- mit einer Halteeinrichtung, welche eine Aufnahme zur verschwenkbaren Anordnung des Schuhs um eine in Querrichtung des Bindungsgrundkörpers verlaufende Schwenkachse und ein Halteelement zur Halterung des Schuhs an der Aufnahme auf¬ weist, wobei das Halteelement zwischen einer den Schuh an der Aufnahme haltenden Schließstellung und einer den Schuh freigebenden Offenstellung verschieblich an dem Bindungsgrundkörper gelagert ist,
- mit einem Betätigungselement, das einen Drehgriff zur Überführung des Halteelements von der Schließ- in die Offen¬ stellung aufweist, dessen Drehachse im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Aufstandsfläche des Bindungsgrundkörpers ver¬ läuft .
Eine solche Langlaufbindung ist aus der DE 94 22 308 Ul bekannt. Diese Langlaufbindung weist einen Haltehaken auf, der mit einer Gelenkachse am vorderen Ende der Sohle eines Langlaufschuhs ver¬ bindbar ist. Zum Lösen der Verbindung mit dem Langlaufschuh ist an der Langlaufbindung eine Drehscheibe vorgesehen. Durch Verdrehen der Drehscheibe wird der Haltehaken von einer Schließ- in eine Freigabestellung verschoben. Zu diesem Zweck ist der Haltehaken exzentrisch an die Drehscheibe angeschlossen. Die Drehbewegung der Drehscheibe wird zunächst auf eine Verbindungsstange übertragen, welche über eine Gelenkverbindung mit einem U- förmigen Bügel verbunden ist, der mit der Gelenkachse des Langlaufschuhs verhakt wird.
Somit ist beim Stand der Technik ein vergleichsweise komplizier¬ ter Kraftübertragungsmechanismus vorgesehen, um die Verbindung zwischen der Gelenkachse des Langlaufschuhs und der Langlaufbin¬ dung herzustellen und zu lösen. Nachteilig ist insbesondere das hohe Gewicht des bekannten Kraftübertragungsmechanismus. Zudem kann die kombinierte Schwenk- und Schubbewegung der Verbindungs¬ stange zwischen der Drehscheibe und dem U-förmigen Haltebügel die Funktion beeinträchtigen. Die Umstellung der Langlaufbindung zwischen Schließ- und Freigabestellung kann beim Stand der Technik insbesondere dann erschwert oder gar verhindert werden, wenn Vereisungen die für die kombinierte Schwenk- und Schubbewegung der Verbindungsstange benötigte seitliche Beweglichkeit beein¬ trächtigen .
Aus der WO 2012/036562 AI ist eine Langlauf-Bindung bekannt, welche einen Bindungsgrundkörper mit einer Aufstandsfläche für eine Sohle des Langlaufschuhs sowie eine Halteeinrichtung zur schwenkbaren Anordnung des Langlaufschuhs um eine in Querrichtung des Bindungskörpers verlaufende Schwenkachse aufweist.
Als Betätigungselement ist ein Druckknopf vorgesehen, um das Halteelement von einer Schließ- in eine Offenstellung zu überführen. Der Druckkopf wird hierbei um eine im Wesentlichen in Richtung der Aufstandsfläche verlaufende Achse verschwenkt.
Zur Kraftübertragung zwischen dem Druckknopf und dem Halteelement weist der Druckknopf einen Vorsprung auf, der in einer Öff¬ nung des Halteelements aufgenommen ist, so dass das Halteelement beim Niederdrücken des Druckknopfs hinter den Drehachsen nach vorne verschoben wird.
Aus der EP 2 786 789 AI ist eine andersartige Alpinbindung bekannt, bei welcher ein Exzenter vorgesehen ist, um die Aufstandsplatte einer Alpinbindung zu Verschwenken und somit die Höhe der Aufstandsfläche zu verändern.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, die Nachteile des Stan¬ des der Technik zu lindern bzw. zu vermeiden. Die Erfindung setzt sich daher insbesondere zum Ziel, die bekannten Ausführungen von Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindungen dahingehend zu verbes¬ sern, dass eine zuverlässigere und wirksamere Kraftübertragung von dem drehbaren Betätigungselement auf die Halteeinrichtung für den Schuh erzielt wird.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung mit den Merkmalen von Anspruch 1 und durch ein Langlauf- oder Tourenski-Set mit den Merkmalen von Anspruch 15 gelöst. Bevor- zugte Aus führungs formen sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen angegeben .
Erfindungsgemäß weist das Betätigungselement ein im Wesentlichen scheibenförmiges, exzentrisch gelagertes Kraftübertragungsele¬ ment auf, das zur Umsetzung der Drehbewegung des Drehgriffs in die Verschiebung des Halteelements in einer Ausnehmung des Halteelements aufgenommen ist, so dass mittels einer Drehbewegung des Drehgriffs das Halteelement von der Schließ- in die Offen¬ stellung und umgekehrt überführbar ist.
