Abstract

Eine Kontakthülse für einen Anschluss wenigstens einer Litzenleitung mit einem sich längs einer parallel zur Litzenleitung verlaufenden Mittellinie (14) erstreckenden Aufnahmebereich zum Einlegen von abisolierten Enden der wenigstens einen Litzenleitung und mit zwei Crimpflügeln (15a, 15b), die jeweils aufeinander zu gerichtet und im umgebogenen Zustand die abisolierten Enden klemmen, wobei die Crimpflügel (15a, 15b) Rillen (13) aufweisen, die pfeilartig zu der Mittellinie auf beiden Crimpflügeln (15a, 15b) verlaufen, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rillen (13) gekrümmt mit kontinuierlich abnehmender Steigung jeweils von der Mittellinie (14) beginnend nach außen verlaufen.

Description

ELEKTRISCHER CRIMPKONTAKT
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kontakthülse für einen Anschluss wenigstens einer Litzenleitung mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1 .
Stand der Technik
Derartige Crimpkontakte gehen beispielsweise aus der DE 10 2013 203 796 A1 hervor. Darüber hinaus sind Crimpkontakte aus der WO
2009/1 19514 A1 bekannt geworden.
Elektrische Verbindungs- und Anschlussklemmen gehen auch beispielsweise aus der DE 36 34 099 C2, der JP 2003 249 284 A oder der WO 2009/096590 A1 hervor.
Insbesondere aus der DE 10 2013 203 796 A1 geht eine elektrische Crimpkontaktvorrichtung mit pfeilförmig verlaufenden Rillen hervor, die als Fixiereinrichtung für die zu kontaktierenden Kabelenden dienen. Offenbarung der Erfindung
Die erfindungsgemäße Kontakthülse für den Anschluss wenigstens einer Litzenleitung mit pfeilartig zu der Mittellinie auf beiden Crimpflügeln verlaufenden Rillen, die gekrümmt mit kontinuierlicher abnehmender Steigung jeweils von der Mittellinie beginnend nach außen verlaufen, weist den Vorteil einer besonders festen und gasdichten Kontaktierung von Litzenleitungen auf. Durch die schwingenartig gekrümmt verlaufenden Rillen werden die Litzen noch wesentlich besser verpresst als bei nicht gekrümmten Rillen. Dies haben umfängliche Untersuchungen der Anmelderin ergeben.
Bevorzugt beginnen die Rillen an der Mittellinie und erstrecken sich über die Crimpflügel bis zu einem vorgegebenen Abstand vom Ende der Crimp- flügel oder sogar bis zum Ende der Crimpflügel selbst.
Die Rillen verlaufen gewissermaßen nach Art von Vogelschwingen schwingenförmig. Die Steigung einer Tangente an die Rillen an der Mittellinie weist gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung einen Winkel von etwa 83 ± 2° zur Mittellinie auf und diese Steigung der Tangente nimmt zum Rand der Rillen hin ab, bis sie einen Endwinkel von etwa 88 ± 1 ° mit der Mittellinie einschließt. Im Bereich der Mittellinie, wo die Crimpflügel während des Crimpens nur einen geringen Weg zurücklegen, ist damit eine größere Steigung der Rillen gegeben als am äußeren Rand der Crimpflügel, die während des Crimpvorgangs einen größeren Weg zurücklegen.
Rein prinzipiell könnten die Rillen asymmetrisch zur Mittellinie ausgestaltet sein, das heißt die Rillen auf der einen Seite können anders verlaufen als die Rillen auf der anderen Seite. Eine besonders bevorzugte Ausgestaltung sieht vor, dass die Rillen zur Mittellinie symmetrisch verlaufen. Die Ausbildung der Rillen kann auf die unterschiedlichste Art und Weise geschehen. Eine vorteilhafte Ausführungsform sieht vor, dass die Rillen rillenartige Vertiefungen sind, welche auf den der Litzenleitung zugewandten Seiten des Aufnahmebereichs und der Crimpflügel angeordnet sind.
Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnungen
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in den Figuren dargestellt und in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung näher erläutert.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Kontakthülse mit Crimpflügeln gemäß dem Stand der Technik.

