Abstract
L'invention concerne une poignée anti-cambriolage (1; 350) comprenant une poignée avant (2; 351) qui peut être manipulée par l'utilisateur depuis l'intérieur d'une pièce d'un bâtiment, pourvue d'un col (3; 352) couplé axialement et rotatif à une partie linéaire (P) d'un cadre périmétrique (T) d'un panneau (A) appartenant à une fenêtre ou à une porte, une barre polygonale (4) définissant un axe linéaire (X), couplée en rotation à la poignée avant (2; 351) et partiellement et insérée dans la partie linéaire (P) du cadre périmétrique (T) à partir de laquelle elle fait saillie vers l'intérieur de la pièce par une extension initiale prédéfinie (5; 354), et un mécanisme de verrouillage (6; 355) reliant de manière fonctionnelle la barre polygonale (4; 353) à la poignée avant (2; 351) de sorte que le mécanisme de verrouillage (6; 355) sur un côté, suite à la manipulation de la poignée avant (2) effectuée par l'utilisateur depuis l'intérieur de la pièce, permet de transmettre un couple à la barre polygonale (4; 353) et, de l'autre côté, empêche de transmettre un couple de la barre polygonale (4; 353) à la poignée avant (2; 351), le mécanisme de verrouillage (6; 105; 305) prenant une position de travail, dans laquelle la rotation de la barre polygonale (4; 353) et de la poignée avant (2; 351) autour de l'axe linéaire (X) est interdite, et une position de libération, dans laquelle la rotation de la barre polygonale (4; 353) autour de l'axe linéaire (X) est autorisée, provoquée par l'utilisateur par rotation de la poignée avant (2; 351) depuis l'intérieur de la pièce.
