Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine schalldämpfende Vorrichtung, die an Decken von Räumen beabstandet und parallel zu diesen verlaufend befestigt ist.
  • Eine solche Vorrichtung ist aus der DE 10 2012 013266 A1 vorbekannt. Des Weiteren wird auf die DE 10 2015 101480 A1 , CH 708 188 A2 und die WO 2013/035016 A1 verwiesen.
  • Insbesondere in Besprechungszimmern hat sich herausgestellt, dass die durch Schallwellen verursachten Geräuschkulissen das Gespräch zu stören und folglich zu dämpfen sind. Daher werden oftmals Räume mit entsprechend groß bemessenen Abmessungen mithilfe von Flächengebilden, die eine schalldämpfende Eigenschaft aufweisen, entsprechend verkleidet, um die bei Gesprächen entstehenden Schallwellen zu dämpfen bzw. zu absorbieren. Diese Flächengebilde werden in einem Rahmen eingelegt oder eingesetzt und der Rahmen ist beispielsweise mittels Drähten oder Rohrstücken an der Decke befestigt.
  • Die mit schalldämpfenden Eigenschaften ausgerüsteten Flächengebilde haben sich zwar in der Praxis zur Absorbierung von Schallwellen bewährt, jedoch sind oftmals solche Räume ausreichend zu beleuchten, da in diesen Unterlagen anzusehen sind. Die verwendeten Flächengebilde weisen eine rechteckförmige Außenkontur auf, so dass die Rahmen aus einem Verbund von Rahmen besteht die vereinzelt herausgenommen werden können, um in den derart geschaffenen Freiraum eine Deckenlampe einzusetzen, durch die die erforderliche Beleuchtung zur Verfügung gestellt ist.
  • Allerdings weisen diese derart geschaffenen Freiräume keinerlei schaltdämpfenden Eigenschaften auf; vielmehr gelangen die Schallwellen ungehindert an die Decke und werden von dieser in das Rauminnere zurückgeworfen. Je mehr solche Freiräume benötigt werden, um die erforderliche Beleuchtung zu schaffen, desto störender sind die von dem Schall verursachten Nebengeräusche, da die Schallwellen in entsprechend groß bemessene Anzahl in das Rauminnere gelangen.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine schalldämpfende Vorrichtung der eingangsgenannten Gattung derart weiterzubilden, dass durch diese zum einen die schalldämpfende Eigenschaft möglichst über die gesamte Oberfläche der Decke vorhanden und dass zum anderen eine ausreichende Beleuchtung für das Rauminnere möglich ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils von Patentanspruch 1 gelöst.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
  • Dadurch, dass in dem Flächengebilde mindestens ein Zwischenraum vorgesehen ist, dass in dem jeweiligen Zwischenraum ein oder mehrere Beleuchtungsmittel angeordnet sind und dass jedes der Beleuchtungsmittel unmittelbar oder mittels Abstützelementen an dem Rahmen arretiert ist, soll erreicht sein, dass die durch Gespräche und anderen Geräuschen entstehenden Schallwellen ausreichend absorbiert sind und dass gleichzeitig das Rauminnere mit einer ausreichenden Beleuchtung ausgestattet ist.
  • Da an dem Rahmen eine Abdeckplatte vorgesehen ist, durch die eine Auflage entgegen der Schwerkraftrichtung vorliegt, sind sowohl die Flächengebilde als auch die Beleuchtungsmittel in den jeweiligen Rahmen eingelegt oder eingesetzt, so dass keine zusätzlichen Befestigungselemente erforderlich sind, wodurch die Montage der schalldämpfenden Vorrichtung schnell und kostengünstig herstellbar ist. Durch die Abdeckplatte werden demnach die Flächengebilde und die Beleuchtungsmittel gehalten.