Eine in Fig. 1 dargestellte Kontakthülse weist einen Kontaktcrimpbereich 10 auf, welcher einer Verpressung von Litzen 10b mit Crimpflügelnl Oa dient, und einen Isolationscrimpbereich 1 1 zur Befestigung des Kontaktcrimpbereichs 10 an einer Isolierung einer Litzenleitung 12. Der Kontaktcrimpbereich 10 weist eine Aufnahmefläche 12a auf. Er dient zusammen mit den Crimpflügeln 10a auf an sich bekannte Weise der Verpressung der Litzen 10b. An den Kontaktcrimpbereich 10 anschließend ist der eine Isolierung der Litzenleitung 12 umgreifende Isolationscrimpbereich 1 1 angeordnet. Der Isolationscrimpbereich 1 1 umgreift und klemmt die Litzenleitung 12 und dient so der Befestigung der Litzenleitung 12 und deren Zugentlastung.
Eine in Fig. 2 dargestellte Aufsicht auf einen Kontaktcrimpbereich 15, der zwei Crimpflügel 15a, 15b aufweist, umfasst symmetrisch zu einer Mittellinie 14 angeordnete Rillen 13, die gekrümmt schwingenförmig nach Art von Vogelschwingen verlaufen. Die Krümmung ist dabei so ausgebildet, dass eine Tangente an die Rillen im Bereich der Mittellinie 14 einen Winkel as mit der Mittellinie 14 einschließt. Die Steigung nimmt zum äußeren Rand der Crimpflügel 15a, 15b stetig ab, sodass die Steigung der Rillen im äußeren Bereich einen Winkel ÖE zur Mittellinie 14 einschließt.
Untersuchungen der Anmelderin haben ergeben, dass der Winkel as bevorzugt etwa 83 ± 2° beträgt, wohingegen der Winkel ÖE etwa 88 ± 1 ° beträgt.
Durch diese gekrümmt verlaufende Form der Rillen mit einer Krümmung, die kontinuierlich von der Mittellinie 14 nach außen in Richtung des Randes der Crimpflügel 15a, 15b abnimmt, wird eine optimale Verpressung von Litzen in den Crimpflügeln 15a, 15 b erreicht. Dabei trägt die gekrümmt verlaufende Anordnung der Rillen dem Umstand Rechnung, dass während des Crimpens im Bereich der Mittellinie 14 die Crimpflügel 15a, 15b nur einen kleinen Weg zurücklegen, wohingegen sie im äußeren Bereich der Crimpflügel 15a, 15b einen großen Weg zurücklegen. Diesem kleineren Weg im Bereich der Mittellinie 14 wird durch die größere Steigung der Rillen Rechnung getragen, wohingegen dem größeren zurückgelegten Weg während des Crimpens im äußeren Bereich der Crimpflügel 15a, 15b durch die kleinere Steigung Rechnung getragen wird. Die Crimp- ung mit Hilfe dieser gekrümmten Rillen ermöglicht eine optimale Kontaktierung der Litzen, insbesondere eine gasdichte Kontaktierung der Litzen, die mit linear verlaufenden Rillen nicht erzielt werden kann.
Die gekrümmt verlaufenden Rillen sind bevorzugt symmetrisch zur Mittellinie 14 ausgebildet. Es kann allerdings auch bei einer alternativen Ausführungsform vorgesehen sein, die Rillen unsymmetrisch auszubilden, also auf einem Crimpflügel Rillen mit einer anderen Steigung vorzusehen als auf dem anderen Crimpflügel. Die Rillen sind beispielsweise Einprägun- gen, Sicken und dergleichen, die in Richtung der Litzen vorspringen und so die Litzen pressen.
Die Rillen beginnen bevorzugterweise an der Mittellinie 14 und erstrecken sich über die Crimpflügel 15a, 15b bis zu einem vorgegebenen Abstand vom Ende der Crimpflügel oder sogar bis zum Ende der Crimpflügel selbst.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Kontakthülse für einen Anschluss wenigstens einer Litzenleitung mit einem sich längs einer parallel zur Litzenleitung verlaufenden Mittellinie (14) erstreckenden Aufnahmebereich zum Einlegen von abisolierten Enden der wenigstens einen Litzenleitung und mit zwei Crimpflü- geln (15a, 15b), die jeweils aufeinander zu gerichtet und im umgebogenen Zustand die abisolierten Enden klemmen, wobei die Crimpflü- gel (15a, 15b) Rillen (13) aufweisen, die pfeilartig zu der Mittellinie auf beiden Crimpflügeln verlaufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rillen (13) gekrümmt mit kontinuierlich abnehmender Steigung jeweils von der Mittellinie beginnend nach außen verlaufen.
2. Kontakthülse nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rillen (13) an der Mittellinie (14) beginnen und sich über die Crimpflü- gel (15a, 15b) bis zu einem vorgegebenen Abstand vom Ende der Crimpflügel (15a, 15b) erstrecken.
3. Kontakthülse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steigung einer Tangente an die Rillen (13) an der Mittellinie (14) einen Winkel (as) von etwa 83 ± 2° zur Mittellinie aufweist und bis zu einem Winkel (ÖE) von 88 ± 1 ° am Ende der Rillen (13) abnimmt.
4. Kontakthülse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rillen (13) zur Mittellinie (14) symmetrisch verlaufen.
5. Kontakthülse nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rillen (13) rillenartige Vertiefungen sind, welche auf den der Litzenleitung zugewandten Seiten des Aufnahmebereichs und der Crimpflügel (15a, 15b) angeordnet sind.
