Claims (7)
- Module de bourrage avec des leviers de bourrage (12) pouvant être déplacés l'un vers l'autre par paires autour d'un axe de pivotement (9) dans un mouvement d'adjonction (8), connectés à une extrémité inférieure (10) à des pics de bourrage (11), dans lequel les leviers de bourrage sont connectés à une extrémité supérieure (13) à un entraînement d'adjonction hydraulique (14) réalisé pour la réalisation du mouvement d'adjonction (8) ainsi que d'une vibration superposée à celui-ci,
caractérisé en ce que
une première chambre de pression (20) pour la génération du mouvement d'adjonction, une deuxième chambre de pression (21) pour la génération d'un mouvement d'ouverture dirigé à l'encontre du mouvement d'adjonction et une troisième chambre de pression (22) prévue pour la génération de vibrations sont disposées dans un cylindre hydraulique (19) de l'entraînement d'adjonction (14) présentant un piston d'adjonction (17) avec une tige de piston (18). - Module de bourrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la troisième chambre de pression (22) est formée par un espace creux (23) disposé dans la tige de piston (18) qui est limité côté piston par une seconde tige de piston (25) fixée à un fond de cylindre (24) du cylindre hydraulique (19), dans lequel les deux tiges de piston (18, 25) sont disposées de manière coaxiale à un axe de cylindre (26) du cylindre hydraulique (19).
- Module de bourrage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une face de piston (29) de la deuxième tige de piston (25) et une face de piston (30) côté tige de piston du piston d'adjonction (17) présentent la même superficie.
- Module de bourrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première chambre de pression (20) est connectée à un accumulateur d'énergie (28).
- Procédé pour le bourrage inférieur d'une voie ferrée, dans lequel des leviers de bourrage (12) pouvant être déplacés l'un vers l'autre autour d'un axe de pivotement (9), connectés à une extrémité inférieure (10) à des pics de bourrage (11) sont adjoints l'un à l'autre par sollicitation d'une première chambre de pression (20) dans un mouvement d'adjonction (8) et ouverts par sollicitation d'une deuxième chambre de pression (21) dans un mouvement d'ouverture opposé, et dans lequel une vibration est à chaque fois superposée à ces deux mouvements, caractérisé en ce qu'une première impulsion de vibration efficace à chaque fois en direction du mouvement d'adjonction (8) est générée dans une troisième chambre de pression (22).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une seconde impulsion de vibration efficace en direction du mouvement d'ouverture (8) est générée dans la deuxième chambre de pression (21).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'énergie générée par la seconde impulsion de vibration et le refoulement de fluide provoqué avec celle-ci hors de la première chambre de pression (20) est stockée de manière intermédiaire dans un accumulateur d'énergie (28) et renvoyée dans la première chambre de pression (20) avec l'activation de la première impulsion de vibration.
