  • the filling level of the hollow body (2) namely the level of the aqueous suspension containing the material to be ground, can be raised to above the axis of rotation (X), i.e. to above the level of the loading and unloading openings (2a, 2b), allowing a substantial reduction of the energy required for the rotation of the hollow body (2).
