Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif (1) comprenant une cuve métallurgique (2) qui est montée en pivotement autour d'un axe horizontal (a) ; dans lequel la cuve métallurgique (2) présente deux tourillons de support (3) qui s'étendent, sur deux côtés opposés de la cuve métallique (2), à partir de cette dernière ; dans lequel chacun des deux tourillons de support (3) vient se loger dans un palier (4) ; dans lequel le palier (4) vient se loger dans un dispositif de maintien de palier (5) ; et dans lequel le dispositif de maintien de palier (5) est disposé sur un socle (6) destiné au palier qui est monté à demeure ou sur une fondation ;
    caractérisé
    en ce que, sur chaque socle (6) destiné au palier est disposé, de manière directe ou de manière indirecte, un dispositif de levage (7) qui est réalisé dans le but de soulever, à concurrence d'un course de levage (h), le tourillon de support (3), à des fins d'échange du palier (4), dans la direction verticale (V), par rapport au socle (6) destiné au palier, et
    en ce que, à des fins d'entraînement d'au moins un des tourillons de support (3), on prévoit une commande (10) qui est reliée au tourillon de support (3) ; dans lequel, de préférence, est disposé un dispositif de levage supplémentaire (11) qui est réalisé pour soulever la commande (10) dans la direction verticale (V) à concurrence d'un course de levage (h).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de levage présente un plateau de levage (8) qui présente, sur son côté qui est tourné vers le tourillon de support (3), une forme (F) qui est congruente par rapport à la forme du tourillon de support (3).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de levage présente au moins un élément hydraulique (9) du type à piston-cylindre qui est prévu pour la génération d'un mouvement de levage.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de levage (7) est réalisé pour soulever le tourillon de support (3) de manière conjointe avec le palier (4) et avec le dispositif de maintien de palier (5) par rapport au socle (6) destiné au palier.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien de palier (5) représente un logement de palier.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de levage (7) est disposé de manière amovible sur le socle (6) destiné au palier.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que sont disposés des moyens (12), qui peuvent être disposés ou qui sont disposés contre la commande (10), et qui sont là pour empêcher ou pour limiter un mouvement de basculement de la commande (10) autour de l'axe horizontal (a).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (12) comprennent au moins une tôle (14) fixée au socle (6) destiné au palier ou fixée à une fondation (13), tôle qui, pour au moins un boulon (15) qui est disposé contre la commande (10), permet d'obtenir un déplacement dans la direction verticale (V) et empêche ou à tout le moins limite un mouvement dans la direction horizontale.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la tôle (14) présente au moins un trou oblong (16) dans lequel le boulon (15) peut se déplacer dans la direction verticale (V).