  • Um sowohl die Ausleuchtung als auch die schalldämpfenden Eigenschaften der Flächengebilde zu optimieren, sind in die Abdeckplatte eine Vielzahl von Durchgangsöffnungen und Beleuchtungsdurchtritte eingearbeitet, die entweder dem jeweiligen Flächengebilde oder der jeweiligen LED der Beleuchtungsmittel zugeordnet sind. Somit können die Schallwellen durch die Durchgangsöffnungen in das Flächengebilde, das vorzugsweise als Polyestervlies ausgestaltet ist, nahezu ungehindert in dieses eindringen und dort absorbiert werden und die von den jeweiligen LED erzeugten Lichtwellen treten durch die Beleuchtungsdurchtritte in das Rauminnere, so dass dieser entsprechend ausgeleuchtet ist.
  • Die Flächengebilde verhindern somit, dass die Schallwellen von der Decke in das Rauminnere zurückgeworfen oder von dieser reflektiert sind, wodurch erreicht ist, dass störende Geräuschkulissen gedämpft sind. Mithilfe der Beleuchtungsmittel, die vorzugsweise in zwei parallel zueinander verlaufenden Reihen angeordnet sind, wird dabei ein sehr geringer Flächenbedarf im Verhältnis mit der von den Flächengebilde abgedeckten Oberflächen der Decken eingenommen, so dass die schalldämpfenden Eigenschaften der Vorrichtung überwiegen.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein erfindungsgemäßes Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt, das nachfolgend näher erläutert ist. Im Einzelnen zeigt:

  • In Figur 1 ist eine übliche Besprechungssituation in einem Raum 2 schematisch dargestellt, in dem an dessen Decke 3 zwei erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtungen 1 aufgehängt sind, durch die beispielsweise durch Gespräche entstehende Schallwellen 6 absorbiert werden sollen, so dass diese von der Decke 3 nicht in das Rauminnere zurückgeworfen bzw. reflektiert sind und gleichzeitig eine ausreichende Beleuchtung des Raumes 2 einstellbar sein soll.
  • Die Vorrichtung 1 besteht dabei aus drei Flächengebilden 5, die in einem Rahmen 4 eingelegt sind, der beabstandet von der Decke 3 und parallel zu dieser auferlegt ist. Dabei kann der Rahmen 4 eine L-förmige Querschnittsstruktur aufweisen, so dass die jeweiligen Flächengebilde 5 an den umlaufenden Rahmen 4 abgestützt sind. Die benachbart zu der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung 1 an der Decke 3 abgehängten Rahmen 4 haben zwar die identische Außenabmessung, bestehen jedoch ausschließlich aus einem einschlägigen Flächengebilde 5, so dass diese ausschließlich zur Schallabsorption eingesetzt sind.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung 1 weist dagegen zwischen zwei benachbarten Flächengebilden 5 einen Zwischenraum 11 auf, in den Beleuchtungsmittel 12 eingesetzt sind. Die Beleuchtungsmittel 12 bestehen aus einer Vielzahl von LEDs, die paarweise in Reihe zueinander angeordnet sind. Folglich nehmen die Reihen von Beleuchtungsmittel 12 einen wesentlich geringere Fläche ein als die dazu benachbarten Flächengebilde 5, so dass die überwiegende Oberfläche der Vorrichtung 1 schallabsorbierende Eigenschaften aufweist und lediglich eine dazu wesentlich geringere bemessenen Fläche die Beleuchtung für den Raum 2 zur Verfügung stellt.
  • Aus den Figuren 2, 3, 4a und 4b ist ersichtlich, dass in dem Rahmen 4 eine Abdeckplatte 14 eingelegt oder an diesem fixiert ist. In die Abdeckplatte 14 sind eine Vielzahl von Durchgangsöffnungen 15 sowie Beleuchtungsdurchtritte 16 eingearbeitet. Die Durchgangsöffnungen 15 sind dabei benachbart zu den jeweiligen Flächengebilden 5 und die Beleuchtungsdurchtritte 16 fluchtend zu dem jeweiligen Beleuchtungsmittel 12 angeordnet. Folglich können die Schallwellen 6 durch die Durchgangsöffnungen 15 in Richtung des jeweiligen Flächengebilde 5 hindurch gelangen und die von den Beleuchtungsmittel 12 emittierten Lichtwellen werden durch die Beleuchtungsdurchtritte 16 in den Raum 2 geleitet.