Demnach ist bei der Erfindung ein verschieblich, d.h. translatorisch bewegliches, Halteelement vorgesehen, welches in der
Schließstellung eine Gelenkachse am Langlauf- oder Tourenskischuh so umgreifen kann, dass der Schuh verschwenkbar an der Bindung gehalten ist. Zur Freigabe der Verbindung zwischen Schuh und Bindung ist das Betätigungselement vorgesehen, welches vom Läufer zwischen der Schließ- und der Offenstellung umgestellt werden kann. Das Betätigungselement weist einen Drehgriff auf, dessen Drehachse vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Auf¬ standsfläche des Bindungsgrundkörpers verläuft. Zur Umsetzung der Drehbewegung des Drehgriffs in die Verschiebung des Halteelements weist das Betätigungselement zudem ein im Wesentli¬ chen scheibenförmiges Kraftübertragungselement auf, welches drehfest mit dem Drehgriff verbunden ist. Somit kann das im Wesentlichen scheibenförmige Kraftübertragungselement die Drehbe¬ wegung des Drehgriffs mitmachen. Zur Kraftübertragung auf das Halteelement ist das Kraftübertragungselement bezüglich der Drehachse des Drehgriffs exzentrisch gelagert. Im Folgenden wird das Kraftübertragungselement daher auch kurz als Exzenterscheibe bezeichnet. Die Exzenterscheibe ist in einer Ausnehmung des Hal¬ teelements derart aufgenommen, dass das Halteelement bei einer Verdrehung des Betätigungselements translatorisch, vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen in Längsrichtung des Bindungsgrundkörpers, verschoben wird. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Ausnehmung als Kulisse ausgebildet, wobei die Ausnehmung in Draufsicht vorzugsweise länglich, insbesondere im Wesentlichen oval, ist. Durch Verdre¬ hung des Drehgriffs in die eine Richtung kann der Eingriff zwischen dem Halteelement und der Gelenkachse des Schuhs herge¬ stellt werden. Umgekehrt kann der Eingriff zwischen dem Hai- teelement und der Gelenkachse des Schuhs durch Verdrehung des Drehgriffs in die andere Richtung gelöst werden. Die erfindungs¬ gemäße Ausgestaltung bringt insbesondere den Vorteil mit sich, dass das Halteelement ausschließlich linear verschieblich ist, wodurch die Führung des Halteelements am Bindungsgrundkörper erleichtert werden kann. Die kompliziertere Kinematik des Standes der Technik gemäß DE 94 22 308 Ul kann ebenso vermieden werden wie die Notwendigkeit einer gelenkigen Anbindung der Verbindungsstange an das hintere Ende des Hakenelements. Weiters zeichnet sich das erfindungsgemäße Kraftübertragungselement durch hohe Zuverlässigkeit über lange Einsatzzeiten aus. Weiters kann das Gewicht reduziert werden.
Hinsichtlich einer stabilen, einfachen und teilesparenden Ausführung ist es günstig, wenn die Ausnehmung in einem Kraftübertragungsabschnitt des Halteelements ausgebildet ist, der über einen Verbindungsabschnitt vorzugsweise einstückig mit einem ha¬ kenartige Fortsätze aufweisenden Halteabschnitt des Halteele¬ ments verbunden ist. Demnach sind Kraftübertragungs- , Verbin- dungs- und Halteabschnitt des Halteelements bevorzugt einteilig gebildet .
Um die hakenartigen Fortsätze bei der Bewegung zwischen der Schließ- und der Offenstellung zu führen und zumindest teilweise zu verdecken, ist es von Vorteil, wenn die hakenartigen Fortsätze in schlitzförmigen Aussparungen im Bindungsgrundkörper verschieblich aufgenommen sind.
Um in der Schließstellung eine starre, d.h. in Längsrichtung im Wesentlichen unbewegliche, Verbindung zwischen dem Halteelement und dem Kraftübertragungselement zu schaffen, ist es günstig, wenn die das Kraftübertragungselement aufnehmende Ausnehmung um¬ seitig geschlossen ist. Damit kann eine direkte Kraftübertragung zwischen Halte- und Kraftübertragungselement ermöglicht werden. Bei dieser Ausführung kann die Gelenkachse des Schuhs nur nach Verdrehung des Drehgriffs in die Offenstellung an der Aufnahme der Halteeinrichtung angeordnet werden.
Zur mittelbaren Kraftübertragung zwischen Kraftübertragungs- und Halteelement ist bei einer weiteren bevorzugten Aus führungs form vorgesehen, dass die das Kraftübertragungselement aufnehmende Ausnehmung an einer zur Aufnahme gerichtete Seite einen offenen Abschnitt aufweist. Am offenen Abschnitt der Ausnehmung kann ein Zwischenelement vorgesehen sein, welches die Bewegung des Kraft¬ übertragungselements aufnimmt und an das Halteelement übergibt.
