Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for assembling wall formwork and an anchor system for carrying out the method.
- a wall formwork comprises a formwork skin on the front side and elements such as longitudinal beams, crossbars and frames that support the formwork skin on the rear side.
- the elements supporting the formwork skin are firmly connected to the formwork skin, for example by means of screws, grooves or nails.
- a longitudinal beam extends in the vertical direction and a crossbar in the horizontal direction.
- the two sides of a wall to be concreted are bounded by wall formwork.
- the front of each wall formwork then adjoins the concrete with its formwork skin.
- Opposite wall formwork according to the invention are generally held in place by a plurality of anchor systems according to the invention.
- the anchor rods of the anchor systems are inserted through openings in the wall formwork and attached at their ends to the elements supporting the respective formwork skin by means of locking devices so that at least the tensile force acting on the anchor rods during concreting is absorbed.
- These openings leading through the wall formwork are also called anchor rod bores.
- a set formwork is a wall formwork that is set up first.
- the closing formwork is then set up opposite the setting formwork.
- Setting formwork and closing formwork are connected to one another during assembly using one or more anchor systems. Concrete is poured into the space between the formwork and the closing formwork. Subsequent hardening of the concrete creates a wall.
- an anchor rod usually one or both ends of an anchor rod have a thread onto which, for example, screw nuts are screwed as anchor fixings.
- the maximum effective length of the anchor rod and thus the strength (thickness) of the wall to be concreted is therefore regularly determined by the length of the central anchor rod area.
- the pressure exerted by the liquid concrete on the formlining during concreting is diverted onto the tie rods.
- the anchor rods are put under tension.
- spacers can be inserted into the volume of the wall to be concreted, which can absorb the compressive forces generated during concreting, thereby ensuring that these compressive forces do not undesirably affect the wall thickness, i.e. reduce it.
- Sleeves can serve as spacers.
- locking devices of anchor systems can be attached to the wall formwork so that anchor rods can also absorb compressive forces.
- each anchor rod is released by at least one locking device and pulled out of the concrete wall. If necessary, the upper side of a closing formwork is hooked onto a hook of a crane, for example, so that it does not fall over as soon as all anchor rods have been pulled out. If a sleeve has been used, the sleeve remains at least partially in the concrete.
- the wall formwork is finally moved in a suitable manner in order to produce a next wall or a next wall section. If the wall formwork has been moved, the anchor systems are mounted or attached to the wall formwork again.
- an anchor system with two locking devices and an anchor rod for a wall formwork with a first and a second formwork element is known.
- the anchor rod has a thread at each of its two ends which are screwed into screw nut elements of the locking devices.
- Each locking device comprises a spherical plate which is fastened to a rear side of a wall formwork by means of fastening means.
- the anchor system can therefore absorb both tensile and compressive forces from a wall formwork.
- the present invention relates to the case that the anchor system comprises a sleeve which remains at least partially in the hardened concrete after the anchor rod has been pulled out.
- the installation of wall formwork should be possible in a simple and reliable manner.
- a system is to be provided which enables the method to be carried out.
- Claim 1 relates to a method for assembling two wall formwork. This includes the following steps: A first locking device has been attached to the rear of one of the wall formwork before this wall formwork is erected. This can be done with the help of screws or clamping means. Fastened means that the locking device is firmly and thus securely connected to the wall formwork. The locking device can, however, in principle be released again from the wall formwork with the aid of a tool.
- the fastening or fixed connection therefore basically comprises fastening means such as screws or clamping means that enable fastening and loosening. This makes it possible to first select a suitable fastening location on the back of the wall formwork before erecting a wall formwork.
- Supporting elements are sufficiently stable and basically consist of metal, so that they are particularly suitable.
- Supporting elements of a wall formwork are permanently connected to the formwork skin during assembly and disassembly.
