Definitions

  • the present invention relates to driving mechanisms for cord winding reels and, more particularly to a driving mechanism for curtain cord winding reels.
  • a traditional curtain is usually controlled by a drawstring to close or open the curtain.
  • An end of the drawstring is wound on a cord winding reel of a coiling-and-uncoiling device.
  • a driving mechanism of the coiling-and-uncoiling device drives the reel to rotate to wind or unwind the drawstring, so as to achieve the purpose of closing or opening the curtain.
  • a current driving mechanism for cord winding reels usually uses an elastic member to drive the reels to rotate.
  • the drawstring is manually pulled to positively rotate the reels to wind the drawstring.
  • the rotation of the reels will drive rollers coaxial with the reels of the driving mechanism to rotate positively, so as to deform the elastic member connected to the rollers. Therefore, binding the drawstring to a preset position can achieve the closing of the curtain.
  • the drawstring is released, and the rollers are reversely rotated under the elastic action of the elastic member to drive the reels to reversely rotate. Therefore, the drawstring is unwound from the reels, and the curtain is then opened.
  • a current driving mechanism for cord winding reels is usually only configured with a single elastic member to drive the reels to rotate.
  • the elastic effect of a single elastic member is not enough to achieve the closing of the curtain. It is difficult to coordinate the consistency of all driving mechanisms if multiple driving mechanisms are configured, and the assembly difficulty of the multiple driving mechanisms is increased.
  • Document US 2014/262062 A1 discloses an apparatus for reducing the space requirements of a flat type spring formed to produce a negative gradient torque.
  • a retainer can be added over at least two coils on the free end of each spring to reduce the space requirement for the spring.
  • a flat type spring with a negative gradient having reduced space requirements into a shade or blind can be incorporated. Such a shade or blind will then be able to fit into a smaller area or volume.
  • Multiple springs restrained in accordance with the subject invention to achieve a desired counterbalancing of the shade or blind can be used.
  • Document US 2014/305601 A1 discloses a shade system with a torque profile, where the shade system is connected with a drive shaft.
  • a first spring system is connected with the drive shaft where the first spring system is a standard wound spring system.
  • a second spring system is connected with the drive shaft where the second spring system is a reverse wound spring system and where, in combination, the first spring system and the second spring system produce a counterbalance torque profile approximately equal to the shade system torque profile.
  • Document EP 2 071 183 A2 discloses user-free shading system, with a first spring unit consisting of a constant force spring, a spring axis, a spring receptacle and a housing, wherein the first spring unit is connectable by means of a coupling device with at least one second spring unit.
  • Document US 2011/000628 A1 discloses a modular blind transport system for a window blind application wherein the complete system may be assembled from a relatively small number of individual modules to obtain counterbalanced blinds wherein a relatively small external input force may be used to raise or lower the blind, and/or to open or close the blind.

  • Cross sections of the first shaft hole, the second shaft hole, the first axis, and the second axis are matched with one another, and the cross sections are non-circular.
  • the power member is a clockwork spring, an inner end of the clockwork spring is connected to the base through a spring shaft, and an outer end of the clockwork spring is connected to the middle shaft.
  • the middle shaft includes two end plates formed at the first and second ends of the middle shaft, an outer surface of the middle shaft is connected to the outer end of the clockwork spring and cooperates with inner side surfaces of the two end plates to form a winding space for accommodating the clockwork spring.
