprodukt ausgeführt, enthaltend eine Colorationskomponente sowie eine Entwicklerkomponente. Insbesondere die Entwicklerkomponente wird hierbei innerhalb der Mischschale vorgehalten. Insofern bietet sich der Vorteil, bei Bedarf auch höher viskose Entwicklersubstanzen verwenden zu können. Weiterhin vereinfacht sich gerade für derartige Haarcolorationsprodukte die Verwendung durch den Benutzer, da im Idealfall nur noch ein weiterer Behälterinhalt der Mischschale zuzugeben ist und dort zu vermischen ist. Dies verbessert die Handhabung und erhöht zudem die Produktsicherheit.
  • Neben den bereits genannten Bestandteilen kann das erfindungsgemäße, als Teilesatz angelegte Haarbehandlungsprodukt je nach Bedarf auch noch weitere Bestandteile umfassen. So ist es denkbar, optional zusätzliche Zubereitungskomponenten oder Additive vorzusehen, die zur Haarbehandlung ebenfalls der anwendungsfertigen Zubereitungsmischung beigegeben werden. Weiterhin können optional auch ergänzende Anwendungshilfsmittel, wie z. B. ein Applikationspinsel/-kamm, Einweghandschuhe oder eine Bedienungsanleitung, zum Einsatz gelangen. Das erfindungsgemäße Haarbehandlungsprodukt mit seinem Einsatzelement ist sehr flexibel verwendbar, um auch solche zusätzlichen Produktbestandteile aufzunehmen.
  • Weitere Erfindungsmerkmale werden im Folgenden auch anhand des in den Figuren gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiels erläutert.

  • Das in den Figuren gezeigte Ausführungsbeispiel eines Haarbehandlungsproduktes 1 ist vorliegend als mehrkomponentiges Haarcolorationsprodukt 1 ausgeführt und umfasst mehrere Bestandteile. Zur besseren Verdeutlichung ist das Haarcolorationsprodukt 1 ohne die umschließende Umverpackung dargestellt, die grundsätzlich ebenso zum verkaufsfähigen Haarcolorationsprodukt 1 gehört und dessen Einzelbestandteile in kompakter Weise in sich aufnimmt.
  • Das Haarcolorationsprodukt 1 umfasst zunächst einen tablett- oder schalenförmigen Einsatz 2, der im Inneren der nicht gezeigten schachtelartigen Umverpackung angeordnet ist und fachartige Ausnehmungen 3, 13 oder sonstige Befestigungsmittel aufweist, um die einzelnen Bestandteile (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) des Haarcolorationsproduktes 1 vollständig oder zumindest zum Großteil zu fixieren sowie in einer für die Anwendung geeigneten Form darzureichen. Im Zuge der Produktnutzung wird der Einsatz 2 mit den entsprechenden Produktbestandteilen (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) aus der nicht gezeigten Umverpackung heraus genommen und stellt dem Nutzer die Produktbestandteile (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) in sehr anwendungsfreundlicher Art und Weise bereit. Im einzelnen weist der Einsatz 2 dazu in seinem unteren Bereich eine wannenförmige Mischschale 4 auf, in der eine erste Zubereitungskomponente 5, hier die Entwicklerkomponente 5, vorgehalten wird. Alternativ kann in der Mischschale 4 selbstverständlich auch eine andere Zubereitungskomponente vorgehalten werden. Die Mischschale 4 ist einteilig an den Einsatz 2 angeformt und somit fester Bestandteil dessen, wodurch sich ein reduzierter Verpackungsaufwand ergibt. Dabei wird der Einsatz 2 zusammen mit der Mischschale 4 vorzugsweise aus einem geeigneten Kunststoffmaterial gefertigt. Zur zuverlässigen sowie auch lagerstabilen Bevorratung der ersten Zubereitungskomponente 5 ist die Mischschale 4 im Auslieferungszustand gemäß Figur 1 mit einem geeigneten Verschlusselement, hier einer Siegelfolie 6, dicht verschlossen. Zusammen bilden Siegelfolie 6 und Mischschale 4 somit einen Bevorratungsbehälter für die Entwicklerkomponente 5. Die Mischschale 4 wie auch die Siegelfolie 6 müssen dabei aus einem geeigneten Material bestehen, das einerseits hinreichende Barriereeigenschaften aufweist und andererseits ausreichend inert gegenüber dem vorgehaltenen Inhalt ist. Vorzugsweise ist die Siegelfolie 6 dazu mit einer PE- oder einer anderen geeigneten Beschichtung überzogen. Grundsätzlich bietet die Bevorratung der ersten Zubereitungskomponente, hier Colorationskomponente 5, unmittelbar in der Mischschale 4 den Vorteil, dass auch hoch viskose oder schwer fließfähige Zubereitungskomponenten verwendet werden können, die ansonsten aus einem separaten Vorratsbehälter nur mit größten Schwierigkeiten vollständig auszugeben wären.
