Abstract

L'invention concerne un châssis destiné à des véhicules ferroviaires, comprenant au moins une structure de support (1), au moins un premier ressort primaire (6) et un second ressort primaire (7), au moins un premier dispositif de transmission de moteur d'entraînement (8), qui est relié à ladite structure de support (1) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un premier élément de suspension (9), au moins un premier essieu (21), et au moins un premier embrayage (19), qui est relié audit premier dispositif de transmission de moteur d'entraînement (8) et audit premier essieu (21). Selon l'invention, pour créer des conditions de construction avantageuses, ledit premier dispositif de transmission de moteur d'entraînement (8) est relié à ladite structure de support (1) par l'intermédiaire d'un premier élément d'accouplement (11) pouvant être sollicité principalement dans la direction d'un axe longitudinal de châssis (12). L'invention permet ainsi d'obtenir une mobilité avantageuse de la structure de support (1) et du premier essieu (21) l'un par rapport à l'autre.
