  • a first of said lever mechanisms 48 has a first end that is hinged to the box body 31, a second end that is free and an intermediate portion between said ends that is able to define an abutment for said control member 37, so that, at a nearing movement of the lever mechanism towards the box body 31, the intermediate portion exerts a pressure on the control member 37 causing the control member 37 to translate from the operating position corresponding to the extracted configuration of the closing element 33, to the operating position corresponding to the retracted configuration of said closing element 33.
  • the second of said lever mechanisms 48 which is positioned on the opposite side with respect to the box body 31, has a first end that is hinged to the box body 31, a second end that is free and an intermediate portion between said ends and engaged to the control member 37.
  • the intermediate portion exerts a traction on the control member 37 causing the control member 37 to translate from the operating position corresponding to the extracted configuration of the closing element 33, to the operating position corresponding to the retracted configuration of said closing element.
  • the lever mechanisms advantageously receive only thrust or traction forces and no longer rotation forces in an axis that is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the closing element 33.
  • a second version of the lock of the invention is illustrated (respectively in a frontal view and in section according to two distinct operating steps), in which the activation of the control member 37 takes place by use of a pair of lever mechanisms 49 which are located externally with respect to the surface of the door, differently to the lever mechanisms 48 that are in a built-in position.
  • a third version of the lock of the invention is illustrated (respectively in a frontal view and in section according to two different operating steps), in which the activating of the control member 37 is done by using a pair of grips 50 solidly connected to the control member 37 and positioned on opposite sides with respect to the box body 31, so that, following a pressure action on a first grip or a traction on a second grip, the control member 37 translates from the operating position corresponding to the extracted configuration of the closing element 33 to the operating position corresponding to the retracted configuration of said closing element 33.
  • the lock of the invention offers the possibility to use numerous applicative variants of the thrust or traction movement means of the control member, with the possibility of a wide range of embodiments of the handles, which can built in or external to the door, or a knob with a very wide selection of aesthetic embodiments.

Claims (10)

  1. Serrure (30) pour portes et/ou fenêtres, comprenant :
    - un corps de boîte (31) ;
    - au moins un élément de fermeture (33) logé à l'intérieur du corps de boîte (31) et mobile au moins entre une configuration extraite du corps de boîte (31) et une configuration rétractée dans le corps de boîte (31) ;
    - un élément d'actionnement (35) relié cinématiquement à l'élément de fermeture (33) et destiné à activer un déplacement de celui-ci entre les configurations extraite et rétractée, ledit élément d'actionnement (35) étant mobile en rotation entre au moins deux positions de fonctionnement qui correspondent respectivement auxdites configurations susmentionnées de l'élément de fermeture ;
    - un élément de commande (37) relié cinématiquement audit élément d'actionnement (35) et mobile le long d'une direction de translation entre au moins deux positions de fonctionnement qui correspondent respectivement aux positions de fonctionnement de l'élément d'actionnement (35), qui correspond à son tour aux configurations extraite et rétractée de l'élément de fermeture (33), ledit élément de commande (37) étant contraint solidement à une came (38) présentant une extension au moins partiellement hélicoïdale et dans laquelle un élément suiveur de came (36) est inséré de manière coulissante, contraint solidement à l'élément d'actionnement (35), de sorte que le mouvement de translation de l'élément de commande (37) est converti en un mouvement de rotation de l'élément d'actionnement (35) par effet du coulissement de l'élément suiveur de came (36) à l'intérieur de la came (38) ; ledit élément de commande (37) comportant au moins une gorge (39) longitudinale et parallèle à la direction de translation de l'élément de commande (37), une dent (43, 45) étant insérée de manière coulissante dans ladite gorge longitudinale (39), laquelle dent est contrainte solidement au corps de boîte (31) ;
    - une première douille (42) fixée au corps de boîte (31) et munie d'un siège duquel une première dent (43) fait saillie ;
    la serrure étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre :
    - une deuxième douille (44) fixée au corps de boîte (31) et positionnée sur un côté opposé de ladite première douille (42) par rapport audit corps de boîte (31), ladite deuxième douille (44) étant munie d'un siège duquel une deuxième dent (45) fait saillie, lesdites douilles (42, 44) étant fixées réciproquement et fixées sur ledit corps de boîte (31) afin de maintenir l'élément de commande (37) dans une condition d'engagement sur le corps de boîte (31),
    dans laquelle un élément de commande (37) s'insère dans le siège des deux douilles (42, 44) en traversant le corps de boîte (31) de sorte que lesdites première et deuxième dents (43, 45) soient insérées de manière coulissante dans la gorge longitudinale (39) de l'élément de commande (37).
  2. Serrure (30) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit élément de fermeture (33) est mobile en translation entre lesdites configurations extraite et rétractée.
  3. Serrure (30) selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle la direction de translation de l'élément de fermeture (33) est sensiblement transversale à la direction de translation de l'élément de commande (37).
  4. Serrure (30) selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle lesdites directions de translation sont sensiblement perpendiculaires l'une à l'autre.
  5. Serrure (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une paire de mécanismes à levier (48, 49) agissant fonctionnellement sur l'élément de commande (37) pour déplacer l'élément de commande (37) entre lesdites positions de fonctionnement, chacun desdits mécanismes à levier (48, 49) étant relié de manière rotative, y compris indirectement, au corps de boîte (31).
  6. Serrure (30) selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle un premier desdits mécanismes à levier (48, 49) comporte une première extrémité qui est reliée de manière articulée, y compris indirectement, au corps de boîte (31), une deuxième extrémité libre et une partie intermédiaire entre lesdites extrémités, capable de définir une butée pour ledit élément de commande (35), de sorte que, lorsque le mécanisme à levier se rapproche du corps de boîtier (31), la partie intermédiaire exerce une pression sur l'élément de commande (37), ce qui entraîne la translation de l'élément de commande (37) depuis la position de fonctionnement correspondant à la configuration extraite de l'élément de fermeture (33) vers la position de fonctionnement correspondant à la configuration rétractée dudit élément de fermeture (33).
  7. Serrure selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans laquelle un deuxième desdits mécanismes à levier (48, 49) comporte une première extrémité qui est reliée de manière articulée, y compris indirectement, au corps de boîte (31), une deuxième extrémité libre et une partie intermédiaire comprise entre lesdites extrémités et engagée avec l'élément de commande (35), de sorte que, lorsque le mécanisme à levier s'écarte du corps de boîte (31), la partie intermédiaire exerce une traction sur l'élément de commande (37), ce qui entraîne la translation de l'élément de commande (37) depuis la position de fonctionnement correspondant à la configuration extraite de l'élément de fermeture (33) vers la position de fonctionnement correspondant à la configuration rétractée dudit élément de fermeture (33).
  8. Serrure (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 4, comprenant une paire de poignées (50) reliées solidement à l'élément de commande (37) et positionnées sur des côtés opposés par rapport au corps de boîte (31), de sorte que, suite à une action de pression sur une première poignée ou à une traction sur une deuxième poignée, l'élément de commande (37) effectue une translation depuis la position de fonctionnement correspondant à la configuration extraite de l'élément de fermeture (33) vers la position de fonctionnement correspondant à la configuration rétractée dudit élément de fermeture (33).
  9. Serrure (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un moyen élastique (40) agissant fonctionnellement sur l'élément de commande (37) pour maintenir l'élément de commande (37) dans une condition de fonctionnement correspondant normalement à ladite configuration extraite de l'élément de fermeture (33).
  10. Porte ou fenêtre, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une serrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