Bei dieser Ausführung ist es günstig, wenn das Halteelement in der Schließstellung gegen die Kraft einer Feder verschieblich gelagert ist. Dadurch kann der Schuh in der Schließstellung mit der Bindung verbunden werden. Das Halteelement kann bei dieser Ausführung durch Ansetzen der Gelenkachse des Schuhs kurzzeitig in die Offen- bzw. Freigabestellung gedrückt werden, so dass die Gelenkachse in der Aufnahme der Halteeinrichtung angeordnet wer¬ den kann, bevor das Halteelement unter der Wirkung der Feder in die Schließstellung zurückschnellt.
Um die federgelagerte Anordnung des Halteelements in der
Schließstellung zu ermöglichen, ist es günstig, wenn die Feder zwischen dem Halteelement und einem Federwiderlager angeordnet ist, wobei ein vorderer Endabschnitt des Federwiderlagers am of¬ fenen Abschnitt der Ausnehmung angeordnet ist und in der
Schließstellung mit einem Wirkabschnitt des im Wesentlichen scheibenförmigen Kraftübertragungselements in Verbindung steht.
Gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Aus führungs form weist der Drehgriff des Betätigungselements zumindest ein Rastelement auf, das in der Schließstellung mit einem am Bindungsgrundkörper ausgebildeten Rastelement in einer Raststellung in Eingriff steht.
Diese Ausführung kann grundsätzlich auch mit einem anderen als dem vorstehend beschriebenen Kraftübertragungselement verwendet werden .
Demnach bezieht sich die vorliegende Offenbarung auch auf eine Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung zur gelenkigen Verbindung eines Schuhs mit einem Ski,
- mit einem Bindungsgrundkörper, welcher eine Aufstandsfläche für eine Sohle des Schuhs und eine Skiauflagefläche zur zu¬ mindest mittelbaren Auflage auf dem Ski aufweist, - mit einer Halteeinrichtung, welche eine Aufnahme zur verschwenkbaren Anordnung des Schuhs um eine in Querrichtung des Bindungsgrundkörpers verlaufende Schwenkachse und ein Halteelement zur Halterung des Schuhs an der Aufnahme auf¬ weist, wobei das Halteelement zwischen einer den Schuh an der Aufnahme haltenden Schließstellung und einer den Schuh freigebenden Offenstellung verschieblich an dem Bindungsgrundkörper gelagert ist,
- mit einem Betätigungselement, das einen Drehgriff zur Überführung des Halteelements von der Schließ- in die Offen¬ stellung aufweist, wobei
- das Betätigungselement zumindest ein Rastelement aufweist, das in der Schließstellung mit einem am Bindungsgrundkörper ausgebildeten Rastelement in einer Raststellung in Eingriff steht .
Zur sicheren Verrastung des Betätigungselements in der Schlie߬ stellung weist der Drehgriff des Betätigungselements bevorzugt zumindest zwei distanziert voneinander angeordnete Rastelemente auf, wobei vorzugsweise das eine Rastelement in einem in der Schließstellung von der Aufnahme abgewandten vorderen Endabschnitt des Drehgriffs und das andere Rastelement an einem der Aufnahme zugewandten hinteren Endabschnitt des Drehgriffs vorge¬ sehen ist, und am Bindungsgrundkörper dazu korrespondierende Rastelemente ausgebildet sind. Demnach sind bei dieser Ausfüh¬ rung zumindest zwei Rastverbindungen vorgesehen, welche einer Verdrehung des Drehgriffs von der Schließ- in Richtung der Offenstellung entgegenwirken. Dadurch können Fehlfunktionen, insbesondere eine unabsichtliche Freigabe der Verbindung zwischen Schuh und Bindung, reduziert werden. Die Rastelemente sind an unterschiedlichen Längspositionen des Drehgriffs, vorzugsweise an dessen gegenüberliegenden Endabschnitten, angeordnet, wodurch eine besonders sichere Verbindung geschaffen wird.
Die Verrastung des Drehgriffs in der Schließstellung ist besonders stabil, wenn sich eine erste Verbindungsebene zwischen ers¬ ten korrespondierenden Rastelementen im Wesentlichen entlang der Aufstandsfläche erstreckt und/oder sich eine zweite Verbindungs¬ ebene zwischen zweiten korrespondierenden Rastelementen im We- sentlichen senkrecht zur Aufstandsfläche erstreckt. Demnach ist die eine Rastverbindung in der im Wesentlichen horizontalen ersten Verbindungebene, die andere Rastverbindung in der im Wesent¬ lichen vertikalen zweiten Verbindungsebene wirksam. Dadurch kann der Drehgriff zuverlässig in der Schließstellung gehalten werden, beispielsweise dann, wenn der Drehgriff in Gebrauch unterschiedlichen Schlag- oder Stoßbeanspruchungen ausgesetzt ist.