- a formwork skin can be connected to the supporting elements by means of screws, for example. Detaching the formlining from the supporting elements is only intended for repair purposes. A detachment of the formlining from the supporting elements is neither intended nor necessary in the context of an assembly and disassembly of wall formwork for the production of walls.
- the first locking device has a pipe section which, in the fastened state mentioned, extends into a first wall formwork.
- the first locking device can be made up of one or more parts.
- the pipe section can protrude vertically from a disc with a hole. The pipe section then opens into the hole in the disc. The disc can be detached from the rest of the locking device, that is to say a separate part
- the disk can also be connected captively to the rest of the locking device.
- the pipe section extends in particular at least as far as the outside of the formwork facing and then closes up with the formwork facing flush with the outside of the wall formwork or protrudes slightly from the formwork facing.
- the outer diameter of the pipe section is at least slightly smaller in the case of the formwork skin than the inner diameter of the anchor rod bore in the case of the formwork skin.
- a small gap therefore remains between the pipe section and the anchor rod bore in the formwork, which is in particular smaller than 5 mm or 3 mm, preferably smaller than 2 mm, particularly preferably smaller than 1 mm, when the first locking device is attached to the wall formwork.
- the two wall formworks are set up opposite one another, as already described at the beginning.
- An anchor rod is partially encased by a slidably arranged sleeve.
- the surface of the sleeve is preferably smooth or at least approximately smooth. Since the anchor rod can only be partially enveloped by the sleeve, the sleeve is shorter than the anchor rod. Otherwise it would be possible for the sleeve to completely envelop the anchor rod.
- the anchor rod is pushed through anchor rod bores in the two wall formwork in such a way that finally one end of the sleeve rests against the end of the pipe section which extends into the first wall formwork. A connection with a sealing effect is thus created between said end of the sleeve and said end of the pipe section of the first locking device.
- the end of the anchor rod pushed through is firmly connected to the first locking device with the aid of fastening means, that is to say is fastened to the first locking device, for example by means of a form fit.
- the end of the anchor rod pushed through can have a thread as a fastening means, which thread is screwed into an internal thread of the locking device serving as a fastening means.
- a bayonet connection or something similar can also be provided, for example, which enables the end of the anchor rod pushed through to be fastened to the first locking device.
- the end of the anchor rod that is not pushed through is firmly connected to a second locking device by fastening means, so that a pipe section of the second locking device extends into the wall formwork and adjoins the sleeve in a sealing manner.
- the pipe section of the second locking device is also preferably dimensioned in the same way as the pipe section of the first locking device. In the assembled state, it is therefore preferably flush with the outside of the second formwork or extends beyond this outside. Then again preferably only a small gap remains between the formwork facing and the pipe section in order to avoid, in an improved manner, that during the production of a wall concrete flows into the second wall formwork.
- the fastening means can be such that the second locking device can be firmly connected to the end of the anchor rod that is not pushed through by a form fit.
- the end of the anchor rod that is not pushed through can have a thread which can be screwed to an internal thread of the second locking device in order to firmly connect the end of the anchor rod that is not pushed through to the second locking device.
- Other fastening means such as bayonet connections are also possible. If the first and second locking devices have been firmly connected to the anchor rod ends, the two wall formwork can no longer be detached from one another.
- the outer diameter of the sleeve corresponds to the outer diameter of the pipe sections of the locking devices so that one end of a sleeve can adjoin one end of a pipe section in a sealing manner.
- the adjoining prevents concrete from flowing unplanned to the tie rod during the construction of a wall.
- the inner diameter of the sleeve and the pipe sections are selected so that the anchor rod can be pushed through the sleeve and the pipe sections. There then remains a small amount of play, i.e. only a very small gap, between the sleeve and the anchor rod and between the pipe sections and the anchor rod.
- This gap is preferably a maximum of 5 mm, more preferably a maximum of 4, 3 or 2 mm.
- an anchor rod By providing a sleeve, an anchor rod can be pulled out particularly easily after the concrete has hardened.
