Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif (10) permettant de fournir un matériau de rembourrage (14) à des fins d'emballage, avec un récipient (12) permettant de stocker le matériau de rembourrage (14) et un distributeur (28) permettant de distribuer le matériau de rembourrage (14) à partir du récipient (12), dans lequel le distributeur (28) comprend un moyen de transport entraîné (30) sous la forme d'une roue à palettes avec plusieurs sections formant palette (34) faisant saillie de manière radiale et permettant de transporter le matériau de rembourrage (14) le long d'une voie de transport (48), dans lequel le moyen de transport (30) est maintenu sur une base mobile (50) qui peut être déplacée (68) d'une position de fonctionnement à une position de libération et inversement, et dans lequel le moyen de transport (30) dans la position de libération est déplacé hors de la voie de transport (48), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (10) comprend une plaque de guidage (46) appartenant au distributeur (28) et fixe par rapport au récipient (12) et qui s'étend vers le bas dans une région supérieure et entoure de manière essentiellement concentrique un quart de circonférence de la roue à palettes (30) dans une région inférieure, dans lequel la voie de transport (48) est formée entre la plaque de guidage (46) et un arbre (36) de la roue à palettes (30).
  2. Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la base (50) peut être déplacée en translation et/ou en rotation de la position de travail à la position de libération et inversement.

Dispositif (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre: un appareil de détection (60) détectant au moins une demande de délivrance d'une quantité de manière préférée prédéterminée de matériau de rembourrage (14), et un appareil de commande (44) commandant un entraînement (38) du moyen de transport (30) en fonction du signal de l'appareil de détection (60).
  5. Dispositif (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un appareil de transformation en rembourrage (16) qui transforme un matériau de départ (18) en forme de bande en matériau de rembourrage (14) et délivre le matériau de rembourrage (14) dans le récipient (12).
  6. Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre: un appareil de détection (58) détectant un degré de remplissage du récipient (12) en matériau de rembourrage (14), et un appareil de commande (44) commandant l'appareil de transformation en rembourrage (16) en fonction du signal de l'appareil de détection (58).
  7. Dispositif (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de rembourrage (14) comprend des poches d'air (22) reliées entre elles et pouvant être séparées.
  8. Dispositif (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, au voisinage du distributeur (28), le récipient (12) présente une ouverture (56) par laquelle un utilisateur peut accéder à l'intérieur du récipient (12).
