Claims (7)
- Herstellungsverfahren eines Anzeigemoduls (1) aus einem Siliziumwafer, wobei das Anzeigemodul (1) mindestens zwei Anzeigeelemente (32, 33) umfasst, welche über eine verformbare Verbindung (4) in Bezug auf einen festen Rahmen (2) zwischen einer Ruheposition und einer Anzeigeposition bewegbar sind, wobei jedes Anzeigeelement einen Anzeigeabschnitt (32a, 33a) eines Musters (M) aufweist, welches zum Anzeigeabschnitt des anderen Anzeigeelements komplementär ist, um das Muster (M) in der besagten Anzeigeposition zu bilden, mit dem Schritt einer Tiefätzung auf einer ersten Dicke e1 des Siliziumwafers, um den festen Rahmen (2), die verformbare Verbindung (4) und einen Betätigungsdrücker (5) zu erhalten, wobei die Anzeigeabschnitte (32a, 33a) auf einer zweiten Dicke e2 des Siliziumwafers, grösser als die erste Dicke e1, geätzt sind.
- Herstellungsverfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, wobei der Siliziumwafer eine Dicke von 400 µm aufweist.
- Herstellungsverfahren gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die erste Dicke e1 170 µm betragt.
- Herstellungsverfahren gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die zweite Dicke e2 um 50 bis 150% grösser als die erste Dicke e1 ist.
- Herstellungsverfahren gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Etage drei Ebenen umfasst.
- Herstellungsverfahren gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, umfassend eine Kopf-an-Kopf-Montage der Anzeigeabschnitte (32a, 33a).
- Herstellungsverfahren gemäss Anspruch 6, wobei die Anzeigeabschnitte alle eine Dicke von 400 µm aufweisen.
