Claims (15)

  1. Procédé (200) d'autorisation automatique d'un entrant dans un système de sécurité résidentielle (100) comprenant :
    le déverrouillage d'au moins une entrée (20) dans un bâtiment résidentiel (10) en réponse à une serrure de porte (22 ; 122) recevant un justificatif d'identité mobile autorisé correspondant à une personne spécifique ;
    la transmission d'une première notification de la serrure de porte (22 ; 122) à un système de sécurité central (30 ; 130), dans lequel la notification inclut au moins l'une parmi une identité correspondant au justificatif d'identité mobile et des données indicatives d'une entrée autorisée, dans lequel le système de sécurité central vérifie alors automatiquement que l'utilisateur est autorisé à traverser l'entrée ;
    la transmission d'une seconde notification à partir du système de sécurité central (30 ; 130) uniquement à au moins un composant de système de sécurité hors ligne d'une pluralité de composants de système de sécurité hors ligne en réponse à la première notification, dans lequel la seconde notification inclut une indication qu'un entrant autorisé (70 ; 170) a traversé l'au moins une entrée (20) ; et
    en utilisant au moins un composant de système de sécurité hors ligne, le désarmement du système de sécurité (100) ou le transfert du système de sécurité (100) d'un mode absent à un mode domicile en réponse à la deuxième notification ;
    dans lequel les composants de système de sécurité hors ligne sont directement connectés au système de sécurité central et ne font pas partie d'un réseau plus large ; et
    dans lequel l'au moins un composant de système de sécurité hors ligne correspond à une zone du bâtiment résidentiel (10) dans laquelle l'entrant est autorisé à se trouver.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le déverrouillage d'au moins une entrée (20) en réponse à la serrure de porte (22 ; 122) recevant le justificatif d'identité mobile autorisé comprend le déverrouillage d'un sous-ensemble d'entrées (20) dans le bâtiment résidentiel (10) et la permission à un reste d'entrées (20) dans le bâtiment résidentiel (10) de rester verrouillées.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, comprenant en outre l'invitation d'un dispositif mobile (72 ; 172) appartenant à un utilisateur (70 ; 170) correspondant au justificatif d'identité mobile autorisé à vérifier que l'utilisateur (70 ; 170) a accédé à la serrure de porte (22 ; 122),
    facultativement dans lequel la vérification est au moins l'une parmi une pression sur un bouton, une saisie de code et une clé biométrique.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, dans lequel la transmission de la première notification comprend la transmission de la première notification sur une connexion directe.
  5. Procédé selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel la transmission de la première notification comprend la transmission de la première notification sur une connexion réseau.
  6. Procédé selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel le déverrouillage de l'au moins une entrée (20) dans le bâtiment résidentiel (10) en réponse à la serrure de porte (22 ; 122) recevant le justificatif d'identité mobile autorisé survient en réponse à une communication provenant d'un serveur de justificatifs d'identité mobiles (180).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le serveur de justificatifs d'identité mobiles (180) est un composant d'un système de sécurité central (130) ; et/ou
    dans lequel le système de justificatif d'identité mobile (180) est connecté au système de sécurité central via un réseau.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou la revendication 7, comprenant en outre la transmission d'un justificatif d'identité mobile reçu au serveur de justificatifs d'identité mobiles (180) en réponse à la réception du justificatif d'identité mobile au niveau de la serrure de porte (22 ; 122) et avant le déverrouillage de l'au moins une entrée (20).
  9. Procédé selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel le système de sécurité central (30 ; 130) invite automatiquement un dispositif mobile (72 ; 172) à afficher une option de système d'armement en réponse à la réception du justificatif d'identité mobile autorisé.
  10. Système de sécurité résidentielle comprenant :
    un système de sécurité central (30 ; 130) ;
    une pluralité de composants de système de sécurité hors ligne, chacun des composants de système de sécurité hors ligne étant directement connecté au système de sécurité central (30 ; 130) et ne faisant pas partie d'un réseau plus large ; et
    au moins une serrure de porte (22 ; 122) comportant un système de justificatifs d'identité mobiles ;
    dans lequel la serrure de porte est configurée pour se déverrouiller en réponse à la réception d'un justificatif d'identité autorisé correspondant à une personne spécifique ;
    dans lequel le système de sécurité central (30 ; 130) inclut un logiciel configuré pour autoriser automatiquement une entrée en réponse à la réception d'une première notification à partir de la serrure de porte (22 ; 122) incluant au moins l'une parmi une identité correspondant au justificatif d'identité mobile et des données indiquant une entrée autorisée ;
    dans lequel le logiciel est en outre configuré pour transmettre une seconde notification à partir du système de sécurité central (30 ; 130) uniquement à au moins un composant du système de sécurité hors ligne de la pluralité de composants de système de sécurité hors ligne en réponse à la première notification ;
    dans lequel la seconde notification inclut une indication qu'un entrant autorisé a traversé l'au moins une entrée ;
    dans lequel chacun de l'au moins un composant de système de sécurité hors ligne est configuré pour désarmer le système de sécurité (100) ou transférer le système de sécurité (100) d'un mode absent à un mode domicile en réponse à la seconde notification ; et
    dans lequel l'au moins un composant de système de sécurité hors ligne correspond à une zone d'un bâtiment résidentiel dans laquelle l'entrant est autorisé à se trouver.
  11. Système de sécurité résidentielle selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la pluralité de composants de système de sécurité hors ligne incluent au moins l'un parmi un capteur de fenêtre (52 ; 152) et un capteur de garage (62 ; 162).
  12. Système de sécurité résidentielle selon la revendication 10 ou la revendication 11, dans lequel au moins l'un desdits composants de système de sécurité dans ladite pluralité de composants de système de sécurité est connecté sans fil au système de sécurité central (30 ; 130).
  13. Système de sécurité résidentielle selon la revendication 10, la revendication 11 ou la revendication 12, dans lequel un serveur de justificatifs d'identité mobiles (180) est inclus à l'intérieur du système de sécurité central (30 ; 130).
  14. Système de sécurité résidentielle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, dans lequel un serveur de justificatifs d'identité mobiles (180) est connecté au système de sécurité central (30 ; 130) et à l'au moins une serrure de porte (22 ; 122) via un réseau.
  15. Système de sécurité résidentielle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 14, dans lequel la serrure de porte (22 ; 122) est un composant hors ligne ;
    facultativement dans lequel :
    la serrure de porte (22 ; 122) inclut un protocole de communication sans fil local et est configurée pour communiquer avec au moins un dispositif mobile (72 ; 172) en utilisant le protocole de communication sans fil local ; et/ou
    dans lequel la serrure de porte (22 ; 122) est directement connectée à au moins l'un parmi le système de sécurité central (30 ; 130) et un serveur de justificatifs d'identité mobiles (180).
