Claims (12)

  1. Sac jetable (100) pour un conteneur à déchets (500), le sac (100) comprenant :
    une partie de corps (180) présentant un espace interne ;
    une partie de cou (189) couplée à la partie de corps (180) ;
    une ouverture buccale (110) définie par un bord supérieur du sac jetable (100), et le bord supérieur est couplé à la partie de cou (189) ; et
    un collier (120) fixé sur ou près du bord supérieur et le long d'une circonférence entière du bord supérieur ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    le collier (120) présente un doigt (129) formé dans une encoche de verrouillage (128), et
    la partie de corps (180) présente au moins un élément de fixation configuré pour recevoir le doigt (129), et l'élément de fixation est sélectionné parmi le groupe constitué d'une ouverture (182), d'une ouverture renforcée (182), d'un manchon (282), d'une bande (382) et d'une boucle (482).
  2. Sac (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le collier (120) est configuré pour être pliable et est composé d'au moins deux corps de collier (123A à 123F) connectés consécutivement.
  3.     (b) une découpe en forme de L (628), et
    (c) une structure en forme de crique (528) avec une entrée plus étroite qu'un vide intérieur de la structure en forme de crique (528).
  8. Sac selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le collier (120) présente des lignes de pliage pré-découpées (121A à 121F) et les corps de collier (123A à 123F) sont pliables l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  9. Procédé de gestion des déchets à l'aide d'un conteneur à déchets (500) et un sac jetable selon la revendication 1, le procédé comprenant :
    le placement d'une partie de corps (180) du sac jetable (100) dans le conteneur à déchets (500) ;
    le placement du collier (120) sur le dessus (530) du conteneur à déchets (500) ;
    la fixation du collier (120) sur le dessus (530) du conteneur à déchets (500) empêchant ainsi le collier (120) de tourner par rapport au conteneur à déchets (500) ;
    la fixation du collier (120) sur le dessus (530) du conteneur à déchets (500) empêchant ainsi le collier (120) de lâcher prise du dessus (530) du conteneur à déchets (500) ;
    la libération du collier (120) du dessus (530) du conteneur à déchets (500) ; et
    le maintien d'un cou (189) du sac (100) dans une configuration torsadée en mettant en prise de manière butée l'au moins un élément de verrouillage dans l'encoche de verrouillage (128).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le collier (120) du sac (100) est configuré pour être pliable et est composé d'au moins deux corps de collier (123A à 123F) connectés consécutivement, le procédé comprenant également les étapes suivantes :
    le retrait du sac (100) du conteneur à déchets (500) ;
    le pliage des corps de collier (123A à 123F) sur eux-mêmes ; et
    dans lequel la partie du sac (100) qui vient en prise contre l'encoche de verrouillage (128) est un cou torsadé (189) du sac (100).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 9 comprenant également l'étape de torsion du cou (189) du sac (100) en faisant tourner soit le collier pliable (120), soit le corps (180) du sac (100).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'étape de fixation comporte la réalisation d'au moins un trou traversant (122) sur le collier pliable (120) et l'insertion d'une partie (532) du couvercle du conteneur à déchets (530) à travers ledit trou traversant (122).