- the method makes it possible to assemble from only one side of a wall formwork. Since the sleeve, together with the anchor rod, can be inserted through an anchor rod bore during assembly and consequently pushed through it, it is quick and easy
- the sleeve consists of a tube made of plastic and two end pieces, each end piece being detachably connected to one end of the tube.
- each end piece is partially inserted into the pipe and thus connected to the pipe.
- the end pieces are then preferably held in a clamping manner by the pipe, so that there is a fixed but releasable connection between the end pieces and the pipe.
- the sleeve is preferably made entirely of plastic.
- the pipe made of plastic can advantageously be obtained on a construction site by cutting an endless pipe to length without having to cut exactly perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the pipe.
- An end face of the pipe does not have to run exactly perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the pipe in order to avoid sealing problems in the assembled state.
- the end pieces ensure that a suitable, tight connection between the sleeve and the aforementioned tubular pieces of the locking devices is possible, even if the length was not ideally cut.
- the provision of end pieces also makes it possible to compensate for a pipe length that is too short. If the pipe is too short, the end pieces are not inserted into the pipe as much as possible in order to compensate for the deficiency. After being inserted, a region of the end piece protrudes from the end of the cut-to-length tube in order to form an end of the sleeve which can lie tightly against a tube piece of a locking device.
- An anchor system which comprises an anchor rod, a sleeve and two locking devices, is used to carry out the method.
- Each locking device can be fixedly connected to one end of the anchor rod with the aid of fastening means which, for example, can comprise threads for fastening.
- the anchor rod can be pushed through the sleeve.
- the outer diameter of the anchor rod is therefore smaller than the inner diameter of the sleeve.
- the outer diameter of the anchor rod is preferably only slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the sleeve.
- the sleeve is shorter than the anchor rod, so that the anchor rod is only partially supported by the Sleeve can be wrapped.
- Each locking device has pieces of pipe which, in the assembled state, adjoin the sleeve.
- the pipe sections are therefore available in such a way that they can be inserted into anchor holes in wall formwork during assembly. These therefore protrude from the other part of the locking device in order to make this possible.
- the outer diameter of the pipe pieces corresponds to the outer diameter of the sleeve for reasons already mentioned.
- the sleeve consists entirely or at least predominantly of plastic. Such a sleeve can be manufactured with little technical effort. In particular, it is possible to obtain a suitably long sleeve on a construction site by cutting an endless pipe to length.
- the sleeve comprises two end pieces which are releasably connected to ends of a tube.
- ends of a tube In the case of an endless pipe, it is then not necessary to pay attention to exactly perpendicular cuts relative to the longitudinal axis of the pipe in order to be able to manufacture a suitable sleeve therefrom, the ends of which can fit suitably close to pipe sections of locking devices.
- An end piece widens towards one end, preferably in a stepped manner.
- the step shape can ensure that an end piece can be inserted into a tube of the sleeve, the step-like widening protruding from the end of the tube.
- An end piece is thereby divided into two sections, which are separated from one another by a step.
- One section is provided for insertion into a pipe and can therefore be referred to as an insertion section.
- the other section is widened compared to the insertion section and can therefore be called a widened section.
- Such a subdivision into the plug-in section and the widened section ensures that the corresponding end of the sleeve is formed by the end piece, specifically by the widened area or widened section of the end piece.
- the widened end of the sleeve that is to say the widened section, then has a larger outer diameter than the inner diameter of the corresponding tube.
- the outside diameter of the widened area or the widened section of the end piece corresponds to the outside diameter of the pipe.
- a region of the step is preferably V-shaped or wave-shaped.
- an end piece can then be easily detached from the hardened concrete by rotating the end piece around its longitudinal axis, since the V-shape or the step shape then act like a thread. Due to the V-shape or the wave shape, however, in contrast to a thread, a certain direction of rotation is not important in order to be able to unscrew an end piece from hardened concrete.
