  • the coding can, for example, prevent low-voltage systems from being compatible with high-voltage systems.
  • Certain basic devices and auxiliary devices that are not coordinated with one another with regard to their operating points, for example, cannot therefore be combined. A combination of devices that are not matched to one another could otherwise lead to a malfunction and / or damage to one of the devices and is therefore excluded.
  • the compatibility or non-compatibility of the interface parts is prevented in particular that two pairs of shape coding elements are provided on each of the interface parts, which, as shape coding elements, include, for example, defined projections and depressions in the respective interface part that only lead to corresponding depressions or projections of the fit another part of the interface.
  • the compatibility of the interface parts thus not only requires that the shape of a suction channel end section and the contact carrier correspond to one another, but rather there must also be compatibility of the mutual shape coding element pairs on the interface outer part and the interface inner part of the interface.
  • the shape coding element pairs each have at least two shape coding elements, which are preferably of identical design with regard to their shape.
  • the shape coding elements are particularly preferably arranged symmetrically with respect to an axis of symmetry of the interface, for example a longitudinal axis of the suction channel.
  • the shape coding element pairs primarily take on the function of the shape coding of the interface, not other functions such as suction channel connection or electrical connection of the interface parts. These functions are primarily reserved for the suction channel or suction channel end section and the contact carrier.
  • a suction channel end section of the suction channel of the interface inner part is inserted into the interface outer part when the interface is connected, the axial overlap of the interface inner part and the interface outer part being at least 20 mm, preferably at least 25 mm.
  • the interface inner part is inserted into the interface outer part with the defined axial overlap, the suction channel end section of the suction channel of the interface inner part serving as a stiffening tube and, alternatively, the elaborate interface parts required, which have to be butted against one another, can be dispensed with.
  • the sliding of the interface inner part and the interface outer part also enables a rough alignment of the two interface parts with one another, whereby the alignment of the two-sided electrical contacts with one another is facilitated.
  • an axial overlap of the interface parts of at least 20 mm has proven useful, especially in the case of suction channels that have an elliptical suction channel end section with a diameter ratio of D max / D min of approximately 20 mm to 14 mm.
  • the contact carrier have more than three electrical contacts.
  • the contact carrier preferably has three electrical contacts for powering the attachment through the base device and at least one additional electrical contact for signal transmission between the base device and the attachment.
  • the contact carrier and its electrical contacts are separated from the suction path of the suction channel. This results, on the one hand, in a high level of electrical coupling reliability and, on the other hand, in optimal flow guidance within the suction channel.
  • the interface or the contact carrier has at least one further electrical contact. This can initially be designed as a reserve contact for an expandable electrical contacting of the interface, and / or preferably enable a signal transmission between the base unit and the attachment.
  • the electrical contacts can be provided one behind the other in the circumferential direction of the inner interface part.
  • the contact carrier can be designed in such a way that it has the shape of an annular section which at least partially surrounds the suction channel. This results in a greater approximation of the interface overall to a circular shape, so that an ergonomic feel is maintained for a user of the soil cultivation device.
  • the electrical contacts can be arranged as a plug-in part or a receiving part on the inner interface part and the outer interface part, or vice versa.
  • the electrical contacts are displaceably arranged on the inner interface part and / or the outer interface part, with a play of movement of an electrical contact pair of corresponding electrical contacts of the inner interface part and the outer interface part being in particular at least 1 mm.
  • the electrical contacts are preferably floatingly movable on the contact carrier or the inner interface part or the outer interface part hung up. In contrast to a rigid suspension of the electrical contacts, it is thus possible to avoid contact damage that can occur due to a vibration of the interface with a permanent wobble of, for example, approx. 1 mm.
  • the proposed floating, ie displaceable, suspension of the electrical contacts keeps the movement of the interface away from the contacting points of the electrical contacts.
  • the contact carrier is arranged axially set back relative to a suction channel end section of the suction channel.
  • the electrical contacts of the interface inner part or the interface outer part are removed from a suction channel end section of the suction channel, so that when the interface is joined, the profile in the area of the suction channel end sections initially engages and the electrical contacts are still kept free of coupling-related forces.
