Thereby, the broken yarn is lifted to enable automatic piecing with the drafted material.
  • the jet members are worked in the following sequence to achieve successful detaching and lifting of the broken yarn end from the spinning cop. Initially, the jet members are placed at a predetermined distance from spindle centre along the contour of the opening. The first jet member purges air jet when the spindle is applied brake for a predetermined time interval. Then, the spindle brake is relieved for a predetermined time interval in fraction of second. During that time, the second and third jet members purges air jet. As a result of the above said action, the broken yarn end is detached from the spinning cop and directed upwards to enable automatic piecing with the drafted material. The above sequence takes place irrespective of the ring rail position. The above sequences are example embodiments only. The three jet members are worked in any different sequences and any different time intervals. The jet members are not defined to three in total, it may also be more than three.
  • the lifting arrangement is placed in front of the ring rail slightly below the ring rail position such that it purges air towards the cop from plurality of orifices for lifting the broken yarn end from the cop.
  • the lifting arrangement can be advantageously placed at any position in front of the cop from top to bottom as an embodiment.
  • the lifting arrangement is positioned at the bottom portion of the spinning cop.

Claims (12)

  1. Agencement de soulèvement de fil (102) pour une unité de rattachage du fil (100) dans un métier à filer à anneaux, comprenant :
    un module de commande pour la régulation du mode d'injection de l'air vers une cannette (110), un socle (104) possédant un premier bout et un deuxième bout,
    ledit premier bout étant raccordé à un dispositif d'actionnement (106) en dotant ainsi ledit socle (104) d'une position de travail dans le mouvement en avant et d'une position de départ dans le mouvement en arrière,
    ledit deuxième bout étant un bout libre possédant une ouverture à proximité du bout libre, configurée pour encercler la cannette (110) d'une broche (112) dans sa position de travail ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    le socle (104) comprend en outre un premier élément de jet (108A), un deuxième élément de jet (108B), et un troisième élément de jet (108C), chacun étant doté de trois orifices (118B), configurés pour se positionner autour du pourtour de l'ouverture, en distribuant un courant d'air auxdits premier, deuxième et troisième éléments de jet (108A, 108B, 108C) pour purger des jets d'air à travers la pluralité d'orifices (118B), le socle (104) se trouvant dans sa position de travail pour détacher l'extrémité de fil emmêlée (116) de la cannette (110) et soulever le fil afin de permettre le rattachage du fil dans le métier à filer à anneaux, et les trois éléments de jet (108A, 108B, 108C) se trouvant tous à une distance égale de la cannette (110), et les trois éléments de jet 108A, 108B, 108C) recevant tous un courant d'air dans différentes séquences et à différents intervalles de temps.
  2. Agencement de soulèvement de fil selon la revendication 1, chaque élément de jet (108A, 108B, 108C) étant un bloc dont les trois orifices (118B) se trouvent sur la surface conique, lesdits orifices (118B) formant un angle aigu avec la verticale, et le bloc possédant un trou de passage (118A) le long de l'axe horizontal parallèle et/ou perpendiculaire à la ligne d'emplacement des orifices (118B) de façon à ce que de l'air provenant d'une source d'aspiration soit transféré aux orifices (118B) par le trou (118A).
  3. Agencement de soulèvement de fil selon la revendication 2, ledit angle aigu mesurant de 15 degrés à 30 degrés.
  4. Agencement de soulèvement de fil selon la revendication 1, les éléments de jet (108A, 108B, 108C) étant positionnés sur le pourtour de l'ouverture du socle (104) avec un angle inclus de 90 degrés entre eux.
  5. Agencement de soulèvement de fil selon la revendication 1, ledit dispositif d'actionnement (106) étant un dispositif d'actionnement pneumatique à piston et cylindre.
  6. Procédé de soulèvement d'un fil par une unité de rattachage (100) selon une des revendications 1 à 5, le procédé comprenant :
    le positionnement des trois éléments de jet (108A, 108B, 108C) autour du pourtour de l'ouverture du socle (104), de sorte que les trois orifices (118B) de chacun des éléments de jet (108A, 108B, 108C) soit saillant vers la cannette (110) de la broche (112) ;
    l'actionnement et le relâchement du frein de la broche pendant une période prédéterminée ;
    la distribution d'un courant d'air à travers lesdits éléments de jet (108) par les orifices (118B) avec différentes séquences et différents intervalles de temps ; et
    le détachement, de la cannette (110), de l'extrémité de fil emmêlée (116) par le biais du courant d'air provenant desdits éléments de jet (108), et le soulèvement du fil afin de permettre le rattachage du fil dans le métier à filer à anneaux.
  7. Procédé de soulèvement de fil selon la revendication 6, au moins deux éléments de jet (108A, 108B) étant pourvus initialement d'un courant d'air, et le troisième jet (108C) étant pourvu d'un courant d'air au bout d'un intervalle de temps prédéterminé afin de soulever le fil.
  8. Procédé de soulèvement de fil selon la revendication 6, au moins un élément de jet (108A) étant pourvu initialement d'un courant d'air, et les autres éléments de jet (108B, 108C) étant pourvus d'un courant d'air au bout d'un intervalle de temps prédéterminé afin de soulever le fil.
  9. Procédé de soulèvement de fil selon la revendication 6, les éléments de jet (108) étant pourvus un à un, à des intervalles de temps prédéterminés, de courants d'air afin de soulever le fil.
  10. Procédé de soulèvement de fil selon la revendication 6, lesdits éléments de jet (108) étant pourvus d'un courant d'air, et arrêtés de façon intermittente afin de soulever le fil.
  11. Procédé de soulèvement de fil selon la revendication 6, lesdits éléments de jet (108) étant pourvus d'un courant d'air lors de l'actionnement du frein de la broche pendant une période prédéterminée.
  12. Procédé de soulèvement de fil selon la revendication 6, lesdits éléments de jet (108) étant pourvus d'un courant d'air lors du relâchement du frein de la broche pendant une période prédéterminée.
