Claims (9)
- Dispositif (1) de fermeture de barquettes en plastique, en carton, en papier, en fibres de bambou et/ou en maïs ouvertes d'un côté, ci-après dénommées barquettes en abrégé, en particulier destinées à recevoir des denrées alimentaires, comprenant un rouleau de déroulement (5) entraîné par un moteur et comportant un rouleau porteur, comprenant un film de support (6) sur lequel sont collées des étiquettes de fermeture, dont au moins le bord périphérique est muni d'une couche adhésive, le film de support (6) pouvant être amené, par l'intermédiaire d'un ou de plusieurs rouleaux de renvoi (7, 7', 7"), sous une précontrainte définie, à une arête distributrice (10) au niveau de laquelle le film de support (6) est dévié d'au moins environ 180° de telle sorte que les étiquettes de fermeture collées puissent être décollées du film de support (6), de préférence à l'aide d'une languette de décollement, et être appliquées sur les barquettes qui sont amenées à l'arête distributrice (10) sur le côté inférieur de celle-ci au moyen d'une bande transporteuse, les étiquettes de support recouvrant les barquettes sur le côté supérieur et le bord des étiquettes de fermeture muni de la couche adhésive étant appliqué sur l'arête périphérique des barquettes et pouvant y être collé, de préférence sous l'action d'un tampon de pression disposé en aval dans le sens de transport de la bande transporteuse.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le film de support (6) peut être amené, après avoir passé l'arête distributrice (10), le cas échéant par l'intermédiaire d'autres rouleaux de renvoi (7, 7', 7''), à un rouleau d'enroulement (11) entraîné par un moteur et disposé en aval dans le sens de transport du film de support (6).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de déroulement (5) et le rouleau d'enroulement (11) sont tous deux reliés de manière amovible au dispositif (1).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les étiquettes de fermeture sont recouvertes sur toute leur surface d'une couche adhésive sur leur côté tourné vers le film de support (6), les étiquettes de fermeture pouvant, au niveau de l'arête distributrice (10), avant que ces étiquettes de fermeture ne soient appliquées sur les barquettes, passer par un dispositif de découpage de telle sorte que la zone des étiquettes de fermeture recouvrant l'ouverture supérieure des barquettes amenées soit découpée et appliquée sur les barquettes avec le film de support (6) adhérant sur le côté inférieur de ces étiquettes de fermeture, et en même temps que le bord des étiquettes de fermeture dépassant l'arête périphérique des étiquettes de fermeture soit retiré du film de support (6), exposant ainsi la surface adhésive disposée dans cette zone, et puisse être appliqué sur l'arête périphérique des barquettes amenées en formant une liaison adhésive entre l'arête périphérique des barquettes et le bord périphérique de l'étiquette de fermeture.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3 précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les étiquettes de fermeture sont recouvertes sur toute leur surface d'une couche adhésive sur leur côté tourné vers le film de support (6), les étiquettes de fermeture pouvant, au niveau de l'arête distributrice (10), après leur décollement du film de support (6) et avant d'être appliquées sur le côté ouvert des barquettes amenées, passer chacune sur un tampon de solvant du dispositif de telle sorte que l'adhésif soit décollé dans la zone des étiquettes de fermeture recouvrant les barquettes et que les étiquettes de fermeture puissent ensuite être appliquées avec formation d'une liaison adhésive entre l'arête périphérique des barquettes et le bord périphérique des étiquettes de fermeture.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les étiquettes de fermeture sont réalisées au moins essentiellement en polypropylène ou en polyéthylène.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de perforation est associé à l'arête distributrice plus loin dans le sens de transport des barquettes avec étiquette de fermeture appliquée, de telle sorte que les étiquettes de fermeture puissent être perforées au moyen du dispositif de perforation.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la liaison adhésive entre les barquettes et les étiquettes de fermeture peut être réalisée sans action de la chaleur, c'est-à-dire sous la forme d'un scellage à froid.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'adhésif utilisé en relation avec le dispositif (1) selon l'invention est adapté à former une liaison refermable entre l'étiquette de fermeture et la barquette.
