- Vorrichtung zum Halten eines Verkleidungselements wie eine Gipsplatte in einer Beabstandung von einer Dampfbarrieremembran (300), die sich entlang eines Dämmmaterials erstreckt, das eine Fläche wie eine Wand oder eine Decke bedeckt, die mit der Verkleidung zu beschichten ist, wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie umfasst:- ein Plättchen (1), das imstande ist, sich in eine Armierung (100) einzupassen, die mit der zu beschichtenden Fläche fest verbunden ist,- ein Befestigungsorgan (2) eines Halters (200) des Verkleidungselements, umfassend einen ersten Abschnitt (21), der bestimmt ist, sich in den Halter (200) einzupassen, und einen zweiten Abschnitt (20), der bestimmt ist, sich in das Plättchen einzupassen, wobei die Abschnitte (20, 21) voneinander in einer Richtung beabstandet sind, die senkrecht zu der zu beschichtenden Fläche ist, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (20) eine Spitze (22) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Dampfbarrieremembran (300) beim Einpassendes zweiten Abschnitts (20) in das Plättchen (1) zu durchstechen, wobei die Dampfbarrieremembran (300) zwischen dem Plättchen (1) und dem Befestigungsorgan (2) zwischengestellt ist,und dass das Plättchen (1) und das Befestigungsorgan (2) jeweilige Mittel zum Komprimieren der Dampfbarrieremembran (300) um die Spitze (22) herum gemäß einer mit der Membran koplanaren Stützzone aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, umfassend ferner zwei Arme (3), die auf der einen und der anderen Seite des Plättchens (1) angelenkt sind, wobei jeder der Arme imstande ist, zwischen einer ersten Platzierungsposition des Dämmmaterials entlang der Armierung (100) und einer zweiten Halteposition des Dämmmaterials zu schwenken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei das Plättchen (1) ein U-Profil aufweist, umfassend zwei Schenkel (10), die zum Einpassen auf der Armierung (100) geeignet und durch einen Boden (12) verbunden sind, der eine Durchgangsöffnung (13) für das Einpassen der Spitze (22) des zweiten Abschnitts des Befestigungsorgans umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Boden (12) des Plättchens einen etwa ebenen Abschnitt um die Durchgangsöffnung (13) herum aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Plättchen (1) imstande ist, sich auf der Armierung durch Rasten einzupassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 in Kombination mit einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, wobei das Plättchen (1) am Ende jedes Schenkels (10) eine Kante (11) aufweist, die nach innen gerichtet und geeignet ist, sich auf einer jeweiligen Kante (105) der Armierung einzupassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei jede Kante (11) des Plättchens eine kammartige Konformation aufweist, aufweisend eine Vielzahl von Aussparungen, die imstande sind, eine Befestigungsaufhängung der ersten Armierung zu empfangen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (20) des Befestigungsorgans eine etwa ebene Stützfläche (23) für die Dampfbarrieremembran um die Spitze (22) herum aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (20) des Befestigungsorgans (2) zum Verriegeln in dem Plättchen (1) durch Viertelumdrehung geeignet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei der erste Abschnitt (21) des Befestigungsorgans eine Drehform aufweist, umfassend eine etwa ebene Stützfläche, die zum Zusammenwirken mit einer Halteschiene des Verkleidungselements imstande ist.
- Konstruktionssystem mit doppelter Armierung, umfassend:- eine erste Armierung, die zur festen Verbindung an einer Fläche wie eine Wand oder eine Decke bestimmt ist, zum Beschichten einer Verkleidung, wobei die erste Armierung bestimmt ist, ein Dämmmaterial entlang der Fläche zu halten,- eine zweite Armierung, die zum Halten der Verkleidungselemente wie Gipsplatten bestimmt ist,wobei das System dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es mindestens eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 umfasst, um einen kontrollierten Abstand zwischen einer Dampfbarrieremembran und den Verkleidungselementen einzuhalten.
- System nach Anspruch 11, wobei die erste Armierung eine Schiene umfasst, die ein U-Profil aufweist, und dass das Plättchen eine Aufnahme (19) für die Spitze (22) des Befestigungsorgans (2) umfasst, wenn das Organ auf dem Plättchen (1) eingepasst ist.
- System nach Anspruch 12, wobei die erste Armierung eine Schiene umfasst, die ein W-Profil umfasst, die zwei Schenkel (104) umfasst, die an einem ihrer Enden durch einen Boden verbunden sind, der einen Vorsprung aufweist, der zum anderen Ende der Schenkel (104) gerichtet ist, der eine Nut (102) definiert, wobei die Nut (102) eine Aufnahme für die Spitze (22) des Befestigungsorgans (2) bildet, wenn das Organe (2) auf dem Plättchen (1) eingepasst ist.
- Verfahren zum Platzieren einer Verkleidung auf einer Fläche wie eine Wand oder ein Boden, die fest verbunden eine Vielzahl von Armierungen trägt, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:- Bereitstellen einer Vielzahl von Vorrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,- Einpassen des Plättchens (1) jeder Vorrichtung in eine Armierung (100),- Platzieren des Dämmmaterials entlang der Armierung,- Platzieren der Dampfbarrieremembran (300) entlang des Dämmmaterials,- Einpassen des Befestigungsorgans (2) auf dem Plättchen (1) jeder Vorrichtung, wobei die Spitze die Dampfbarrieremembran (300) durchsticht,- Einpassen eines Halters, der zum Halten eines Verkleidungselements auf dem ersten Abschnitt des Befestigungsorgans (2) bestimmt ist, wobei die Membran etwa eben gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, wobei jede Vorrichtung ferner zwei Arme (3) umfasst, die auf der einen und der anderen Seite des Plättchens (1) angelenkt sind, wobei jeder der Arme imstande ist, zwischen einer ersten Platzierungsposition des Dämmmaterials entlang der Armierung (100) und einer zweiten Halteposition des Dämmmaterials zu schwenken, und wobei beim Einpassen des Plättchens in die Armierung die Arme in der ersten Position sind und nach dem Platzieren des Dämmmaterials entlang der Armierung die Arme in die zweite Position geschwenkt werden.
