Claims (13)
- Großformatiges Fertigteilbausegment, bestehend aus - durch Abstandseinlagen (2) voneinander getrennt - einer Außenverkleidung (3) und einer Innenverkleidung (3) parallel zueinander, zwischen denen sich eine Polyurethanschaumfüllung (6), vorzugsweise eine geschlossenzellige PIR-Füllung, befindet, in der vorzugsweise Kabel- und Installationswannen angeordnet sind, wobei die Verkleidungen (3) Zement- und Faser- oder Gips- und Faserplatten sind, deren Ränder entlang mindestens einer Seite über die Kontur der Füllung (6) hinausragen, wobei die Füllung (6) mit jeder der Bekleidungen einstückig verbunden ist und an den anderen Seiten über die Kontur der Verkleidungen (3) hinausragt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstandseinlagen (2) in Form von PVC-Rohren vorgesehen sind, die senkrecht zu den Bekleidungen stehen und zwischen Befestigungslöcher (3a) in den Verkleidungen (3) gepresst sind.
- Segment nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kabel- und Installationswannen (4) von der Seite der Füllung (6) her an der Innenverkleidung (3) befestigt sind.
- Das Segment nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit einem Eingriffsloch (7) versehen ist.
- Segment nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an Stellen, an denen lokale Effekte auftreten, ein Verstärkungselement (5), vorzugsweise in Form eines Gitters, eines Profils oder eines Bandes aus Kohle- oder Glasfasern, an den füllungsseitigen Verkleidungen (3) angeordnet ist (6).
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines großformatigen vorgefertigten Bausegments nach Anspruch 1, das darin besteht, zwei Verkleidungen (3) parallel zueinander mit zwischen den Verkleidungen angeordneten Abstandseinlagen (2) anzuordnen und den sich ergebenden Raum zwischen den Verkleidungen mit einer Isolierung auszufüllen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schalungsform (1) mit einer Form gemäß den detaillierten Konstruktionsanforderungen gebildet wird, in der parallele Montageschlitze (9) vorgesehen sind, dann werden Montagelöcher (3a) in den Verkleidungen (3) vorgesehen, danach werden die Verkleidungen (3) in den Montageschlitzen (9) so angeordnet, dass sie auf der einen Seite um die Breite der Montageüberlappungsverbindung über die Bretter der Schalungsform (1) hinausragen, während auf der anderen Seite die Verkleidungen (3) um die Länge der Montageüberlappungsverbindung über die Form hinausragen, danach werden zwischen den Verkleidungen (3) Distanzeinlagen (2) befestigt, und dann wird die Schalungsform (1) mit Polyurethanschaum, vorzugsweise mit geschlossenzelligem PIR-Schaum, gefüllt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an Stellen, an denen lokale Effekte auftreten, ein Verstärkungselement (5), vorzugsweise in Form eines Gitters, eines Profils oder eines Bandes aus Kohlenstoff- oder Glasfasern, an der Außenverkleidung (3) auf der Seite der Füllung (6) angeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich ein Eingriffsloch (7) mittels eines in der Schalungsform (1) angeordneten Mantelrohres gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kabel- und Installationswannen (4) an der Innenverkleidung (3) auf der Seite der Füllung (6) befestigt werden.
- Verfahren zur Errichtung eines Gebäudes in Segmentbauweise, das darin besteht, großformatige vorgefertigte Bausegmente nach Anspruch 1, einschließlich innerer Trennwandmodule, in der in einem Montageplan vorgegebenen Richtung und Reihenfolge zusammenzufügen und anschließend Fußböden, Innenausbau und Installationen vorzusehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer Fundamentplatte (10) entlang der Außenkanten parallel zum First des Gebäudes, Fundamentbretter (11) hergestellt werden, zwischen denen Endwände montiert werden, zwischen denen entlang der Fundamentbretter (11) nacheinander Seitenwände (12) angeordnet werden, die aus Segmenten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 hergestellt werden, wobei die einzelnen Segmente vorzugsweise unter Verwendung von Klebstoff überlappend verbunden werden, wonach die Räume zwischen den Seitenwänden (12) und dem Fundamentbrett (11) mit Klebstoff und Dichtungsmaterial und anschließend mit Polyurethanschaum ausgefüllt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zunächst jeweils Segmente nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 zur Montage von inneren tragenden Querwänden verwendet werden, dann mittlere Segmente der Außenwand und der Decke im Mittelteil an den Fundamentplatten montiert werden, wobei bei mehrgeschossigen Gebäuden zusammen mit der Montage von tragenden Wandsegmenten Deckensegmente montiert werden, die vorzugsweise einen H-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisen, danach Segmente von Stirn- und Zwischenwänden des Erdgeschosses montiert werden und dann Segmente der Boden- und Dachwände montiert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Eingriffslöchern (7) ein Stahldraht vorgesehen ist, der in den Außenwänden des Gebäudes verankert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Fenster (23) auf der Außenseite der Fassade umlaufend eingeklebt werden und die Innenflächen der Fensterlöcher mit entsprechend zugeschnittenen Verkleidungsplatten (3g) verklebt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innen- (3g) und Außenverkleidungen (3c) gestrichen oder mit Veredelungsmaterialien versehen werden.
