Claims (13)

  1. Aide au changement de position prenant la forme d'une unité portative pour changer la position d'une personne (10)
    1.1 avec une bande sans fin (1) qui peut tourner autour d'un espace (2) renfermé par la bande sans fin (1) dans sa direction sans fin (3) ;
    1.2 avec un corps (4) contigu à l'espace (2), qui présente une surface d'appui pour la personne (10) ;
    caractérisée en ce que
    1.3 la bande sans fin (1) présente dans une section sur un côté de l'espace (2) une poche (5) dans laquelle le corps (4) est introduit, de sorte que le corps (4) se déplace lors de la rotation de la bande sans fin (1) en même temps que la section de la bande sans fin (1) dans la direction sans fin (3), le corps (4) étant réalisé comme un coussin gonflable à l'aide d'un fluide sous pression.
  2. Aide au changement de position selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps (4) peut être retiré de la poche (5) en passant par une ouverture d'insertion (11) ouverte ou refermable de la poche (5).
  3. Aide au changement de position selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'en vue de dessus sur la surface d'appui pour la personne (10), la poche (5) et le corps (4) présentent dans la direction sans fin (3) une plus petite largeur que la bande sans fin (1) et l'espace (2) renfermé par celle-ci.
  4. Aide au changement de position selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le corps (4) présente un axe longitudinal (8) et un axe transversal (9) et son étendue dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (8) représente un multiple de son étendue dans la direction de l'axe transversal (9).
  5. Aide au changement de position selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le corps (4) est réalisé comme un tube avec un unique espace intérieur non divisé pour recevoir le fluide sous pression.
  6. Aide au changement de position selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le corps (4) est réalisé comme un tube avec un espace intérieur divisé en plusieurs chambres.
  7. Aide au changement de position selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que certaines ou toutes les chambres communiquent les unes avec les autres pour le passage du fluide sous pression.
  8. Aide au changement de position selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que certaines ou toutes les chambres sont isolées les unes des autres de façon étanche au fluide sous pression.
  9. Aide au changement de position selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le corps (4) est rempli avec le fluide sous pression sous la forme d'eau ou d'air avec ou sans additifs.
  10. Aide au changement de position selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le corps (4) présente une valve refermable, laquelle valve est en particulier raccordée directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'un tuyau (6) à une extrémité longitudinale du corps (4) sur une face frontale.
  11. Aide au changement de position selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que la valve est conçue comme une valve de détente de pression (7) avec un élément antiretour qui s'ouvre en direction d'un espace intérieur du corps (4) et qui se ferme automatiquement sous l'effet d'une surpression dans l'espace intérieur, l'élément antiretour pouvant être actionné manuellement pour faire sortir le fluide sous pression de l'espace intérieur.
  12. Aide au changement de position selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que la bande sans fin (1) présente une face intérieure avec des sections qui se font face et qui glissent directement les unes sur les autres.
  13. Aide au changement de position selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que la bande sans fin (1) présente une couche de glissement (1.1) et/ou un matériau de glissement sur sa face intérieure.
