Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trinkflasche aufweisend einen Flaschenkörper (1) mit einem unten angeordneten Flaschenboden (7), einem sich nach oben an den Flaschenkörper (1) anschließenden Flaschenkopf, wobei der Flaschenkopf (2) mit dem Flaschenkörper (1) mittels einer Gewindepaarung (4) verschraubt ist, und einen am Flaschenkopf (2) angeordneten mit einer Tülle des Flaschenkopfes (2) verschraubbaren Flaschenverschluss (3), wobei der Flaschenverschluss (3) und die Tülle allein den oberen Abschnitt des Flaschenkopfes (2) nicht überragt und der obere Abschnitt des Flaschenkopfes (2) eine ebene Fläche (6) aufweist, die dem Flaschenkopf (2) um 180° gedreht, Standfestigkeit beim Abstellen auf einer Unterlage verleiht oder der Flaschenkörper (1) bodenseitig ein auf den Flaschenkörper (1) aufschraubbares oder aufsteckbares Behältnis (13) aufweist, dessen Größe so bemessen ist, dass der Flaschenkopf (2) im auf dem Flaschenkörper (1) aufgeschraubten oder aufgesteckten Behältnis (13) Platz findet.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine wiederverwendbare Trinkflasche, die mit einer Flüssigkeit befüllbar ist und die einen Verschluss aufweist. Vorzugsweise geht es nicht um Trinkflaschen, in denen der Handel Getränke verkauft, sondern um solche, die z. B. bei Wanderungen zur Deckung des Flüssigkeitsbedarfs mitgeführt und vom Nutzer selbst befüllt werden. Die Erfindung schlägt weiter einen Standfuß für eine Trinkflasche vor.
  • Derartige Trinkflaschen sind vielfältigst bekannt z. B. als Thermosflaschen, die die Flüssigkeit in einem gesonderten Thermoeinsatz für eine gewisse Zeit auf dem Temperaturniveau beim Einfüllen halten. Das Thermosflaschengehäuse weist einen abschraubbaren Deckel auf, der als Trinkbecher nutzbar ist, während der Thermoseinsatz gesondert verschlossen wird, gewöhnlich mit einem Stopfen.
  • Aus der US 2012/0168541 A1 ist eine Trinkflasche bekannt, deren abschraubbarer Verschluss als Trinkbecher nutzbar ist.
  • Aufwendig ist bei dieser Trinkflasche ebenso wie bei den eingangs benannten Thermosflaschen die Reinigung, denn diese muss über die Verschlussöffnung vorgenommen werden, die gewöhnlich deutlich kleiner ist als der innere Umfang der Trinkflasche.
  • Dieses Reinigungsproblem weist die Trinkflasche nach der US 2010/0084362 A1 nicht auf, denn neben der Verschlussöffnung ist hier zusätzlich der gesamte Flaschenkopf abschraubbar, so dass ein optimaler Zugang in das Innere der Trinkflasche gewährleistet ist. Nachteilig ist, dass beim Aufschrauben des Verschlusses der Flaschenkopf mit aufgedreht werden kann und das für den abgeschraubten Flaschenkopf keine Verwendung besteht.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, den Flaschenkopf der Trinkflasche im abgeschraubten Zustand einer Verwendung zuführen oder zweckmäßig unterzubringen. Ferner soll beim Aufschrauben des Verschlusses der Trinkflasche ein gleichzeitiges Aufdrehen des Flaschenkopfes verhindert werden.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 oder des Anspruches 6. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
  • Bei einer Trinkflasche, aufweisend einen Flaschenkörper mit einem unten angeordneten Flaschenboden, einem sich nach oben an den Flaschenkörper anschließenden Flaschenkopf, wobei der Flaschenkopf mit dem Flaschenkörper mittels einer Gewindepaarung verschraubt ist, und einen am Flaschenkopf angeordneten mit einer Tülle des Flaschenkopfes verschraubbaren Flaschenverschluss ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass der Flaschenverschluss oder die Tülle allein den oberen Abschnitt des Flaschenkopfes nicht überragt, oder dass die Trinkflasche bodenseitig ein auf den Flaschenkörper aufschraubbares oder aufsteckbares Behältnis aufweist, das zumindest so dimensioniert ist, dass es im aufgeschraubten oder aufgesteckten Zustand den Flaschenkopf aufnehmen kann, wenn dieser nicht anderweitig genutzt wird.
