Claims (10)
- Système de cuisson, en particulier système de cuisson à induction, avec au moins une plaque d'appui (12a-b) et avec au moins une unité de tirage (14a-b) disposée sous la plaque d'appui (12a-b) dans un état monté, laquelle présente au moins une roue de ventilateur (16a-b) et laquelle aspire au moins partiellement au moyen de la roue de ventilateur (16a-b) dans au moins un état de fonctionnement les vapeurs émanant d'au moins une zone de cuisson (18a-b) à travers au moins un évidement de tirage (20a-b) de la plaque d'appui (12a-b), dans lequel la roue de ventilateur (16a-b) est logée en rotation autour d'au moins un axe de rotation (22a-b), caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (22a-b) est orienté en biais par rapport à un plan d'extension principal (24a-b) de la plaque d'appui (12a-b), dans lequel l'axe de rotation (22a-b) forme avec le plan d'extension principal (24a-b) de la plaque d'appui (12a-b) un angle de coupe minimal (26a-b) d'au moins 10° et de maximum 85°.
- Système de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par au moins une unité de tirage supplémentaire (28a-b) avec au moins une roue de ventilateur supplémentaire (30a-b) logée en rotation autour d'au moins un axe de rotation supplémentaire (32a-b) orienté en biais par rapport au plan d'extension principal (24a-b) de la plaque d'appui (12a-b).
- Système de cuisson selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la roue de ventilateur (16a-b) et la roue de ventilateur supplémentaire (30a-b) sont, en présence d'un plan d'extension principal (24a-b) de la plaque d'appui (12a-b) vu à la verticale, disposées sur des côtés opposés de l'évidement de tirage (20a-b).
- Système de cuisson selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (22a-b) et l'axe de rotation supplémentaire (32a-b) se coupent au-dessus de la plaque d'appui (12 a-b) en présence d'une projection sur un plan orientée à la verticale par rapport au plan d'extension principal (24a-b) de la plaque d'appui (12a-b).
- Système de cuisson selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (22a-b) et l'axe de rotation supplémentaire (32a-b) se coupent au-dessus de la plaque d'appui (12a-b).
- Système de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de tirage (14a-b) présente au moins une unité de carcasse (34a-b) à l'intérieur de laquelle la roue de ventilateur (16a-b) est au moins en majeure partie disposée et qui présente au moins un orifice de soufflage (36a-b) ouvert en direction d'une zone de champ de cuisson arrière (38a-b).
- Système de cuisson selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la roue de ventilateur (16a-b) est, en présence d'un plan d'extension principal (24a-b) de la plaque d'appui (12a-b) vu à la verticale, disposée dans une zone de l'unité de carcasse (34a-b) éloignée de l'évidement de tirage (20a-b).
- Système de cuisson selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de carcasse (34a-b) est orientée en biais par rapport à un plan d'extension principal (24a-b) de la plaque d'appui (12a-b).
- Système de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par au moins une unité de carcasse de champ de cuisson (40a-b), laquelle définit avec la plaque d'appui (12a-b) au moins en majeure partie au moins un carter extérieur de champ de cuisson et à l'intérieur de laquelle l'unité de tirage (14a-b) est au moins en majeure partie disposée.
- Champ de cuisson, en particulier champ de cuisson à induction, avec au moins un système de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