Für die Zwecke dieser Offenbarung beziehen sich die Orts- und Richtungsangaben, wie „horizontal", „vertikal", „oben", „unten", „vorne", „hinten" etc., auf den bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauchszustand der Bindung am Ski in dessen waagrechter Normallage, wobei „vorne" näher an der Skispitze und „hinten" näher an dem Skiende bedeutet .
Um einerseits eine zuverlässige Verrastung zu ermöglichen und andererseits eine komfortable Bedienung durch den Läufer zu er¬ möglichen, sind als korrespondierende Rastelemente bevorzugt je¬ weils eine Rastnut und eine federnd gelagerte Rastnase vorgese¬ hen, wobei vorzugsweise die Rastnut am Betätigungselement und die Rastnase am Bindungsgrundkörper vorgesehen sind.
Zur Erzielung einer einfachen, aber wirksamen Rastverbindung ist die Rastnase bevorzugt an einem im Wesentlichen wellenförmigen Rastelement ausgebildet, das an seinen Längsseiten eine Frei¬ stellung gegenüber dem übrigen Bindungsgrundkörper oder übrigen Betätigungselement aufweist.
Zur Halterung der Gelenkachse des Schuhs ist bevorzugt ein La¬ gerelement vorgesehen, das Lagerböcke mit jeweils einer Vertie¬ fung zur verschwenkbaren Anordnung des Schuhs aufweist, wobei die Vertiefungen der Lagerböcke in der Schließstellung benachbart der Aufnahme der Halteeinrichtung angeordnet sind.
Aus fertigungstechnischen Gründen sind der Bindungsgrundkörper und die Lagerböcke bevorzugt einteilig ausgebildet, wobei die Vertiefungen der Lagerböcke durch Materialaussparungen des Bindungsgrundkörpers gebildet sind.
Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand von bevorzugten Ausfüh- rungsbeispielen, auf die sie jedoch nicht beschränkt sein soll, weiter erläutert.
Fig. 1 zeigt schematisch eine auseinandergezogene Ansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Langlaufbindung, bei welcher die Drehbewegung eines Drehgriffs über eine Exzenterscheibe auf hakenförmige Fortsätze an einem Halteelement übertragen wird, das in einer Schließstellung eine Gelenkachse eines (in Fig. 6, 7 ersichtli¬ chen) Langlaufschuhs an der Langlaufbindung hält.
Fig. 2 zeigt schematisch eine Draufsicht auf die Langlaufbindung gemäß Fig. 1 (ohne deren Bindungsgrundkörper) in der Schließstellung .
Fig. 3 zeigt schematisch eine Seitenansicht der Langlaufbindung gemäß Fig . 2.
Fig. 4 zeigt schematisch eine Draufsicht auf die Langlaufbindung gemäß Fig. 2, 3 im verdrehten Zustand des Drehgriffs für die Freigabe der Gelenkachse des Langlaufschuhs durch Verschiebung des Halteelements.
Fig. 5 zeigt schematisch eine Seitenansicht der Langlaufbindung gemäß Fig. 4 in der Offenstellung.
Fig. 6 zeigt schematisch einen Langlaufschuh in einer verschwenkbar an der Langlaufbindung gemäß Fig. 1 bis 5 fixierten Stellung, wobei die Gelenkachse durch die hakenförmigen Fortsät¬ ze gehalten ist.
Fig. 7 zeigt schematisch den Langlaufschuh gemäß Fig. 6, wobei die Gelenkachse durch Verdrehung des Drehgriffs von den haken¬ förmigen Fortsätzen befreit wurde.
Fig. 8 zeigt schematisch Teile einer erfindungsgemäßen Langlaufbindung, bei welcher der Drehgriff im unverdrehten Zustand entsprechend der Schließstellung des Halteelements durch je eine Rastverbindung am vorderen Ende und am hinteren Ende des Drehgriffs am Bindungsgrundkörper fixiert ist. Fig. 9 zeigt die Teile der Langlaufbindung gemäß Fig. 8 in der verdrehten Stellung des Drehgriffs, wobei der Rasteingriff zwischen dem Drehgriff und dem Bindungsgrundkörper gelöst wurde.
Fig. 10 zeigt schematisch eine auseinandergezogene Ansicht einer weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Langlaufbindung, bei welcher das Halteelement in der Schließstellung gegen die Wirkung einer Feder verschieblich am Bindungsgrundkörper angeordnet ist.
Fig. 11 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf die Langlaufbindung gemäß Fig.
10 (ohne dessen Bindungsgrundkörper) in der unverdrehten Stellung des Drehgriffs.

Fig. 18 zeigt den Langlaufschuh kurz vor dem federbelasteten Zurückschnellen der hakenförmigen Fortsätze in die Eingriffsstellung mit der Gelenkachse des Langlaufschuhs .
