Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'étanchéification (100) et un procédé de scellement thermique d'un matériau d'emballage pour la production d'emballages scellés. L'invention concerne également une machine de remplissage. Le dispositif d'étanchéification (100) comprend une première mâchoire (110) comprenant un électro-aimant (112) et une seconde mâchoire (120) comprenant un élément magnétique (122). La seconde mâchoire (120) est disposée à l'opposé de la première mâchoire (110) afin de former un espace apte à recevoir le matériau d'emballage, de sorte que la première mâchoire (110) et la seconde mâchoire (120) soient fixées l'une à l'autre lors de l'actionnement de l'électro-aimant (112) afin de fermer l'espace et de serrer le matériau d'emballage entre la première mâchoire (110) et la seconde mâchoire (120).
