Claims (11)
- Bogie d'un véhicule ferroviaire, comprenant au moins deux paires de roues (3) montées dans des boîtes d'essieu (4) et au moins une traverse (1), les boîtes d'essieu (4) d'une paire de roues (3) étant articulées sur la traverse (1) par deux leviers d'essieu (2) de sorte que les leviers d'essieu (2) forment ensemble avec les boîtes d'essieu (4) et la traverse (1) une forme en H, en ce que la traverse (1) présente au moins deux barres de torsion (5) agencées de manière parallèle aux essieux (8) des paires de roues (3), caractérisé en ce que les barres de torsion (5) présentent au moins une zone dans laquelle elles sont reliées de manière solidaire en rotation à la traverse (1), et en ce que les barres de torsion (5) présentent des leviers à ressort (6) de telle sorte que la zone d'extrémité du levier à ressort (6) qui n'est pas reliée à la barre de torsion (5) agit sur la boîte d'essieu (4).
- Bogie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que deux barres de torsion (5) sont agencées l'une après l'autre sur la traverse (1) dans le sens longitudinal, en ce que les extrémités des barres de torsion (5) tournées les unes vers les autres sont reliées par leurs zones d'extrémité à la traverse (1), et en ce que les autres extrémités des barres de torsion (5) présentent les leviers à ressort (6).
- Bogie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la traverse (1) présente en section transversale une forme en H, en ce que les zones d'extrémité d'une barre de torsion (5) pénètrent de manière détachée à travers les branches opposées de la traverse (1), en ce que la zone médiane de la barre de torsion (5) est solidaire de la traverse (1), et en ce qu'un levier d'essieu (2) respectif est articulé sur une extrémité de la branche de la traverse (1), de telle sorte que les articulations (9) des leviers d'essieu sont des composants de la traverse (1).
- Bogie selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une zone d'extrémité d'une barre de torsion (5) se trouve en tant que pièce mobile dans au moins un palier radial relié à la traverse (1), en ce que la zone d'extrémité de la barre de torsion (5) pénètre à travers le palier radial, et en ce que l'extrémité de la barre de torsion (5) présente le levier à ressort (6) après le palier radial.
- Bogie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la barre de torsion (5) présente en section transversale la forme d'une section conique et/ou d'un polygone.
- Bogie selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les barres de torsion (5) et/ou les leviers à ressort (6) sont réalisés en un métal ou en un matériau composite en fibres ou, en construction mixte, en au moins un métal et au moins un matériau composite en fibres.
- Bogie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un corps d'amortissement se trouve entre les zones d'extrémité du levier d'essieu (2) et le levier à ressorts (6).
- Bogie selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps d'amortissement est réalisé en un élastomère.
- Bogie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la traverse (1) est un corps de base présentant les membres pour les articulations de levier d'essieu (9) des leviers d'essieu (2) et des éléments de fixation pour des pièces à rapporter, et en ce que le corps de base est réalisé en un métal et/ou en un matériau composite en fibres.
- Bogie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la traverse (1) est une poutre ou un cadre.
- Bogie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bogie présente des éléments à ressort supplémentaires pour une suspension secondaire et un pivot de bogie.