In den Fig. 1 bis 7 ist eine Langlaufbindung 1 zur gelenkigen Anbindung eines Langlaufschuhs 2 (vgl. Fig. 6, 7) an einen Lang- laufski 3 gezeigt. Solche Langlauf-Sets sind im Stand der Tech¬ nik seit langem bekannt, so dass im Folgenden lediglich die für die Erfindung wesentlichen Merkmale beschrieben werden sollen. In der Zeichnung ist eine Langlaufbindung 1 gezeigt; jedoch könnte eine entsprechende Ausführung auch bei einer Tourenbindung vorgesehen sein, welche zwischen einer Aufstiegsstellung für eine verschwenkbare Anordnung eines Tourenskischuhs an der Tourenbindung und einer Abfahrtsstellung zur Fixierung des Fersenbereichs des Tourenskischuhs an der Tourenbindung umgestellt werden kann.
Die Bindung 1 weist einen aus einem im Wesentlichen unnachgiebigen (Hartplastik- ) Material gebildeten Bindungsgrundkörper 4 auf, welcher in einem zentralen Bereich Führungsstege 4a aufweist. An der Oberseite weist der Bindungsgrundkörper 4 eine Aufstandsflä¬ che 5a zum Aufsetzen einer Sohle 6 des (Langlauf- ) Schuhs 2 (vgl. Fig. 6, 7) auf. An der Unterseite weist der Bindungsgrundkörper 4 eine im Wesentlichen ebene Skiauflagefläche 5b auf, welche in der gezeigten Ausführung direkt auf dem (Langlauf- ) Ski 3 montiert ist. Zwischen dem Bindungsgrundkörper 4 und dem Ski 3 können jedoch weitere, insbesondere plattenförmige Montageelemente vorgesehen sein (nicht gezeigt) . In diesem Fall ist die Skiauf¬ lagefläche 5b mittelbar mit dem Ski 3 verbunden.
Zudem weist die Bindung 1 eine Halteeinrichtung 7 zur lösbaren Verbindung mit dem Schuh 2 auf. Die Halteeinrichtung 7 weist eine Aufnahme 8 zur verschwenkbaren Anordnung eines Gelenkstifts 2a des Schuhs 2 um eine Schwenkachse 8a (vgl. Fig. 2) auf, wel¬ che in Querrichtung des Bindungsgrundkörpers 4 (d.h. im montierten Zustand in Querrichtung des Langlaufskis 3) verläuft. Die Halteeinrichtung 7 weist zudem ein Halteelement 9 zur verschwenkbaren Halterung des Schuhs 2 an der Aufnahme 8 auf. Hierfür weist das Halteelement 9 einen Halteabschnitt 10 mit haken¬ artigen Fortsätzen 11 auf. Das Halteelement 9 ist in Längsrichtung 12 des Bindungsgrundkörpers 4 (und damit in Längsrichtung des Skis 3) zwischen einer die Gelenkachse 2a des Schuhs 2 ver¬ schwenkbar an der Aufnahme 8 haltenden Schließstellung (vgl. Fig. 2, 3) und einer die Gelenkachse 2a des Schuhs 2 freigeben¬ den Offenstellung (vgl. Fig. 4, 5) verschieblich an dem Bindungsgrundkörper 4 gelagert. Zur Freigabe der Gelenkachse 2a des Schuhs2 aus der Aufnahme 8 weist die Bindung 1 ein Betätigungs¬ element 13 an der Oberseite des Bindungsgrundkörpers 4 auf. Das Betätigungselement 13 weist einen Drehgriff 14 auf, welcher um eine im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Skiauflagefläche 5B (d.h. im Wesentlichen in vertikaler Richtung) verlaufende Drehachse 15 (vgl. Fig. 3) drehbar an dem Bindungsgrundkörper 4 gelagert ist. Demnach kann der Drehgriff 14 aus der in Fig. 2, 3 gezeigten unverdrehten Stellung in einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene in beide Richtungen in die in Fig. 4, 5 gezeigte verdrehte Stel¬ lung verdreht werden (vgl. Doppelpfeil 14a in Fig. 2) . Die Drehbewegung des Drehgriffs 14 von der unverdrehten Stellung, in welcher der Drehgriff 14 vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen in Längsrichtung 12 des Bindungsgrundkörpers 4 orientiert ist, in die verdrehte Stellung, in welcher der Drehgriff 14 vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen in Querrichtung des Bindungsgrundkörpers 4 orientiert ist, wird in die Verschiebung des Halteelements 9 in
Längsrichtung 12 von der Schließ- in die Offenstellung umgewandelt.
