Claims (13)

  1. Agencement de presse pour l'égouttage d'une bande de papier, de carton, de papier tissu ou d'une autre bande fibreuse (1) dans une machine de fabrication et/ou d'ennoblissement de celle-ci, avec un cylindre aspirant (2) entouré d'une bande d'égouttage (4) circulant sans fin, absorbant l'eau et perméable à l'air, ainsi que de la bande fibreuse (1) située à l'extérieur, et avec un cylindre cylindrique (3) suivant dans le sens de circulation de la bande (5), d'un rouleau central cylindrique (3) entouré d'une bande de transfert lisse (6) circulant sans fin, qui participe à la formation d'au moins une fente de pressage (13, 14) avec une bande de déshydratation (15,16), la bande de transfert (6) prenant en charge la bande fibreuse (1) de la bande d'égouttage (4) du rouleau aspirant (2) et le rouleau aspirant (2) formant avec un rouleau presseur de transfert (7) une fente de pressage de transfert (12), à travers laquelle la bande d'égouttage (4) du rouleau aspirant (2) et la bande de transfert (6) passent ensemble avec la bande de matière fibreuse (1) située entre elles, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau central (3) forme respectivement une fente de pressage (13, 14) avec au moins deux rouleaux de pressage (17, 18) entourés chacun par une bande d'égouttage (15, 16) absorbant l'eau et circulant sans fin.
  2. Ensemble de pressage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau aspirant (2) et le rouleau central (3) sont espacés l'un de l'autre et la bande de matière fibreuse (1) est guidée par la bande de transfert (6) seule depuis la fente de presse de transfert (12) vers le rouleau central (3).
  3. Ensemble de pressage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bande de transfert (6) s'étend entre la ligne de contact de transfert (12) et le rouleau central (3) verticalement ou inclinée jusqu'à 35° par rapport à la verticale dans le sens de défilement de la bande (5).
  4. Ensemble de pressage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    la bande de matière fibreuse (1) est alimentée en vapeur par une boîte de soufflage de vapeur (8) entre la fente de presse de transfert (12) et le rouleau central (3).
  5. Ensemble de pressage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    au moins une fente de pressage (13, 14) du rouleau central (4) est réalisée de manière prolongée.
  6. Ensemble de pressage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    en ce que les deux fentes de pressage (13, 14) du rouleau central (3) sont réalisées de manière prolongée.
  7. Ensemble de pressage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    le rouleau central (3) a un diamètre d'au moins 100 cm, de préférence d'au moins 160 cm.
  8. Ensemble de pressage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    le rouleau aspirant (2) forme avec un rouleau presseur (20) entouré par une bande de drainage (19) absorbant l'eau et tournant sans fin une fente de pressage (11), de préférence la première fente de pressage (11) du dispositif de pressage.
  9. Ensemble de pressage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    une boîte de soufflage de vapeur (9) est associée à la bande fibreuse (1) dans la zone d'enroulement du rouleau aspirant (2), avant la fente de pressage de transfert (12).
  10. Ensemble de pressage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    la bande de matière fibreuse (1) est transférée après le rouleau central (3) de la bande de transfert (6) à une bande circulant sans fin, de préférence une toile de séchage (21) perméable à l'air d'une unité de séchage suivante de la machine.
  11. Ensemble de pressage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    la bande d'égouttage (4) du rouleau aspirant (2) prend en charge la bande de matière fibreuse (1) d'une bande circulant sans fin, de préférence d'une toile de formation (22) d'une formeuse placée en amont pour former des feuilles.
  12. Ensemble de pressage selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la bande de matière fibreuse (1) est guidée en permanence par au moins une bande (4, 6) entre le formeur et l'unité de séchage.
  13. Agencement de pressage selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que le tamis de formation (22) est guidé à travers une fente de pré-pressage (10) avant la délivrance de la bande de matière fibreuse (1), conjointement avec une bande d'égouttage (23) absorbant l'eau et circulant sans fin et la bande de matière fibreuse (1) située entre elles.
