Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a method of making, cooking and presenting a food product and to a slipcase for use in the method.

  • the packaging is preferably designed in such a way that the food product itself is at least partially visible to the customer looking at the packaging. If the packaging is a form-containing package such as a tray or a basket-like carrier, the food product is placed in this form-fitting package.

It eliminates the entire logistics that would be required for a separate hand to have packaging in which the food product would be put after cooking by the employee. The process of cooking and presenting the cooked food products is thus much easier for the employee. In addition, there is no need for any place of application of the method to be maintained logistics for separate packaging. According to the invention, an aesthetically pleasing presentation of the food products for the customers is consequently achieved with significantly less handling and logistics effort.
  • Another advantage of the method according to the invention is that environmental resources are spared. Abstract