- a section of an end piece can in principle be inserted into the tube of the sleeve.
- a maximum outside diameter of this insertion section can be slightly larger than the inside diameter of the pipe in order to be able to achieve a clamping effect between the end piece and the pipe.
- the end piece of the sleeve can then be releasably connected to the pipe by a clamping effect.
- the end piece can also be clamped to the sleeve in another way, for example alternatively or additionally with the aid of one or more sealing lips.
- the end piece should always be able to be detached from the pipe in order to be able to remove it from a finished wall during dismantling. Only the pipe then remains set back in the finished wall with respect to the outer sides of the wall.
- the aforementioned plug-in section of an end piece tapers towards its free end, preferably conically or funnel-shaped, in order to be able to plug the plug-in section into the pipe without any problems.
- the widened section also tapers advantageously conically or funnel-shaped in the direction of the free end of the insertion section in order to make it easier to remove an end piece from a finished wall.
- the end piece preferably comprises at least one flexible sealing lip which protrudes outward.
- the plug-in section has such a flexible sealing lip, which preferably runs in a ring or circular shape around the longitudinal axis of the plug-in section. It is particularly preferred that there are two or three such sealing lips in order to achieve a suitable clamping effect between the end piece and the pipe and also to reliably protect against penetrating concrete.
- One or more sealing lips of this type thus improve the avoidance of concrete being able to disadvantageously reach the anchor rod during the production of a wall.
- An end piece of a sleeve is preferably formed from a hard plastic and a soft plastic.
- the soft plastic is more flexible, i.e. more compressible, than the hard plastic.
- the soft plastic is particularly elastic.
- the area formed from the soft plastic runs in a ring shape and forms one end of the end piece.
- the soft plastic belongs in particular to the widened section of the end piece. The soft plastic ensures that a tight connection can be achieved between the sleeve and a pipe section of a locking device. It is thus further improved that during the production of a wall, concrete cannot reach the tie rod unplanned and / or flow into a wall formwork.
- an end piece of the sleeve preferably has an outwardly protruding, annularly extending, preferably flexible lip. This consists in particular of the soft, flexible plastic material. This further improves the avoidance of concrete being able to flow into a wall formwork in an unplanned manner during the production of a wall.
- a free end of an end piece preferably has a non-circular inner contour. It is thus possible to insert a tool into an end piece in such a way that, by turning the tool, the end piece can be rotated in order to be able to remove it after the concrete has hardened.
- the non-circular inner contour preferably comprises two opposing bulges into which one end of a usually large folding rule, also called a folding rule or folding rule, can be inserted.
- the folding rule can then serve as a tool in order to be able to unscrew end pieces from a finished wall by turning the folding rule.
- the inserted folding rule then goes right into both bulges at the same time. This configuration simplifies, further improves handling.
- a locking device advantageously comprises one or more fastening means with which the locking device can be fastened to a wall formwork. Fastening means and locking device then form a unit that can be handled together. Are the one or more fasteners from a If the wall formwork is released, the locking device can then be removed from the wall formwork together with the one or more fastening means. The one or more fastening means are then securely connected to the locking device. This simplifies the handling in a further improved manner.
- the one or more fastening means can comprise a screw and / or a tab protruding at right angles, for example.
- the sleeve for the anchor system comprises one made of plastic
- each inserted end piece partially protrudes from the pipe or can protrude from the pipe.
- the end pieces are preferably also made of plastic. However, since these can and should be used again, the end pieces can also consist entirely or partially of a different material, such as metal, from an economic point of view.
- the maximum outside diameter of each end piece is the same size as the maximum outside diameter of the pipe or at least essentially the same size as the maximum outside diameter of the pipe.
- the two end pieces are preferably releasably connected to the pipe by a clamping effect or can be connected to the pipe in a clamping manner. Each end piece advantageously widens in a stepped manner towards one end.
