Claims (5)
- Méthode pour fabriquer un matelas pour un utilisateur, le matelas comprenant un cœur de matelas (1) et des insertions (2) pour plusieurs parties du corps (5) de l'utilisateur, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- enregistrement d'une image trois-dimensionnel de l'utilisateur ;- détermination de la déformation désirée des insertions (2) en fonction de l'enregistrement trois-dimensionnel de l'utilisateur afin que pour une position allongée de l'utilisateur sur les insertions, la position de son épine dorsale correspond à la position de son épine dorsale dans une position debout ;- sélection d'un stock d'insertions, des insertions (2) avec les caractéristiques de déformation désirée ;- positionnement des insertions sélectionnées du côté allongé du cœur de matelas (1) ;caractérisée en ce que:- pour une zone déterminée (5) du corps de l'utilisateur, trois insertions (2) sont utilisées, notamment une insertion de gauche-, de centre- et de droite,- pour une zone déterminée (5) du corps, les trois insertions (2) sont positionnées du côté allongé du cœur du matelas comme suit :- l'insertion de centre au milieu ;- l'insertion de gauche du côté gauche de l'insertion centrale ;- l'insertion de droite du côté droit de l'insertion centrale, et dans lequel- la déformation désirée de chaque insertion est déterminée également en tenant compte de la position allongée de l'utilisateur sur l'insertion en cause, notamment comme suit : ;- l'insertion de gauche pour la position d'allongement de gauche ;- l'insertion de centre pour la position d'allongement de ventre ou de dos ;- l'insertion de droite pour la position d'allongement de droite ;- l'insertion de gauche et/ou de droite comprend de son côté intérieur une zone de transition, dont la caractéristique de déformation, exprimée en tant que dureté, est la moyenne de la dureté de l'insertion de gauche, resp. de droite, et de l'insertion de centre, et ;- l'insertion de centre à un ou deux de ses côtés qui comprend une, resp. deux zone(s) de transition, dont la caractéristique de déformation, exprimée en tant que dureté, est la moyenne de la dureté de l'insertion centrale et de l'insertion de gauche, resp. de droite.
- Méthode selon la revendication 1, par laquelle les insertions de gauche et de droite comprennent un bord extérieur comprenant une caractéristique de déformation, exprimée en tant que dureté, supérieur à la caractéristique de déformation, exprimée en tant que dureté, de l'insertion de gauche, resp. de droite.
- Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant des insertions pour une ou plusieurs des zones suivantes du corps de l'utilisateur :- tête et cou ;- épaules et torse supérieur ;- torse inférieur ;- taille, dos inférieur ou ventre ;- hanches et derrière ;- jambes supérieures ;- jambes inférieures.
- Méthode selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, par laquelle une couche de confort est positionnée du côté d'allongement des insertions.
- Matelas, fabriqué selon la méthode d'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4.