  • Dadurch, dass bei einer Ausführung der Flaschenverschluss oder die Tülle allein den oberen Abschnitt des Flaschenkopfes nicht überragt, wird die Möglichkeit geschaffen, den oberen Abschnitt des Flaschenkopfes als ebene Fläche vollflächig oder in Abschnitten auszubilden. Damit kann der Flaschenkopf - um 180° gedreht - auf einer ebenfalls flächigen Unterlage abgestellt und als weiteres Trinkgefäß genutzt werden. Ansonsten verfügt der Flaschenkörper ohne Flaschenkopf bereits über alle notwendigen Ausgestaltungen eines Trinkbechers.
  • Natürlich ist es auch möglich, den oberen Abschnitt des Flaschenkopfes eine Form abweichend von der ebenen zu geben, mit der eine Anpassung an eine bestimmte Verwendung beim Abstellen erreicht werden soll.
  • Bei der anderen Ausführung wird der Flaschenkopf sicher verstaut, indem er bodenseitig am Flaschenkörper in das aufschraubbare oder aufsteckbare Behältnis eingelagert wird.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der ersten Ausführung der Trinkflasche sieht vor, dass der Flaschenboden eine in den Flaschenkörper weisende Negativform, vorzugsweise der äußeren Form des Flaschenkopfes entsprechend, aufweist, so dass der abgeschraubte Flaschenkopf zumindest teilweise, vorzugsweise auch vollstädig, flaschenbodenseitig in den Flaschenkörper einsetzbar ist.
  • Der Flaschenkopf als nicht benötigtes Teil verschwindet so, wenn der Flaschenkörper allein als Trinkbecher genutzt wird. Da der Flaschenkopf glatt abschließt, entsteht so eine Standfläche - ein Standring - für den Flaschenkörper, jetzt in der Funktion Trinkbecher, unabhängig wie sonst der Bodenrand des Flaschenkörpers ausgebildet ist.
    Bevorzugt geht der Flaschenkopf beim Einsetzen in den Boden des Flaschenkörpers mit diesem eine leicht lösbare Rast- oder Klemmverbindung ein, so dass er nicht beim Trinken herausfallen kann.
  • Mit dieser Form der Ausgestaltung wird die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabestellung auch allein gelöst, nämlich den Flaschenkopf einer weiteren Verwendung zuzuführen.
  • Für einen Standfuß einer Trinkflasche, aufweisend einen Flaschenkörper mit einem unten angeordneten Flaschenboden, einem sich nach oben an den Flaschenkörper anschließenden Flaschenkopf, wobei der Flaschenkopf mit dem Flaschenkörper mittels einer Gewindepaarung verschraubt ist, und einen am Flaschenkopf angeordneten mit einer Tülle des Flaschenkopfes verschraubbaren Flaschenverschluss ist deshalb erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass der Flaschenboden eine in den Flaschenkörper weisende Negativform aufweist, so dass der abgeschraubte Flaschenkopf zumindest teilweise, vorzugsweise auch vollständig, flaschenbodenseitig in den Flaschenkörper einsetzbar ist.
  • Der Flaschenkopf als nicht benötigtes Teil verschwindet so, wenn der Flaschenkörper als Trinkbecher genutzt wird. Da der Flaschenkopf glatt abschließt, entsteht so ein Standfuß - ein Standring - für den Flaschenkörper, jetzt in der Funktion Trinkbecher, unabhängig wie sonst der Bodenrand des Flaschenkörpers ausgebildet ist.
  • Vorzugsweise entspricht die Negativform der äußeren Form des Flaschenkopfes, zumindest aber seinem oberen Abschnitt.
  • Auch bei dieser Ausführung geht der Flaschenkopf beim Einsetzen in den Boden des Flaschenkörpers bevorzugt mit diesem eine leicht lösbare Verbindung, vorzugsweise eine Rast- oder Klemmverbindung, ein, so dass er beim Trinken aus dem Flaschenkörper nicht herausfallen kann.
  • Bevorzugt ist bei den Trinkflaschen gemäß Anspruch 1 und dem Standfuß für eine Trinkflasche gemäß Anspruch 6 für ein leichteres Auf- oder Zudrehen der Gewindepaarung Flaschenkopf-Flaschenkörper vorgesehen, dass der Flaschenkopf und hier insbesondere die obige ebene Fläche vorzugsweise zwei Ausnehmungen oder Einbeulungen und zwischen diesen einen Steg aufweist.
  • Der Steg kann so durch zwei Finger umfasst und eine Auf- oder Zudrehkraft eingebracht werden.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung für beide Ausführungen der Trinkflasche und den Standfuß sieht vor, dass die Drehachse des verschraubbaren Flaschenverschlusses bezogen auf die Drehachse der Gewindepaarung des Flaschenkopfes mit dem Flaschenkörper beabstandet angeordnet ist und/oder einen Winkel bildet.