Zur Kraftübertragung auf das Halteelement 9 weist das Betäti¬ gungselement 13 zudem ein im Wesentlichen scheibenförmiges, ex¬ zentrisch gelagertes Kraftübertragungselement 16, nachstehend kurz als Exzenterscheibe 16 bezeichnet, auf. Die Exzenterscheibe 16 ist mittels eines Kopplungsfortsatzes 17 formschlüssig an dem Drehgriff 14 angeordnet, so dass die Exzenterscheibe 16 drehfest mit dem Drehgriff 14 verbunden ist. Zur Umsetzung der Drehbewegung des Betätigungselements 13 in die Verschiebung des Hal¬ teelements 9 ist die Exzenterscheibe 16 in einer länglichen bzw. ovalen Ausnehmung 18 des Halteelements 9 aufgenommen. Durch Verdrehung des Drehgriffs wird ein bauchiger Wirkabschnitt 16a der Exzenterscheibe 16 derart gegen die korrespondierende Anschlag¬ fläche des Halteelements 9 gedrückt, dass das Halteelement 9 von der Schließ- in die Offenstellung und umgekehrt verschoben wird. In der Ausführung der Fig. 1 bis 9 ist die das Kraftübertra¬ gungselement 16 aufnehmende Ausnehmung 18 umfangseitig vollstän¬ dig geschlossen.
In der gezeigten Ausführung ist die Ausnehmung 18 an einem
Kraftübertragungsabschnitt 19 des Halteelements 9 vorgesehen, der über einen Verbindungsabschnitt 20 mit zwei Verbindungsstre- ben 21 mit dem Halteabschnitt 10 des Halteelements 9 verbunden ist, an dem die hochstehenden Hakenfortsätze 11 zum Umgreifen der Gelenkachse 2a des Schuhs 2 ausgebildet sind. Bevorzugt sind der Halteabschnitt 10, der Verbindungsabschnitt 20 und der
Kraftübertragungsabschnitt 19 des Halteelements 9 einteilig ge¬ bildet. Das Kraftübertragungselement 16 und der Drehgriff 14 sind über ein Verbindungselement 22, hier eine Schraube, mitei¬ nander verbunden.
Darüber hinaus weist die Bindung 1 einen Lagerteil 23 auf, wel¬ cher nach oben gerichtete Flanken 24 mit Einbuchtungen 25 zur Aufnahme der Gelenkachse 2a aufweist. Die Flanken 24 des Lager¬ teiles 23 sind in Durchbrüchen 26 des Bindungsgrundkörpers 4 aufgenommen (vgl. insbesondere Fig. 9) . Benachbart der Durchbrü¬ che 26 weist der Bindungsgrundkörper 4 schlitzförmige Aussparungen 27 auf, in welchen die (in Fig. 9 nicht ersichtlichen) hakenartigen Fortsätze 11 des Halteelements 9 verschieblich aufge¬ nommen sind. Zudem ist am Bindungsgrundkörper 4 ein Lagerelement 28 einteilig ausgebildet, das Lagerböcke 29a mit jeweils einer Vertiefung 29b zur verschwenkbaren Anordnung der Gelenkachse 2a des Schuhs 2 aufweist. Die Vertiefungen 29b der Lagerböcke 29a sind im montierten Zustand in Richtung der Gelenkachse 2a gese¬ hen fluchtend mit den Einbuchtungen 25 des Lagerteils 23 ange¬ ordnet. Der Bindungsgrundkörper 4 ist bevorzugt aus einem Hartplastikmaterial gebildet, wohingegen das Halteelement 9 und das Lagerteil 23 bevorzugt aus Metall gefertigt sind.
Gemäß der Aus führungs form der Fig. 8, 9 weist der Drehgriff 14 des Betätigungselements 13 ein Rastelement 30a auf, das in der Schließstellung mit einem am Bindungsgrundkörper 4 ausgebildeten Rastelement 31a verrastet ist. In der gezeigten Ausführung weist der Drehgriff 14 des Betätigungselements 13 zudem ein weiteres Rastelement 30b auf, welches in der Schließstellung mit einem weiteren Rastelement 31b am Bindungsgrundkörper 4 in Rasteingriff steht. Das Rastelement 30b ist an einem in der Schlie߬ stellung von der Aufnahme 8 abgewandten vorderen Endabschnitt des Drehgriffs 14 und das andere Rastelement 30a ist an einem der Aufnahme 8 zugewandten hinteren Endabschnitt des Drehgriffs 14 vorgesehen. Die (erste) Verbindungsebene El zwischen dem Ras¬ telement 30b am Drehgriff 14 und dem zugehörigen Rastelement 31b am Bindungsgrundkörper 4 erstreckt sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Aufstandsfläche 5a des Bindungsgrundkörpers 4. Demgegen¬ über erstreckt sich die (zweite) Verbindungsebene E2 zwischen dem Rastelement 30a am Drehgriff 14 und dem zugehörigen Rastelement 31a am Bindungsgrundkörper 4 im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Aufstandsfläche 5a des Bindungsgrundkörpers 4. Als korrespondie¬ rende Rastelemente 30a, 31a auf Seite der Aufnahme 8 sind je¬ weils eine Vertiefung bzw. Rastnut 32a und eine federnd gelager¬ te Rastnase 33a vorgesehen. In der gezeigten Ausführung ist die Rastnut 32a am Drehgriff 14 und die Rastnase 33a am Bindungs¬ grundkörper 4 vorgesehen. Entsprechend sind als korrespondierende Rastelemente 30b, 31b auf der von der Aufnahme 8 abgewandten Seite jeweils eine Vertiefung bzw. Rastnut 32b und eine federnd gelagerte Rastnase 33b vorgesehen. In der gezeigten Ausführung ist die Rastnut 32b am Drehgriff 14 und die Rastnase 33b am Bin¬ dungsgrundkörper 4 vorgesehen. In der gezeigten Ausführung sind die Rastelemente 31a, 31b zur Ausbildung der federnden Rastnasen 33a, 33b wellenförmig ausgebildet. An den Längsseiten der Rastnasen 33a, 33b ist jeweils eine Freistellung 33c gegenüber dem übrigen Bindungsgrundkörper 4 ausgebildet.
