Claims (8)

  1. Disque de tête porte-lames (1) pour un dispositif de broyage et/ou un mélangeur, sur lequel au moins une lame (8) peut être montée, et comportant un noyau (9) à la périphérie duquel est prévue une enveloppe (3) en matière plastique, au moins un goujon de fixation (4) étant prévu par lame (8) sur ledit noyau (9), caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une première face frontale et une deuxième face frontale (6, 10) sur chacune desquelles au moins une lame (8) peut être montée, les deux faces frontales (6, 10) comportant une surface de pose de lame (16, 17), ces surfaces de pose de lame (16, 17) étant tournées l'une par rapport à l'autre et les goujons de fixation (4) étant solidaires à demeure avec le noyau.
  2. Disque de tête porte-lames (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un aimant qui fixe ou permet de fixer la ou les lames (8) sur le disque de tête porte-lame (1), avec de préférence un aimant prévu sur la première face frontale (14) et/ou un aimant prévu sur la deuxième face frontale (15).
  3. Disque de tête porte-lames (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un bord d'étanchéité (3) prévu sur les deux faces frontales.
  4. Disque de tête porte-lames (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente sur chaque surface de pose de lame (16, 17) comporte deux épaulements (11) dont la hauteur est essentiellement égale ou légèrement inférieure à l'épaisseur du pied de la lame (8) et dont l'écartement correspond essentiellement à la largeur du pied de ladite lame.
  5. Disque de tête porte-lames (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les épaulements (11) de la première surface de pose de lame sont prévus avec un angle par rapport aux épaulements (11) de la deuxième surface de pose de lame.
  6. Tête porte-lames comportant au moins un disque de tête porte-lames (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et sur laquelle est montée au moins une lame (8).
  7. Tête porte-lames selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce qu'une lame est montée sur chacune des faces frontales (6, 10) d'un disque de tête porte-lames (1), les lames formant un angle entre elles.
  8. Ensemble composé de plusieurs disques de tête porte-lame selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 5, dans lequel les angles sous lesquels les surfaces de pose de lame (16, 17) sont prévues sur chaque disque de tête porte-lame sont, au moins en partie, différents d'un disque de tête porte-lame à l'autre.