  • Durch die beabstandete oder winklige Anordnung des Flaschenverschlusses zur Drehachse der Gewindepaarung Flaschenkopf-Flaschenkörper werden die Drehmomente dahingehend verändert, dass beim Aufdrehen der Gewindepaarung Flaschenverschluss-Flaschenkopf sich die Gewindepaarung Flaschenkopf-Flaschenkörper bei gleichdrehenden Gewinden nicht gleichzeitig aufdreht.
  • Bei ungleichdrehenden Gewindepaarungen wird beim Zudrehen des Flaschenverschlusses das gleichzeitig Öffnen der Gewindepaarung Flaschenkopf-Flaschenkörper verhindert.
  • Die äußere Form des Flaschenkörpers ist bei allen Ausführungen beliebig. Der Flaschenkörper und der Flaschenkopf bzw. Flaschenkörper und der bodenseitige Behälter weisen aber zumindest im Bereich ihrer Gewindepaarung eine zylindrische Form auf.
  • Beispiele der erfindungsgemäßen Trinkflasche sind in den Zeichnungen dargestellt und soll nachfolgend erläutert werden.

  • Fig. 1 zeigt eine geschlossene Trinkflasche der ersten Ausführung aufweisend einen Flaschenkörper 1 mit einem unten angeordneten Flaschenboden 7, einem sich nach oben an den Flaschenkörper 1 anschließenden Flaschenkopf, wobei der Flaschenkopf 2 mit dem Flaschenkörper 1 mittels einer Gewindepaarung 4 verschraubt ist, und einen am Flaschenkopf 2 angeordneten mit einer Tülle des Flaschenkopfes 2 verschraubbaren Flaschenverschluss 3.
  • Der Flaschenverschluss 2 bzw. die Tülle auch allein überragen den oberen Abschnitt des Flaschenkopfes 2 nicht, der als eine ebene Fläche 6 ausgebildet ist.
  • Dadurch verleiht die ebene Fläche 6 dem Flaschenkopf 2 um 180° gedreht Standfestigkeit beim Abstellen auf einer Unterlage. Er kann so als kleiner Trinkbecher genutzt werden.
  • Unabhängig von der Ausbildung des Flaschenkopfes 2 ist vorgesehen, dass der Flaschenboden 7 eine in den Flaschenkörper 1 weisende Negativform 11 der äußeren Form des Flaschenkopfes 2 aufweist, so dass der abgeschraubte Flaschenkopf 2 zumindest teilweise bodenseitig in den Flaschenkörper 1 einsetzbar ist.
  • Der Rand des Flaschenkopfes 2 dient so als Standfuß für den Flaschenkörper 1, der jetzt unabhängig von seinem Bodenrand als abstellbarer Trinkbecher nutzbar ist.

  • Zwischen dem Flaschenkörper 1 und dem in die Negativform 11 eingesetzten Flaschenkopf 2 sollte dabei eine lösbare Verbindung bestehen, vorzugsweise eine Rast- oder Klemmverbindung, so dass der Flaschenkopf 2 beim Trinken nicht aus der Negativform 11 herausfällt.
  • Gezeigt wird auch, dass die Drehachse 12 des verschraubbaren Flaschenverschlusses 3 bezogen auf die Drehachse 10 der Gewindepaarung 4 des Flaschenkopfes 2 mit dem Flaschenkörper 1 beabstandet angeordnet ist und einen Winkel einschließt. Dabei ist die Gewindepaarung des Flaschenverschlusses 3 mit dem Flaschenkopf 2 gleichdrehend mit der Gewindepaarung 4 des Flaschenkopfes 2 mit den Flaschenkörper 1.
  • Diese Maßnahmen verhindern ein Aufdrehen der Gewindepaarung 4 beim Aufdrehen des Flaschenverschlusses 3.
  • Zumindest im Bereich der Gewindepaarung 4 des Flaschenkörpers 1 mit dem Flaschenkopf 2 bzw. des Flaschenkörpers 1 mit dem Behälter 13 weisen diese bei beiden Trinkflaschenausführungen eine zylindrische Form auf.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf den Flaschenkopf 2. Neben dem Flaschenverschluss 3 besitzt der Flaschenkopf 2 zwei Ausnehmungen 8 oder zwei Einbeulungen, zwischen denen sich ein Steg 9 befindet. Auf diese Weise können die Finger gut den Flaschenkopf 2 zum Auf- und Zudrehen erfassen.
