Abstract

DISPOSITIF HYGIENIQUE POUR CANNETTE
Domaine technique
[0001] L'invention a trait à une membrane de protection hygiénique pour cannette de boisson.
Technique antérieure
[0002] Le document de brevet publié WO 99/37546 divulgue un dispositif de protection hygiénique pour cannette de boisson destiné à être placé sur le couvercle d'une cannette. Le dispositif comprend une portion de film inférieure recouvrant une partie du couvercle de la cannette autour de l'anneau et de l'orifice et une portion de film supérieure superposée et adhérée à la portion inférieure. Les deux portions sont reliées entre elles par une charnière et la portion supérieure est destinée à être séparée de la portion inférieure en pivotant autour de la charnière vers le rebord de la cannette. La portion inférieure reste fixée sur le couvercle de la cannette constituant ainsi une surface d'appui de la lèvre supérieure d'un consommateur et la portion supérieure une surface d'appui de la lèvre inférieure. Cependant, le dispositif ne protège pas entièrement le couvercle de la cannette. Ainsi, lorsqu'un consommateur boit directement à la cannette ou verse la boisson dans un récipient, la boisson peut entrer en contact avec la zone non hygiénique et être ainsi contaminée. De plus, la surface hygiénique formée par la portion supérieure n'épouse pas la forme du rebord de la cannette ce qui peut favoriser la coulée de boisson de part et d'autre du rebord formé par la portion supérieure. Problème technique
[0005] L'invention a pour objectif de proposer une membrane de protection hygiénique pour cannette de boisson palliant au moins un inconvénient de l'état de l'art, plus précisément de l'état de l'art susmentionné. Plus particulièrement, l'invention a pour objectif de fournir une membrane de protection hygiénique de cannette de boisson qui permet de boire directement à la cannette ou de verser la boisson dans un verre en évitant toute contamination. Le deuxième film a été totalement séparé du premier film 4 en vue d'accéder à la zone détachable 22 du couvercle formant l'orifice 20. Le premier film 4 reste adhéré au couvercle. L'anneau 18 de la cannette a été basculé de manière à détacher la zone 22 du couvercle pour former l'orifice 20 de la cannette. Après formation de l'orifice 20 de la cannette, la zone détachable 22 du couvercle reste recouverte et protégée par le premier film 4 grâce à la ligne de prédécoupe ou d'affaiblissement qui facilite son découpage lors de l'ouverture de la cannette. Ceci empêche alors le liquide contenu dans la cannette d'être en contact direct avec la zone détachable 22 puisque ladite zone reste protégée par le premier film lors de l'ouverture de la cannette.

Claims

Revendications
1. Membrane de protection hygiénique (2) pour cannette de boisson (12) pourvue d'un couvercle (14) avec un bord circulaire (16) et un anneau (18) apte à former un orifice (20) dans une zone détachable (22) dudit couvercle, la membrane comprenant un premier (4) et un deuxième film (6) superposés et adhérés l'un à l'autre, ladite membrane (2) étant configurée pour être disposée avec le premier film (4) adhéré sur le couvercle (14), le deuxième film (6) étant séparable du premier en vue de donner accès à l'orifice du couvercle ; la membrane (2) présentant une portion latérale (10) apte à recouvrir le bord dudit couvercle ;
caractérisée en ce que
la membrane (2) présente une portion centrale (8) généralement circulaire destinée à recouvrir le couvercle (14), la portion latérale (10) formant une languette depuis la portion circulaire.

Membrane (2) selon la revendication 1 , caractérisée en ce que la portion latérale (10) comprend une extrémité distale avec une zone (28) où les premier et deuxième films (4, 6) ne sont pas adhérés l'un à l'autre de manière à ce que le deuxième film (6) forme une tirette de préhension en vue de la séparation des deux films.
3. Membrane (2) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la zone (28) où les premier et deuxième (4, 6) films ne sont pas adhérés l'un à l'autre s'étend sur plusieurs millimètres carrés, préférentiel lement au moins 50mm2, plus préférentiellement au moins 100mm2.
4. Membrane (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la portion latérale (10) s'étend sur plus de 20mm à partir de la portion centrale (6), de manière à pouvoir couvrir une partie supérieure d'une paroi verticale (30) de la cannette (12), adjacente au couvercle (14).
5. Membrane (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que chacun des premier et deuxième (4, 6) films présente une épaisseur inférieure à 1 mm, préférentiellement comprise entre 0.01 et 0.75mm, plus préférentiellement comprise entre 0. 05 et 0.5mm.
6. Membrane (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les premier et deuxième (4, 6) films sont attachés l'un à l'autre à une extrémité de ladite membrane (2) opposée à la portion latérale (10), de manière à former une charnière lors de la séparation du deuxième film (6).
7. Membrane (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le premier film (4) comprend un orifice (24) configuré pour épouser les contours de l'anneau (18) de la cannette.
8. Membrane (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le premier film (4) comprend une ligne d'affaiblissement ou de prédécoupe (26) correspondant à la zone détachable (22) du couvercle formant l'orifice (20).
9. Cannette de boisson (12) comprenant un couvercle (14) avec un bord circulaire (16) et un anneau (18) apte à former un orifice (20) dans une zone détachable (22) dudit couvercle et une membrane (2) de protection disposée sur la couvercle (14), caractérisée en ce que la membrane est conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 8.
10. Canette de boisson (12) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la zone détachable (22) du couvercle reste recouverte par le premier film (4) après formation de l'orifice (20).
