Claims (2)

  1. Automatisches Handgerät (10) zum Anbringen von Kabelbindern (12) um einen Kabelbaum (14) oder Ähnliches herum, wobei das Gerät (10) umfasst:
    - einen integrierten Anbringmechanismus (30), der den Kabelbinder (12) zu einem geschlossenen Ring um den Kabelbaum (14) herum formt, wobei der integrierte Anbringmechanismus (30) von einem ersten Elektromotor angetrieben wird,
    - eine Spannvorrichtung (38), die den Kabelbinder (12) um den Kabelbaum (14) herum spannt, wobei die Spannvorrichtung (38) von einem zweiten Elektromotor angetrieben wird,
    - eine Trennvorrichtung (52) zum Trennen des nicht verwendeten Teils des Kabelbinders (12) nach dessen Spannen um den Kabelbaum (14) herum, wobei die Trennvorrichtung (52) von dem ersten Elektromotor angetrieben wird,
    - eine elektronische Einheit (40), welche die Elektromotoren derart steuert, dass der Anbringmechanismus (30), die Spannvorrichtung (38) und die Trennvorrichtung (52) gesteuert werden,
    - eine Steuerschnittstelle (42), die es dem Benutzer des Geräts (10) ermöglicht, eine Betriebsart des Geräts (10) zu wählen, wobei eine Standardbetriebsart einen Zyklus umfasst, in dem der Kabelbinder zunächst um den Kabelbaum herum gespannt wird und dann am Zyklusende der Kabelbinder derart getrennt wird, dass der freie Endabschnitt des Kabelbinders entfernt wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerschnittstelle (42) dazu ausgelegt ist, das Gerät (10) in einer Betriebsart ohne Trennen zu steuern, in welcher der Schritt des Trennens des Kabelbinders am Zyklusende entfällt,
    und dass die elektronische Einheit (40) dazu ausgelegt ist, in der Betriebsart ohne Trennen die Drehrichtung des zweiten Motors am Zyklusende umzukehren, um den Kabelbinder aus dem Gerät (10) auszustoßen, bevor das Trennen stattgefunden hat.
  2. Verfahren zum Steuern eines automatischen Handgeräts (10) zum Anbringen von Kabelbindern (12) um einen Kabelbaum (14) oder Ähnliches herum, umfassend eine Standardbetriebsart, in der während eines Arbeitszyklus die folgenden Schritte ausgeführt werden:
    a) Steuern eines ersten Elektromotors, der einen integrierten Anbringmechanismus (30) antreibt, derart, dass der Kabelbinder (12) als geschlossener Ring um den Kabelbaum (14) herum positioniert wird,
    b) Steuern des zweiten Elektromotors, der eine Spannvorrichtung (38) antreibt, derart, dass der Kabelbinder (12) um den Kabelbaum (14) herum gespannt wird,
    c) Steuern des ersten Elektromotors, der eine Trennvorrichtung (52) antreibt, derart, dass der nicht verwendete Teil des Kabelbinders (12) am Zyklusende nach dem Spannen des Kabelbinders um den Kabelbaum (14) herum getrennt wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Betriebsart ohne Trennen umfasst, bei welcher der Schritt des Trennens des Kabelbinders am Zyklusende entfällt, wobei die Betriebsart ohne Trennen während eines Arbeitszyklus die folgenden Schritte ausführt:
    a1) Steuern des ersten Elektromotors, der den integrierten Anbringmechanismus (30) antreibt, derart, dass der Kabelbinder (12) als geschlossener Ring um den Kabelbaum (14) herum positioniert wird,
    b1) Steuern des zweiten Elektromotors, der die Spannvorrichtung (38) antreibt, derart, dass der Kabelbinder (12) um den Kabelbaum (14) herum bis zum Stoppen des Elektromotors gespannt wird, entsprechend einem vollständigen Spannen des Kabelbinders am Kabelbaum (14),
    c1) Steuern des zweiten Elektromotors zum entgegengesetzten Drehen in Bezug auf die Drehrichtung, die zum Spannen des Kabelbinders (12) dient, am Zyklusende nach dem Schritt b1) derart, dass der Kabelbinder aus dem Gerät (10) ausgestoßen wird, bevor das Trennen stattgefunden hat.
