Claims (6)
- Mikromechanisches Lager, in dem sich eine Welle (30) dreht, wobei die Welle (30) an mindestens einem Ende eine Lagerfläche (31a, 31b) aufweist, über die die Welle (30) mit einer dem Lager (10a, 10b) zugewandten Fläche (12) in Kontakt steht, wobei die Lagerfläche (31a, 31b) durch einen Drehzapfen (32a, 32b) verlängert ist, der in einem in dem Lager (10a, 10b) ausgebildeten Loch (11) in Eingriff steht, wobei das Lager (10a, 10b) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass in der Kontaktfläche (12) zwischen der Lagerfläche (31a, 31b) der Welle (30) und dem Lager (10a, 10b) mindestens eine Vertiefung (14) ausgebildet ist, um die Kontaktfläche zwischen der Lagerfläche (31a, 31b) der Welle (30) und dem Lager (10a, 10b) zu verringern.
- Lager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefung (14) die Form eines Rings aufweist, der auf das Loch (11) des Lagers (10a, 10b) zentriert ist.
- Lager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktfläche (12) zwischen der Lagerfläche (31a, 31b) der Welle (30) und dem Lager (10a, 10b) mit mehreren Vertiefungen (14) versehen ist, die um das Loch (11) des Lagers (10a, 10b) verteilt sind.
- Lager nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefungen (14) gleichmäßig beanstandet und um das Loch (11) des Lagers (10a, 10b) konzentrisch angeordnet sind.
- Lager nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einem monokristallinen Material hergestellt ist, das aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Rubin, Korund, Spinell und kubischem Zirkoniumoxid gebildet ist, wobei die Vertiefung (14) durch Laserstrahlablation, durch Elektroerosion oder durch Schleifen hergestellt ist.
- Lager nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einem gesinterten Material hergestellt ist, das aus der Gruppe gewählt ist, die aus gesintertem Korund, gesintertem Rubin, gesinterten Keramiken, gesintertem Aluminiumoxid, gesintertem Zirkoniumoxid oder einem gesinterten Hartmetall gebildet ist, wobei die Vertiefung (14) durch Einsenken hergestellt oder durch Ablation hergestellt ist.
