Abstract

Dans une boîte pliante refermable (41, 42, 43) munie d'une fermeture de sécurité et de garantie d'origine (84), dont les surfaces de paroi latérale (2-6, 64, 65) sont formées à partir d'un flan monobloc (1, 1a, 1b) et collées ensemble de telle sorte que la boîte pliante (41, 42, 43) ne peut pas être ouverte sans détruire une liaison adhésive et/ou au moins une zone de ligne de moindre résistant mécanique séparable (16, 17 ; 16a, 16b, 17a, 17b), il est proposé une solution destinée à un emballage refermable à usage médical muni d'une fermeture de sécurité et de garantie d'origine qui offre une capacité de préhension et de détection visuelle améliorée d'une languette déchirable qui forme au moins la partie essentielle de la fermeture de sécurité et de garantie d'origine. Cela est obtenu par le fait que la languette déchirable (18) atteint un bord (39, 52) de la boîte pliante au moyen d'une ligne de limitation côté bord (85), et est imprimée du côté extérieur de la boîte pliante avec un premier motif (10) en forme de ligne qui s'étend au moins partiellement avec une ligne de motif au-delà de la ou des zones de ligne de moindre résistance mécanique (16, 17; 16a, 16b, 17a, 17b), lequel motif (20) en forme de ligne est adjacent à une zone (21, 22) qui est imprimée avec des couleurs contrastées par rapport au premier motif (20) en forme de ligne, qui est visible depuis le côté extérieur de la boîte pliante, laquelle zone est formée du côté extérieur sur une première surface de paroi latérale au niveau d'un bord de limitation côté bord (86) de l'attache déchirable (18) de façon à comporter, au moins englober, l'attache déchirable ou est formée au niveau de la ligne de limitation (85) au moins sur une zone de surface, recouverte par l'attache déchirable (18) et dirigée vers le côté extérieur de la boîte pliante, d'une deuxième surface de paroi latérale (3) ainsi que sur le côté extérieur d'une troisième surface de paroi latérale (4), en recouvrant celle-ci, qui est adjacente à l'attache déchirable (18) et reliée de façon articulée à la deuxième surface de paroi latérale (3).