  • Gleichzeitig hält die Abdeckplatte 14 die Flächengebilde 5 und die Beleuchtungsmittel 12 entgegen der Schwerkraft an dem Rahmen 4.
  • Um störende Lichtreflexionen zu vermeiden, sind zwischen der Abdeckplatte 14 und dem jeweiligen Beleuchtungsmittel 12 ein Rohrstück 17 eingesetzt, so dass die Beleuchtungsmittel 12 geringfügig von der Abdeckplatte 14 beabstandet sind.
  • Für den Betrieb der Beleuchtungsmittel 12 sind elektrische Bauteile 7 erforderlich, beispielsweise in Form von Leiterplatten mit elektrischen Leitungen, Transformatoren, Widerständen oder dergleichen. Diese elektrischen Bauteile 7 sind auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Abdeckplatte 14, also oberhalb der Beleuchtungsmittel 12, im montierten Zustand angeordnet und werden mittels eines Deckels 18 gekapselt. Der Deckel 18 ist somit der Decke 3 zugewandt und beabstandet von dieser angeordnet.
  • Benachbarte Rahmen 4 liegen einer Ebene und zwischen dieser soll kein oder lediglich ein geringer Luftspalt vorhanden sein.

Claims (6)

  1. Schalldämpfende Vorrichtung (1), die an Decken (3) in Räumen (2) aufhängbar ist,
    bestehend aus:
    - einem Rahmen (4), der beabstandet an der Decke (3) und parallel zu dieser verlaufend befestigbar ist, und
    - mindestens zwei in den Rahmen (4) eingelegten oder eingesetzten Flächengebilde (5) mit schalldämpfenden Eigenschaften,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Flächengebilde (5) aus einem Polyestervlies aufgebaut sind und zwischen zwei der benachbart angeordneten Flächengebilden (5) ein Zwischenraum (11) vorgesehen ist, in dem ein oder mehrere Beleuchtungsmittel (12) angeordnet sind, wobei jedes der Beleuchtungsmittel (12) unmittelbar oder mittels Abstützelementen (13) an dem Rahmen (4) arretiert ist, wobei an dem Rahmen (4) eine Abdeckplatte (14) vorgesehen ist, durch die die Flächengebilde (5) und die Beleuchtungsmittel (12) gehalten sind, und dass in die Abdeckplatte (14) eine Vielzahl von Durchgangsöffnungen (15) eingearbeitet sind, durch die die Schallwellen (6) in Richtung des Flächengebildes (5) geleitet sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Beleuchtungsmittel (12) aus einer Vielzahl von in Reihe zueinander angeordneten LEDs gebildet sind und dass jedes LED (12) zu einem in der Abdeckplatte (14) eingearbeiteten Beleuchtungsdurchtritt (16) beabstandet angeordnet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass zwischen den einzelnen LEDs (12) und der Abdeckplatte (14) ein Rohrstück (17) eingesetzt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die für den elektrischen Betrieb der Beleuchtungsmittel (12) erforderlichen Leitungen und elektrischen Bauteile (7) auf der der Abdeckplatte (14) gegenüberliegenden Oberfläche des Rahmens (4) angeordnet sind und dass diese elektrischen Bauteile (7) mittels eines Deckels (18) gekapselt sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Flächengebilde (5) eine Wandstärke von 10 mm aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach am der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass eine Vielzahl von Rahmen (4) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene nebeneinander angeordnet sind und dass durch die Anzahl der eingesetzten Rahmen (4) die Oberfläche einer Decke (3) vollständig verkleidet ist.