In den Fig. 10 bis 18 ist eine alternative Aus führungs form des Kraftübertragungsmechanismus zwischen dem Drehgriff 14 und dem Halteelement 9 mit den Haken 11 gezeigt. Nachstehend soll ledig¬ lich auf die Unterschiede zur Aus führungs form gemäß den Fig. 1 bis 7 eingegangen werden.
Bei der Aus führungs form der Fig. 10 bis 18 ist das Halteelement 9 in der Schließstellung gegen die Kraft einer Feder 34, beispielsweise einer Schraubenfeder, verschieblich an dem Bindungsgrundkörper 4 gelagert. Hierfür weist die Ausnehmung 18 des Halteelements 9 auf Seite der Aufnahme 8 einen offenen (d.h. nicht von einer Anschlagfläche des Halteelements 9 begrenzten) Ab¬ schnitt 35 auf. Die Feder 34 ist zwischen dem Halteelement 9 und einem Federwiderlager 36 angeordnet. Ein vorderer Endabschnitt 37 des Federwiderlagers 36 grenzt an den offenen Abschnitt 35 der Ausnehmung 18 des Halteelements 9. In der Schließstellung liegt das Federwiderlager 36 am bauchigen Wirkabschnitt 16a der Exzenterscheibe 16 an (vgl. Fig. 11) .
Fig. 17, 18 zeigt die Anordnung des Schuhs 2 an der Langlaufbindung 1 im unverdrehten Zustand des Drehgriffs 14. Durch schräges Ansetzen des Schuhs 2 in Pfeilrichtung 38 wird eine Kraft in vertikaler Richtung gemäß Pfeil 39 auf eine schräge Fläche der hakenförmigen Fortsätze 11 aufgebracht, so dass das Halteelement 9 gegen die Wirkung der Feder 34 nach vorne gedrückt wird (Pfeil 40) . In dieser Stellung kann die Gelenkachse 2a des Schuhs 2 in die Aufnahme 8 der Halteeinrichtung 7 einschnappen. Die gespeicherte Federenergie der Feder 34 drückt das Halteelement 9 in Pfeilrichtung 41 in die Schließstellung zurück. Vorteilhafterweise ist somit ein Einsteigen in die Bindung 1 ohne Betätigung des Drehgriffs 14 möglich.

Claims

Patentansprüche :
1. Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung (1) zur gelenkigen Verbindung eines Schuhs (2) mit einem Ski (3),
- mit einem Bindungsgrundkörper (4), welcher eine Aufstandsfläche (5a) für eine Sohle (6) des Schuhs (2) und eine Ski¬ auflagefläche (5b) zur zumindest mittelbaren Auflage auf dem Ski (3) aufweist,
- mit einer Halteeinrichtung (7), welche eine Aufnahme (8) zur verschwenkbaren Anordnung des Schuhs (2) um eine in Querrichtung des Bindungsgrundkörpers (4) verlaufende Schwenk¬ achse (8a) und ein Halteelement (9) zur Halterung des
Schuhs (3) an der Aufnahme (8) aufweist, wobei das Hal¬ teelement (9) zwischen einer den Schuh (2) an der Aufnahme (8) haltenden Schließstellung und einer den Schuh (3) freigebenden Offenstellung verschieblich an dem Bindungsgrundkörper (4) gelagert ist,
- mit einem Betätigungselement (13), das einen Drehgriff (14) zur Überführung des Halteelements (9) von der Schließ- in die Offenstellung aufweist, dessen Drehachse im Wesentli¬ chen senkrecht zur Aufstandsfläche (5a) des Bindungsgrund¬ körpers (4) verläuft,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
- das Betätigungselement (13) ein im Wesentlichen scheibenförmiges, exzentrisch gelagertes Kraftübertragungselement (16) aufweist, das zur Umsetzung der Drehbewegung des Drehgriffs (14) in die Verschiebung des Halteelements (9) in einer
Ausnehmung des Halteelements (9) aufgenommen ist, so dass mittels einer Drehbewegung des Drehgriffs (14) das Hal¬ teelement (9) von der Schließ- in die Offenstellung und umgekehrt überführbar ist.
2. Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (18) in einem Kraftübertragungsabschnitt (19) des Halteelements (9) ausgebildet ist, der über einen Verbindungsabschnitt (20) vorzugsweise einstü¬ ckig mit einem hakenartige Fortsätze (11) aufweisenden Halte¬ abschnitt (10) des Halteelements (9) verbunden ist.
3. Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hakenartigen Fortsätze (11) in schlitzförmigen Aussparungen (27) im Bindungsgrundkörper (4) verschieblich aufgenommen sind.
4. Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die das Kraftübertra¬ gungselement (16) aufnehmende Ausnehmung (18) umseitig ge¬ schlossen ist.
5. Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die das Kraftübertra¬ gungselement (16) aufnehmende Ausnehmung (18) an einer zur Aufnahme (8) gerichtete Seite einen offenen Abschnitt (35) aufweist .
6. Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (9) in der Schließstel¬ lung gegen die Kraft einer Feder (34) verschieblich gelagert ist .
7. Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung (1) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (34) zwischen dem Halteelement (9) und einem Federwiderlager (36) angeordnet ist, wobei ein vorderer Endabschnitt (37) des Federwiderlagers (36) am offenen Abschnitt (35) der Ausnehmung (18) angeordnet ist und in der Schließstellung mit einem Wirkabschnitt (16a) des im Wesentlichen scheibenförmigen Kraftübertragungselements (16) in Verbindung steht.
8. Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung (1) nach einem der Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehgriff (14) des Be¬ tätigungselements (13) zumindest ein Rastelement (30a, 30b) aufweist, das in der Schließstellung mit einem am Bindungsgrundkörper (4) ausgebildeten Rastelement (31a, 31b) in einer Raststellung in Eingriff steht.
9. Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehgriff (14) des Betätigungsele¬ ments (13) zumindest zwei distanziert voneinander angeordnete Rastelemente (30a, 30b) aufweist, wobei vorzugsweise das eine Rastelement (30b) in einem in der Schließstellung von der Aufnahme (8) abgewandten vorderen Endabschnitt des Drehgriffs (14) und das andere Rastelement (30a) an einem der Aufnahme (8) zugewandten hinteren Endabschnitt des Drehgriffs (14) vorgesehen ist, und am Bindungsgrundkörper (4) dazu korrespondierende Rastelemente (31a, 31b) ausgebildet sind.
10. Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich eine erste Verbindungsebene (El) zwischen ersten korrespondierenden Rastelementen (30b, 31b) im Wesentlichen entlang der Aufstandsfläche (5a) erstreckt und/oder sich eine zweite Verbindungsebene (E2) zwischen zwei¬ ten korrespondierenden Rastelementen (30a, 31a) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Aufstandsfläche (5) erstreckt.
11. Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung (1) nach Anspruch 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als korrespondierende Rastelemen¬ te (30a, 31a; 30b, 31b) jeweils eine Rastnut (32a, 32b) und eine federnd gelagerte Rastnase (33a, 33b) vorgesehen sind, wobei vorzugsweise die Rastnut (32a, 32b) am Betätigungsele¬ ment (13) und die Rastnase (33a, 33b) am Bindungsgrundkörper
(4) vorgesehen sind.
12. Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung (1) nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastnase (33a, 33b) an einem im Wesentlichen wellenförmigen Rastelement (31a, 31b) ausgebildet ist, das an seinen Längsseiten eine Freistellung (33c) gegenüber dem übrigen Bindungsgrundkörper (4) oder übrigen Betätigungselement (13) aufweist.
13. Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Lagerelement (28) vorgesehen ist, das Lagerböcke (29a) mit jeweils einer Vertie¬ fung (29b) zur verschwenkbaren Anordnung des Schuhs (2) aufweist, wobei die Vertiefungen (29b) der Lagerböcke (29a) in der Schließstellung benachbart der Aufnahme (8) der Halteeinrichtung (7) angeordnet sind.
14. Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung (1) nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bindungsgrundkörper (4) und die Lagerböcke (29a) einteilig ausgebildet sind, wobei die Vertiefungen (29b) der Lagerböcke (29a) durch Materialausspa¬ rungen des Bindungsgrundkörpers (4) gebildet sind.
15. Langlauf oder Tourenski-Set mit einer Langlauf- oder Touren¬ skibindung (1) und mit einem daran verschwenkbar gelagerten Langlaufschuh oder Tourenskischuh, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Langlauf- oder Tourenskibindung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 ausgebildet ist.