- the step preferably runs at least in sections in an undulating or V-shaped manner around the longitudinal axis of the sleeve.
- the inner contour of the protruding part of the end piece is advantageously not circular and has bulges, for example, in such a way that a conventional folding rule can be inserted into both bulges at the same time.
- the maximum outside diameter of the sleeve is advantageously 1 to 10 cm, preferably 3 to 8 cm.
- the Figures 1 and 2 show an end piece 1 for a sleeve.
- the end piece is made entirely of plastic.
- the end piece comprises a section 2 which is inserted into a tube of the sleeve, which is called the plug-in section 2.
- This insertion section 2 tapers conically towards its free end 3.
- the end piece 1 widens in steps towards its other end. There is therefore a widened area or a widened section 4.
- the widened section 4 also tapers conically towards the end 3.
- the step 5 runs in an undulating manner around the longitudinal axis 6 of the end piece 1.
- the widened section 4 forms a part protruding from a tube of the sleeve.
- the inner contour of the protruding part or the widened section 4 has two opposite bulges 7 at its open end so that a conventional folding rule can reach into both bulges 7 at the same time with one end, i.e. one end face.
- the inner contour is not circular due to the bulges 7.
- annular area 8 which consists of a soft plastic compared to the plastic from which the end piece 1 is also made and which is therefore called hard plastic.
- the annular region 8 made of a soft plastic comprises a radially protruding, circumferential lip 9 which is elastically flexible.
- the insertion section 2 comprises two circumferential, elastically flexible sealing lips 10 which protrude radially.
- the Figure 3 shows a side view of a sleeve 11 with a tube 12 made of plastic, in which end pieces 1, which are in the Figures 1 and 2 shown have been inserted.
- the widened sections 4 form the two ends of the sleeve 11 and have not been inserted into the tube 12, which is also not possible due to the widened sections 4.
- the outside diameter of the widened sections 4 corresponds to the outside diameter of the pipe 12. Due to the sealing lips 10, the two end pieces 4 are held by the pipe 12 in a clamping manner.
- the Figure 4 shows a detail in a sectional view of two mounted wall formworks 12 and 13, each of which has a formwork skin 14 and supports attached to it Elements 15 include.
- a first locking device 16 shown in section, has been fastened with the aid of one or more screws 17 before this first wall formwork 13 was erected.
- the screw 17 leads through a bracket 18 protruding at right angles, so that the screw 17 could be screwed tightly to the side of the supporting element 15.
- the first locking device 16 has a pipe section 19 which, when fastened, extends into a first wall formwork 13, namely as far as the outside 20 of the formwork facing 14.
- the free end of the pipe section 19 is flush with the outside 20 of the formwork facing 14.
- An anchor rod 21 has external threads 22 at both of its ends. The anchor rod 21 has been pushed through the sleeve 11 and is in the assembled state as in FIG Figure 4 shown partially encased by the sleeve 11.
- the anchor rod 21 was then pushed together with the sleeve 11 through the anchor rod bore 23 of the wall formwork 12 shown on the left until the end of the end piece 1 of the sleeve 11 shown on the right was tight against the end of the pipe section 19 shown on the right.
- the end of the anchor rod 21 shown on the right which was finally pushed through the anchor hole 23 of the wall formwork 13 shown on the right, was then firmly connected to the first locking device 16 by inserting the thread 22 of the end of the anchor rod 21 shown on the right into an internal thread of the first Locking device 16 was screwed into it.
- the end of the anchor rod 21 shown on the left was also connected to the second locking device 24 by a screw connection.
- the second locking device 24 can also comprise additional fastening means such as a screw and / or tab protruding at right angles, with which the second locking device 24 can be fastened to the supporting element 15 of the second wall formwork 12.
- the anchor system can comprise a grid dimension and a stop in a locking device for the anchor rod in order to be able to set a desired distance between two wall formwork on the basis of the grid dimension in cooperation with the stop.