  • Darüber hinaus umfasst das Haarcolorationsprodukt 1 zumindest eine weitere Zubereitungskomponente 7, im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel eine Cololorationskomponente 7, die unmittelbar vor der eigentlichen Produktanwendung zusammen mit der Entwicklerkomponente 5 zu einer anwendungsfertigen Zubereitungsmischung vermengt wird. Im einzelnen wird die Colorationskomponente 7 aufgrund der chemischen Reaktivität in einem separaten zweiten Behälter 8 und somit getrennt von der Entwicklerkomponente 5 vorgehalten. Durch die Bereitung der Zubereitungsmischung erst unmittelbar vor der Produktanwendung wird so die volle Funktionsfähigkeit des Haarcolorationsprodukts 1 gewährleistet. Zur eigentlichen Herstellung der Zubereitungsmischung wird die Colorationskomponente 7 aus dem zweiten Behälter 8 bei geöffneter Mischschale 4 der dort bereits vorliegenden Entwicklerkomponente 5 zugegeben und mit dieser zu einer möglichst homogenen Mischung vermengt. Dies erfolgt bevorzugt durch entsprechendes Schwenken der Mischschale 4, ggf. nach abermaligem Verschließen der Mischschale 4 mit der Siegelfolie 6, oder durch Zuhilfenahme von sonstigen Mischhilfsmitteln. Als solches Mischhilfsmittel kann beispielsweise ein Applikationspinsel 9 oder ähnliches diesen. Ein derartiger Applikationspinsel 9, wie in den Figuren gezeigt, kann nicht nur zum Erzeugen der Zubereitungsmischung, beispielsweise durch Verrühren, genutzt werden sondern gleichzeitig auch zum Aufbringen der fertigen Zubereitungsmischung auf das Haar. Dabei sind sowohl der zweite Behälter 8 als auch der Applikationspinsel 9 jeweils innerhalb der zugehörigen Ausnehmungen 3, 13 innerhalb des Einsatzelementes fixiert.
  • Der zweite Behälter 8 ist vor allen Dingen als vollständig entleerbares Behältnis gestaltet, um aufgrund der vollständigen Verwendung der enthaltenen Menge an Colorationskomponente 7 auch das gewünschte Mischungsverhältnis von Entwickler- 5 und Colorationskomponente 7 innerhalb der Zubereitungsmischung zu garantieren. Dazu ist der Behälter 8 vorzugsweise als verformbare, insbesondere quetschbare Tube 8 ausgeführt. Alternativ ist auch eine entsprechende Flaschengestaltung denkbar.
  • Mit Figur 2 wird vor allem die Anwendung des gezeigten Haarcolorationsproduktes 1 verdeutlicht. Nach Entnahme des Einsatzes 2 aus der nicht gezeigten Umverpackung stehen dem Nutzer zur Vorbereitung der Haarbehandlung oder Haarcoloration alle hierfür notwendigen Hilfsmittel zur Verfügung. Zunächst werden der Applikationspinsel 9 und der tubenförmige Behälter 8 mit der Colorationskomponente 7 sowie ggf. weitere Zusatzbestandteile dem Einsatz 2 entnommen, um die darunter liegende mit der Siegelfolie 6 zunächst verschlossene Mischschale 4 freizulegen. Nach dem Öffnen der Mischschale 4 durch Aufreißen der Siegelfolie 6 kann die Colorationskomponente 7 aus dem tubenförmigen Behälter 8 der Entwicklerkomponente 5 in der Mischschale 4 zugegeben werden. Im Anschluss werden Entwickler- und Colorationskomponente sowie ggf. weitere zusätzliche Zubereitungskomponenten miteinander möglichst homogen vermischt. Die daraus resultierende anwendungsfertige Colorationsmischung kann dann unmittelbar aus der Mischschale 4 heraus auf das Haar aufgetragen werden. Üblicherweise wird für den Auftrag der Colorationsmischung auf das Haar der bereits genannte Applikationspinsel 9 oder ein vergleichbares Applikationshilfsmittel verwendet.