  • Fig. 4 zeigt, dass die Trinkflasche bodenseitig ein auf den Flaschenkörper 1 aufschraubbares oder aufsteckbares Behältnis 13 aufweist, das zumindest so dimensioniert ist, dass es im aufgeschraubten Zustand den Flaschenkopf 2 aufnehmen kann, wenn dieser nicht anderweitig genutzt wird.

Claims (11)

  1. Trinkflasche aufweisend einen Flaschenkörper (1) mit einem unten angeordneten Flaschenboden (7), einem sich nach oben an den Flaschenkörper (1) anschließenden Flaschenkopf, wobei der Flaschenkopf (2) mit dem Flaschenkörper (1) mittels einer Gewindepaarung (4) verschraubt ist, und einen am Flaschenkopf (2) angeordneten mit einer Tülle des Flaschenkopfes (2) verschraubbaren Flaschenverschluss (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Flaschenverschluss (3) und die Tülle allein den oberen Abschnitt des Flaschenkopfes (2) nicht überragt und der obere Abschnitt des Flaschenkopfes (2) eine ebene Fläche (6) aufweist, die dem Flaschenkopf (2) um 180° gedreht Standfestigkeit beim Abstellen auf einer Unterlage verleiht oder der Flaschenkörper (1) bodenseitig ein auf den Flaschenkörper (1) aufschraubbares oder aufsteckbares Behältnis (13) aufweist, dessen Größe so bemessen ist, dass der Flaschenkopf (2) im auf dem Flaschenkörper (1) aufgeschraubten oder aufgesteckten Behältnis (13) Platz findet.
  2. Trinkflasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Flaschenkopf (2) zwei Ausnehmungen (8) oder zwei Einbeulungen aufweist zwischen denen sich ein Steg (9) befindet.
  3. Trinkflasche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Flaschenboden (7) eine in den Flaschenkörper (1) weisende Negativform (11) aufweist, so dass der abgeschraubte Flaschenkopf (2) zumindest teilweise, vorzugsweise vollständig, flaschenbodenseitig in den Flaschenkörper (1) einsetzbar ist.
  4. Trinkflasche nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der zwischen dem Flaschenkörper (1) und dem in die Negativform (11) eingesetzten Flaschenkopf (2) eine lösbare Verbindung besteht, vorzugsweise eine Rast- oder Klemmverbindung.
  5. Trinkflasche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Aufnahmefähigkeit des Behältnisses (13) für den Flaschenkopf (2) vorzugsweise durch die Verwendung geringerer Materialstärken für das Behältnis (13) im Vergleich zum Flaschenkörper (1) erreichbar ist.
  6. Standfuß für eine Trinkflasche, aufweisend einen Flaschenkörper (1) mit einem unten angeordneten Flaschenboden (7), einem sich nach oben an den Flaschenkörper (1) anschließenden Flaschenkopf, wobei der Flaschenkopf (2) mit dem Flaschenkörper (1) mittels einer Gewindepaarung (4) verschraubt ist, und einen am Flaschenkopf (2) angeordneten mit einer Tülle des Flaschenkopfes (2) verschraubbaren Flaschenverschluss (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Flaschenboden (7) eine in den Flaschenkörper (1) weisende Negativform (11) aufweist, so dass der abgeschraubte Flaschenkopf (2) zumindest teilweise oder vollständig flaschenbodenseitig in den Flaschenkörper (1) einsetzbar ist.
  7. Standfuß für eine Trinkflasche nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Negativform (11) der äußeren Form des Flaschenkopfes (2) vollständig oder dem oberen Teil des Flaschenkopfes (2) angepasst ist.
  8. Standfuß für eine Trinkflasche nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der zwischen dem Flaschenkörper (1) und dem in die Negativform (11) eingesetzten Flaschenkopf (2) eine lösbare Verbindung besteht, vorzugsweise eine Rast- oder Klemmverbindung.
  9. Trinkflasche oder Standfuß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Drehachse (12) des verschraubbaren Flaschenverschlusses (3) bezogen auf die Drehachse (10) der Gewindepaarung (4) des Flaschenkopfes (2) mit dem Flaschenkörper beabstandet angeordnet ist und/oder einen Winkel bildet.
  10. Trinkflasche oder Standfuß nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Gewindepaarung des Flaschenverschlusses (3) mit dem Flaschenkopf (2) gleichdrehend ist mit der Gewindepaarung (4) des Flaschenkopfes (2) mit dem Flaschenkörper (1) oder ungleichdrehend.
  11. Trinkflasche oder Standfuß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Flaschenkörper (1) und der Flaschenkopf (2) und der Flaschenkörper (1) und das Behältnis (13) zumindest im Bereich ihrer Gewindepaarung (4) eine zylindrische Form aufweisen.