  • Ergänzend zu den beiden genannten Zubereitungskomponenten , d. h. Entwickler- 5 und Colorationskomponente 7, kann das erfindungsgemäße Haarbehandlungsprodukt 1 optional auch noch weitere, hier nicht explizit gezeigte, Zubereitungskomponenten, z. B. Additive, enthalten.
  • Ferner kann das erfindungsgemäße Haarbehandlungsprodukt 1 optional auch noch zusätzliche, hier nicht gezeigte, Bestandteile oder Anwendungshilfsmittel umfassen. Hierzu zählen beispielsweise ein Applikationskamm oder ein sonstiges Applikationselement zum Auftragen der Zubereitungsmischung auf das Haar, Einweghandschuhe oder eine Bedienungsanleitung für das Haarbehandlungsprodukt 1. Ziel ist es dabei möglichst viele, wenn nicht alle dieser zusätzlichen Bestandteile innerhalb des Einsatzes 2 anzuordnen, um auf diesem Wege zu einer gleichsam kompakten wie auch nutzerfreundlichen Verpackungslösung zu gelangen. Grundsätzlich kann das Einsatzelement 2 sehr flexibel gestaltet werden, um auch solche zusätzlichen Produktbestandteile aufzunehmen.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Haarbehandlungsprodukt 1 ist selbstverständlich nicht auf die in den Figuren gezeigte Ausführungsform eines Haarcolorations- oder Haarbleichproduktes 1 beschränkt, sondern kann alternativ im Sinne der Erfindung auch mit anderen mehrkomponentigen Haarbehandlungszusammensetzungen umgesetzt werden.
  • Weiterhin können beim erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsprodukt 1 vorteilhaft Zubereitungskomponenten mit gleichem oder auch unterschiedlichem Aggregatzustand zum Einsatz kommen.
  • Entscheidend ist, dass zumindest eine Zubereitungskomponente einen hinreichenden Flüssigkeitsanteil aufweist, um sowohl eine möglichst gute Mischbarkeit oder Lösbarkeit der Einzelkomponenten zu erreichen als auch im Anschluss eine guten Auftrag der Zubereitungsmischung auf das Haar zu gewährleisten.

Claims (5)

  1. Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) mit mehreren Bestandteilen (2, 4-9) umfassend einen ersten Behälter (4, 8) zum Vorhalten wenigstens einer ersten Zubereitungskomponente (5, 7) und zumindest einen zweiten Behälter (8, 4) zum Vorhalten wenigstens einer zweiten Zubereitungskomponente (7, 5), um zur Anwendung aus den Zubereitungskomponenten (5, 7) eine Zubereitungsmischung zu erzeugen, mit einer Umverpackung, die alle Bestandteile (2, 4-9) des Haarbehandlungsprodukts (1) beinhaltet, und mit einem Einsatz (2), der zumindest anteilig die Bestandteile (4-9) des Haarbehandlungsprodukts (1) aufnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Behälter (4) als verschließbare Mischschale (4) ausgeführt ist, die bis zur Anwendung mit einem lösbaren Verschlusselement (6) dicht verschlossen ist und einteilig an den Einsatz (2) angeformt ist.
  2. Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (2) aus einem Kunststoffmaterial besteht.
  3. Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitungsmischung eine im Wesentlichen fließfähige Konsistenz aufweist, wobei mindestens eine Zubereitungskomponente (5, 7) einen Flüssigkeitsanteil von 40-98% aufweist, welcher hinreichend hoch ist, um eine homogene Vermischbarkeit von erster und zweiter Zubereitungskomponente (5, 7) zu gewährleisten.
  4. Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diejenige Zubereitungskomponente (7), welche nicht in der Mischschale (4) vorgehalten wird, in einem verformbaren sowie vollständig entleerbaren Behälter (8) vorgehalten wird.
  5. Haarbehandlungsprodukt (1) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Haarcolorationsprodukt (1) ausgeführt ist, enthaltend eine Colorationskomponente (7) sowie eine Entwicklerkomponente (5).
